Very friendly staff and owner, and glorious fine jewelry. All high quality and attention to detail on some of their exquisite pieces is amazing. They use great setters for their engagement rings. Love this houston store, and love the staff. Don’t forget the coffee!

Impeccable. Impeccable is what comes to mind when dealing with superior quality.Five star customer service from start to finish. Went in to purchase my Husbands watch and was greeted with cheerful(masked) faces. I met with Jon. He and my husband had already solidified a friendship over the phone while discussing this piece. Considering we were driving 6 hours away, we mainly procure our luxury items from Europe, making an acquaintance in the states, during this new normal, well, its needed. I would 100% recommend de Boulle to anyone, local or not.

Excellent service, I am a young unassuming guy who cant afford anything in the store and made it clear when I walked in that I was not going to make a purchase, however I told the salesman that I enjoy high end watches but normally dont get to see them in person. He was very accommodating and allowed me to see various Patek watches of my choosing. He then went above and beyond and allowed me to handle their very high dollar Greubel Forsey. I live in Lafayette, LA but if I am ever in the market for a high end piece, Id gladly make the nearly 7 hour drive to buy it from here.

I should preface this with the fact that I have not purchased a watch from de Boulle. I went there to peruse the inventory as I do intend to make a watch purchase in the near future and they carry several brands of interest. I showed up in casual clothing to a luxury store, which can often be a recipe for disaster, but I was treated with great respect. The sales rep who helped me was John V. Giordano. He was fantastic. Even though I made it clear I wasnt making a purchase that day, he was still very helpful and patient with me. I quite enjoyed talking details about the various watches I looked at with him and anything he didnt know off hand (he knew most things!) he looked up. Ive been to probably 10 more similar stores since then, and while I havent had a bad experience, John set the bar and earned my business! If only he could get me a Rolex Explorer II Polar dial or Hulk Submariner hed already have my money in hand! But such is the Rolex Oystersteel game...Maybe Ill settle for a Blancpain.

Good place to buy watches.

My husband attempted to buy a watch from this location and he was not treated as a valued customer. He was looking for a newly released watched and he called De Boulles. The informed him that they had the watch and it was first come first serve and it was not being held for anyone. He inquired if he could make the purchase over the phone and they said no. Which is understandable. He informed the sales person that he was going to be driving from Arlington to Dallas to make the purchase. When he was ten minutes away he called again and they told him they still had the watch and it was first come first serve. He walks into the store and there are a few customers in the store. He ask for the watch and someone comes from the back with the watch in hand and then another sales person says the watch has been sold. But how you cant purchase it over the phone and no one in the store is looking at the watch because they brought it out to the front for my husband to view. If the watch could have been purchased over the phone that same courtesy should have been extended to my husband seeing that he was very interested. Based on this experience we will not be shopping or referring any of our friends to De boulle.

Walked into store today for a slight adjustment on the wrist of my watch, which they did free of charge. Very friendly, quick and professional service. Would highly recommend this place.

Rude to say the least. I purchased a watch offline with the extreme chance it was counterfeit so I decided to visit this establishment to confirm if I had found something or wasted my time. Upon entering I was greeted by the owner whom seemed happy to meet me and was very welcoming. Until I asked him to look at the watch. Then his entire attitude changed. No longer wanted to waste his time talking to me even though the store was empty. When I asked how he could tell it wasnt real as I sincerely wanted to learned his response was why? You got 20 years? Extremely rude and uncalled for. Then he proclaimed to the entire store that its a fake and not even a good one. At this point Im ready to go off. Nothing warranted a response like that. I am a watch collector stepping into the high end game but because of this mans arrogance I will never purchased a timepiece here.The only thing saving them from a 1 star is one of the associates took me aside and taught me what to look for and explained the brand to me. Great gentleman and if he ever goes private sales he has my business. His current boss needs to get the chip off of his shoulder.

I went in here looking to order a watch assuming that they did not have the watch I was looking for in stock. The salesman spoke very broken English and was difficult to understand. However, I showed the man tremendous amount of respect and attempted to follow his advice. He continued to show me some watches that they had in stock. I asked him if I needed to spend money on one of these watches in order to get him to order me to watch I preferred. He told me no sir, I can order you any watch that you like. If you spend money here you have a better chance of getting a watch sooner. I agreed to buy a $5,700 pair of cufflinks in the hope that we could start a good business relationship. As he was packing up the cufflinks he told me, just because you buy these cufflinks does not mean that I am going to order you a watch. I really did not understand what this gentleman was talking about at this point. He had just told me that he could order me any watch that I like. He then went on to tell me maybe if I spent $250,000 in the store that I would have a better chance of getting the watch. It really hurts being discriminated against. Businesses like this have no intention of treating people fairly. I felt judged the second that I went in there. I was embarrassed and humiliated in front of my 9-year-old son for absolutely no reason. If the gentleman was not equipped to help me, he could have easily asked somebody else to. I had a fair request. What does it take to order a watch from you? I assume it was the way I look or maybe the fact that I had a child with me. You should not be open to the public if you dont want the public to come in and spend their money.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Devanir Chiamente yesterday at the Deboulle store and it was highly impressed. Before walking into de boulle, i had visited the other authorized Rolex dealers in the area. Working and visiting with Mr. Chiamente was easily the best and most informative visit. I was amazing at their inventory of new and pre-owned Rolex and Patek Philipe. Seeing and holding the Calatrava in rose gold was the highlight of my week or probably whole year. Thank you de boulle for having amazing associates like Devanir.

I purchased a Rolex a couple of years prior to selling it back to Mr. De Boulle. I always respected Mr. De Boulle and his business. I visited with him and told him that I needed to sell the watch back to him due to a divorce etc... He assured me that it was only worth $1,200 now that I am back on my feet and life is good I have started shopping again for a Submariner I should not have trusted him and done my research. I believe he took advantage of the situation that I was in. I will never go back due to his lack of integrity. From 7,500 to 1,200 in one year Mmmmm.
