I have used R B in the past. There is a wide variety and selection of rings, bracelets, and necklaces. Of course, mainly engagement items.Today, I had my ring selected in 10 minutes. The sale and checkout process took another 25 minutes. The sales person took my ring, and card and returned later. Im unsure of why such a long checkout, but as a buyer, I dont want to wait 25 minutes to buy an item. Otherwise, RB would have gotten more stars. Thanks to all who read my reviews!CHERRS!

Sarah was extremely helpful for my bf and I this weekend. We went in without an appointment and she spent so much time helping me pick out my ring. At the end, I still couldnt decide between two, but she never pressured us at all. She gave us so much information and was extremely patient with us. We ended up spending 2 hours there. Disappointing experience.This place pushes lab grown diamonds way too hard. I don’t know about other women but I don’t want a lab grown diamond in my engagement ring. A real diamond is the only way. A real stone is the only way.Our rep kept telling us that lab brown is the future and it’s environmentally the way to go among the younger generation. Lab grown diamonds will soon cost was cubic zirconia costs if everyone starts to buy these frauds.They have real diamonds to offer but they are WAY overpriced. Diamonds Direct deals in actual diamond exchange and has the BEST prices in Dallas. Customer service was appalling too, our rep we got placed with walked away more than a dozen times to complete sales.

I had a great experience with Laryssa who helped my fiancee and I decide on what was best for us. Always respected our price range and never was pushy or tried to upsell. We didnt buy immediately and went to many different places around but out of all our experiences Robbins was for sure the most relaxed and professional. It makes sense why they were comfortable with us taking our tame as they know their products and service speak for themselves. Very pleased and highly recommend.

We came into Robbins Brother’s to browse wedding bands and we were assisted by Badarling. I can’t rave enough about her! She was so patient, so attentive, and so kind! She really look the time to listen to our wants and needs while also giving us her expert opinion so we could make the best decision. Showroom is nice and have good verity. Generally they have very short wait time to get so one to work with you and everyone is nice. But I was surprised as my visit was to get some Dimond jwelary inspected to make sure it is all good, they said it is post inspection but before we left showroom one of the diamond came loose, I dont really know what they inspected.

Badar and the team at Robins Brothers did a fantastic job. I was referred to her by a friend of mine and I texted her. She was out of the country and still responded. She was very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. Got a great deal and after proposal she was able to help expedite the sizing. I am very happy with my experience and would certainly recommend her.

They met timeline given, and have great service/card plans, customer service, and quality products based on our experience so far. I love that my husband got my engagement ring here. The customer service is excellent and they take great care of my ring. It always comes back looking shiny and new after they clean it. They clean it once a month and resize for free. Cant say enough great things about their service.

I left today in tears after interacting with one of the females sales people. We mentioned right away that we were just looking, but had a general idea of what I would like but was not sure on the setting. She asked our budget which we didn’t give a concrete answer to and she asked “how long have you been together?” Not sure what our budget had to do with how long we’ve been together. Then after expressing I wasn’t able to pick a setting based on just looking at 12 different settings without a diamond, she looked at my boyfriend and said “We design rings here but if we don’t know what she wants then we can’t. She doesn’t even know what she wants.” She said I didn’t know what I wanted twice.We were hoping to be helped/educated as we did a fun and exciting activity. However, that did not happen. Apparently, you must arrive with an exact idea to work with this person.The woman who checked us in was very nice though!

I have had a few recommendations to shop at Robbins Brothers but overall I was not very satisfied with my experience. We went in specifically to look at lab grown diamonds as this is one of the few brick and mortar stores that supplies them in the area. Initially the sticker price for the diamond was astronomically higher than any similar stone through online vendors. However, the associate reported they could ask their manager for a deal ONLY if the transaction could be made today. I was not a fan of these sales tactics at all. Secondly, because of this great deal we were able to get they also said there would be no returns/no warranty if we did not also purchase a setting through them. Again, this seems very shady and I have not seen anything like this through any other retailer. On the website, the only mention of excluded warranty is if a separate stone is brought in to use on their setting. I would assume that they should be able to do a warranty on the diamond itself but just not on an outside setting. In addition, no other dealer that I have seen says anything about no returns. Overall we made the transaction however I would not recommend this location to any person and recommend you go elsewhere unless you want the car dealership experience.

