I took a watch that I couldnt find anyone in the DFW to work on and I will say amazed by the work done here new parts my watch is running and this is a very very complicated watch to work on but this place knows what they are doing there isnt any challange they cant handle these guys are what I call the watch experts

The Watch DOC is a very accommodating place. I have a unique smartwatch, there was nothing wrong with the smart aspect. However, I was losing screws on the band part. They didnt have the exact part to replace the screws, but they were able to find an alternative and I couldnt be more happier.Something to note, their register system is super old, cash or card is your best bet. I found that out the hard way. I typically use my phone to pay for things, I dont really carry my cards anymore, so it was a shock to me to see that the register is a dinosaur.

Im very new to non-smart watches. I recently received a watch as a wedding gift and accidentally broke the watch strap as I was putting it on. I came here to ask about my options. The person explained my various options, prices, and pros and cons. I felt no pressure and didnt feel like I was at a knowledge disadvantage. Theyre very caring and professional. I got my watched fixed quickly and at a price that I felt was fair and inexpensive. This will likely be my watch place.

Came by at 1030 and waited for 15 minutes and the place still wasn’t open. Came back at 11 and it’s still not open. Was hoping to get my battery replaced and ended up just sitting in a parking lot for 30 minutes.edit 3-5-21: since im not able to reply directly, Ill edit my post. While I understand the perils of running and operating your own business, I also understand that customers depend on services supplied by said businesses. when youre not open at the times listed on your store window, and online, thats bad business. Additionally, as someone who works in the service industry, I do receive surveys/reviews regarding my service, and customers grade according to how they perceive I assisted them. Its part of the game. Im sorry that you not being open when your hours state left a bad impression on me.

This place is phenomenal. Comparatively, I’ve had a nightmare getting a metal band resized at a national jeweler chain. The people at Watch Doctor got me in and out in under 5 minutes. Their work was impeccable (unlike that of the aforementioned jewelry store experience). And, best of all, they had the most competitive price I could find in the metroplex for band resizing. I wish more businesses put the customer experience first like Watch Doc. Also, I found out that Fuller’s outsources their repairs to Watch Doc, further cementing my trust in this small business.

I walked in and waited patiently. Two employees were up front and never bothered to even look up at me or even acknowledge me. After a couple of minutes I turned around and walked out. I had 4 watches for repair, two were significant and would have been nice revenue for them to make. But, if you’re rude you don’t get my business.

If I could leave zero stars I would! This place seems amazing but it is not. It took months for me to get a watch back and I’ve called numerous times. It took well over 3 months until one day I decided to pop up to retrieve the watch and instead they offered to buy the watch from me. That was a NO! I took my watch back and took my business elsewhere! I would highly not recommend this place!

I have used them often for: tuneup and adjustment of mechanicals, battery replacement on quartz, repair of broken crown, replacement of lost bezel, etc. All work performed in a professional and effective manner. I have found communications to be straight forward and timely. I will continue to use Ross for work on my watch collection.

Great place to get your Swiss watches serviced and regulated

Am a server so my watch gets banged around a lot. Ive had the band replaced at other shops only to have it break again, so I gave this place a try. Service was quick and courteous and Ive had no problems with the band so far after several months. They seem to have better quality materials and still match the price of other places. Ill be needing the crystal replaced soon and I see no reason to go anywhere else.

Show up at 10 am as stated on their website that they are open for business. Been waiting for 18 minutes and owner or employees has shown up yet. Waste of my time and gas

Best price for a COA in Dallas--i should know,I called everyone. They took a little longer than promised, but thats because they had to order a part. Had my watch back for 24 hours and it hasnt lost a second.

They are an excellent watch repair company, no arguments there. But they charge 50-75% more than comparable on battery replacement, with no reference to cleaning/maintenance review. I have a small collection of higher end watches and I continue take them here. Hopefully the batteries will last the two years he said they would...After 7 months of operation, one watch battery failed. As committed, he replaced the battery at no cost. Again, I recommend this shop.

Needed to have links added to the bracelet of a watch. Went in early afternoon on a Saturday and they fixed it while I waited (took maybe 10 minutes). These folks are professional, reasonably priced (it was $20 add the links which I knew from past experience was a pain in the butt), and quick. I highly recommend.

I dropped off my watch and they stated that it would be 4-6 weeks before I could get a quote on the repairs. I agreed because they came recommended. I called to check in on the quote 6 weeks in and they claimed to have left a message. Okay? Well, mistakes happen I guess so I agreed to have my watch repaired. They said it would be another 4-8 weeks.Finally, 6 more weeks in I called only to find out no one put the order in? I expected better from Watch Doc.

Great customer service thay fix my siko soler watch in 1 hours after another shop tell me i need to replace battery power it will cost $65 dollar in mean time this shop say my watch need to be charge battery because it been seat for 9 month with out chargeThank you so much

I stopped in just before closing on a Saturday. I had two Casio G Shock watches that needed new watch bands. He was able to just replace the keepers that were broken and put new batteries in for me all for $20. What a great place. I highly recommend this establishment. It was well worth the drive from Rowlett.

Have a Tissot watch and battery died. Searched google and came across Watch Doc. Tucked in the SE corner of Preston and Belt Line right across from Planet Tan. Ra the Watch Doc got me right in and fixed my Tissot up on the spot within 10 minutes. Fair price and someone I would trust with any of my familys watches or jewelry. He even gave me a refresher on the features of my watch which was more helpful than the service I received at the store where it was purchased! Highly recommend Ra the Watch Doc!!

Gave them a classic Longines watch from the 1920s. They fixed it and it stopped working after only a couple of weeks of operation. Even more annoying, they helped by cleaning debris off the numbers on the dial. That debris was the original radium paint and removing it reduced the value of the watch. This after a charge of several hundred dollars for the repair.