I’ve had the best experience at Robbins Brothers! My husband and I have been going there since 2016 when we first started looking at engagement rings and recently when we upgraded a ring! I usually go in annually to get my ring inspected and cleaned and we had Nazir C today. The second we stepped inside he was there to assist us and was so kind and professional, I even had a small diamond missing and was able to get it replaced within 30 minutes! Not to mention getting your ring cleaned professionally gives it that extra sparkle!

If you are there to purchase, you will receive attention. I was there to have the stone set & had to wait for someone to notice that I was at the customer service counter. They did do a nice job with the ring though.

Honestly the main reason for the low review is based on more recent experiences. While I understand COVID changed the availability of business being opened we are far past that. Having had no ability of speaking to someone about my ring is beyond frustrating.From needing to get it inspected, cleaned and to sit down with someone face to face.In the past they have been wonderful. Prior to my recent experience I would be giving a 4-5 star review. Again it must depend on the place. Quality of my ring has held up I will say that. So if you want quality I can assure you mine does pass that. It’s gorgeous and well designed.Hope this helps someone.

I bought my fiances engagement ring here and it was fun and easy and felt really cared for. The customer service reps are extremely sweet and quick to help.... BUT!My Fiance and I bought our wedding bands in August, mine was a special order which they told me it would take 4-6 weeks. I received the ring 8 weeks after the order was placed. When I tried it on it was a full size too big. They were very nice and quick to get me resized and placed a new order, which they said another 4-6 weeks.

I have been to this locarion many times! I brought my wife wedding ring for our renewal of our vows! I have added to the design six times since then! Each time I visit I am greeted with enthusiasm! The representatives treat you me like a VIP, especially Henry! He not only does he remember my name, but he talks well of me in front of my wife! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, THEY WILL NOT STAND UP FOR THEIR MISTAKES. If you purchased your diamonds at the North Dallas Robbins Brothers HAVE THOSE GEMS TESTED. They will sell you a fake trying to pass as diamonds. I strongly suggest your diamonds tested at any other store to make sure you have not purchased a fake.The North Dallas Robbins Brothers sold my engagement ring and the diamond, but they “forgot” to install the actual diamond. 7 years later, when the prong broke and I took it in for repair, I found out I have been using a zirconium instead of a diamond. The manager on site, Mathew, was incredibly unprofessional, dismissive, border line disrespectful, MATHEW offered zero help. The only thing he told me was: “go home get your certificate and receipts and come back again”. PLEASE NOTE, they had my entire history in their computer, purchase date, sales person name, info from the diamond certificate, my prior visits to re-size, etc. Mathew done absolutely NOTHING to try to comfort me, discuss possibilities, some sort of assurance the matter would be taken care of, nothing at all.Immediately after I left the store, I went straight into the Galleria mall to find another jewelry store to test the “diamond”, at Zalles, their manager was absolutely amazing. She agreed to test the stone foe me even though she could tell it was a zirconium just bu looking at it. People at Zalles were amazing. She assured me the store would most likely take of the issue. She said everything I told her matched my ring, and that alone was good proof I was saying the truth - she gave me some of the peace of mind I would expect from Robbins Brothers.Once I got home, we pulled the diamond certificate and found the actual diamond we purchased inside the certificate envelope. The diamond was still wrapped in the “diamond flute” (a tiny paper wrap, similar to a BC powder paper.I brought it back to the store Mathew somewhat apologized and offered to repair my ring with the real diamond. He also offered something to “make it up” like a diamond earrings or something. I selected a pair of diamond earrings for my toddler, when I went to pick it up, I asked to test the diamond on the earrings, GHESS WHAT, THE DIAMOND ON THE EARRING DID NOT TEST AS DIAMONDS. At that time the general manager on site was Dahra (or something like that), he tried telling me the diamonds on the earrings were “lab grown” and that’s why it did not test positive. I wasn’t promised no lab grown diamonds, they are just a fraud. When I asked the general manager what was to be done, he only said “ARE WE DONE HERE”? I didn’t take their fake earrings home. I’m still deciding the best way to properly report their lack of integrity, professionalism, and accountability to several mistakes they made.DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, THEY WILL NOT HOLD THEMSELVES ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR MISTAKES, and get your diamonds tested.

Great place to buy a ring! Went in, and they made me feel like family, rather than a customer. The salesman, even though he does not work there any longer, was extremely nice, professional, and helpful. The only complaint I had with them was the lack of communication when my ring was ready to be picked up. I had to call myself in order to see if it was ready, and they told me it was ready 2 days prior to the call. But other than that, I have no complaints. I am sure my new Fiancé and I will be back to get wedding bands from them when the time comes.

We got engaged last night and came to get a spacer because we had called the Arlington location where the ring was bought and they said Id have to send it in for 5 days and I didnt want to go without my new ring. Do your research not much of a selection that is unique..Got my husbands wedding band here they had a resize it three times. Third time they gave us misinformation and couldnt get any type of refund even if it was their mistake. We started this process in December got married May 4th still I didnt have the correct size was advised to wait after the wedding because the replacement would be ready after the wedding. Plan on a 6 month process to get your ring done here.

Got a customized wedding band made for my husband. Had the bat signal inscribed on it. It turned out much better than I had expected! My husband loved it and was so happy to see the engraving! My husband and I had the best experience at Robbins Brothers both times we have visited.The first visit was to purchase our wedding bands, and we had a wonderful time.Then the day after our wedding, we realized my husbands ring slipped off his finger in the pool. We were about to leave on our honeymoon, and we called the store hoping that Robbins Brothers could help us resize it before we left that night. They were so amazing and were able to accommodate us even with that very short notice (usually resizing takes a couple days)! My boyfriend and I went in for an appointment and found the ring I loved. However, it required some customization between some designers. The manager took note of what we wanted and input it in their system. He told us wed have a quote within 72 business hours. Its now been over a week and a half, and we have not heard a thing...We came to this jewelry store because we were given recommendations by friends, and its close to where we live. However, after being thrown off to the side and disregarded, I think well be taking our business elsewhere. Based on our shopping around, there are MUCH better diamond prices out there with equal or better quality, and the band you love can be created at a lot of other places. Dont give your business to a company that treats their customers like recycling and sorts out what customers they want or dont want to give their attention to.

Robbins has a great selection of loose diamonds to build or upgrade your forever engagement ring. The manager Matthew helped me find the perfect pear shaped diamond when I was upgrading and also helped turn a bad experience into one of the best experiences I have had in regards to jewelers. I have to shout out Brittnie Barker, who had nothing to do with my transaction but when I called randomly to check on my ring status - gave me her contact info and began tending to me as if she made the initial sale. Being in contact with me multiple times on my ring status. That speaks volumes to the customer service experience and of Brittnie. I must say they have some very beautiful bands as well. The absolute worst experience I ever had. After having to have my wedding ring removed from a doctor because my finger got so swollen, they refused to fix it under my warranty because their jeweler didnt cut it off..... it was a medical emergency. The ring literally CUT into my skin because of the swelling. They didnt care, I even called corporate who was even more rude. I never had this problem at helzberg they cover everything! Never go here

My partner and I went here per recommendation from a friend. We came here for engagement ring shopping, wanting to learn more about diamonds, discover what ring styles would suit me, as well as what metal type would look best on my skin tone. I guess we were in luck when Nazir greeted us because he has so many amazing reviews on here! He was super nice and funny, and he never made us feel pressured to buy a ring. He made a couple of suggestions initially based off what he thought would look nice, and from there he took us around the store to see their entire collection of rings. Nazir answered all the questions and concerns we had and took the time to get to know us. We had a great experience overall, and I would recommend asking for him if you ever visit. The biggest thing that my partner and I learned is to never trust online photos because I ended up with a completely different ring style than I thought I would get!

The staff member who helped me was completely unprofessional. She started off our visit by asking me which other diamond stores I had visited and why my partner wasn’t there with me. She weighed a diamond (1.07 carats on its GIA) and the scale showed 1.05. She then said the scale was very sensitive and changed its value whenever there was movement on the table. She proceeded to tap the table, and the scale changed to 1.04 (ouch!). She was only able to find ONE diamond to show me, and she had a completely negative attitude the entire time. What a terrible experience that tainted a process that should have been special!

I shopped around many different jewelry stores when I was in the process of purchasing an engagement ring and Robbins Brothers had the best selection of products and fair prices. However, their sales tactics force me to leave a 1 star review. I had every intention of paying in cash, as I did not want to pay any interest. The sales associate I worked with pushed me to use their credit company (TD Bank) for the purchase as its a free loan with no interest. Who wouldnt go with that option if that was the case? Well, it turns out that was not the truth. I couldve bought the ring twice with the interest that was paid. I do take responsibility for not reading the fine print, but at the same time, the sales associate clearly was very deceptive. Im sure she gets a cut every time she signs a new credit line. I am not a fan of deceptive sales tactics. Make sure you fully understand what youre signing up for, regardless of what you are told at sale time! This company probably makes more off of interest commissions than they do selling products.

My girlfriend and I were not satisfied with the band setting we had had at the wholesales place. Fortunately, we met Brittany Thomas today and she helped us resolve that issue right away. My girlfriend explained what kind of setting she wants and Brittany found the right setting for her. Now my girlfriend is very satisfied. Brittany was very informative and helpful. I was very pleased with my tour guide, Nazir, from the Dallas, TX location to this new adventure. He was professional and I could tell he cared about what my girlfriend and I wanted. I told him I did not plan on buying anything that day and he respected that. Although it is far in the future I plan on returning to Robbins Brothers.

My soon to be fiancé and I had an appointment with Robbing Brothers on a weekend day. We arrived and the store was very well laid out. That’s about the only positive thing I have to say about our experience, as it went down hill from here.We had a scheduled appointment in advance and arrived early, but it didn’t matter. We were told to feel free to look around until someone was available to be with us. I found a wedding band I liked, and my soon to be fiancé found a few styles of engagement rings she wanted to know more about. It was nearly 40 minutes later until someone was with us. I do understand they were busy, but what’s the point of having a specific appointment with a jeweler if we have to wait for over 40 minutes? There were even couples who came in after us that were helped before us.Finally we had an associate help us and the first question they as is “what is your price range?”. The associate asked nothing about what style rings we were looking for, what clarity or color diamond, what band styles, etc. We explained exactly what we were looking for and we were able to see a couple rings we liked. We were then passed off to a jeweler who took us to an office space where we could go over more information about what Robbin Brother’s had to offer. I wish I could say this was a saving grace but things got progressively worse from here.We have been at the store for well over an hour by this point and have made little progress in getting information on an engagement ring/ wedding bands. We decided on a price range with the jewler and discussed what clarity, carat, and color diamond we wanted. We also discribed exactly what band style we wanted. The jeweler said she would be back. Nearly 15 minutes pass and my soon to be fiancé and I are honestly wanting to leave. The jeweler comes back with a few diamonds that were not the clarity, carat, nor color we asked for. We asked to see different diamonds. The jeweler asked if we had been anywhere else and we said yes. We showed exactly what style ring and the price we could get it for from another jeweler. The jeweler then spent the next 5-7 minutes bashing the other jeweler and saying how much we would be losing going to the other jeweler and not Robbin Brother’s. We again asked about other diamonds and the jeweler says she will be back.By this point we have been at this store approaching 2 hours. We honestly just want to leave. The jeweler comes back with a few diamonds way out of our price range and a much higher clarity than we asked for. She then began bashing the other jeweler again and saying how this is a once in a lifetime opportunity and we should make a deal today. She put an immense amount of pressure on us. It felt like we were just another sale and client she was making her commission on that day. We said we need time to think about it and would want to get back to her on this. The jeweler says she will be back and that she will talk to the manager. We are left there again for the third time sitting in this booth twiddling our thumbs. The jeweler comes back and offers to take off nearly $6,000 from a diamond that was out of our price range and began applying more pressure on us to commit to getting this diamond.I’m sorry not only have you just wasted 2 hours of my soon to be fiancé and I’s time, made us feel uncomfortable and pressured to make a purchase like we are a walking atm, and bashed any other jewelers we looked at, but you also just dropped the price of a diamond by over $6,000? How much would you actually make on this diamond if we had paid the listed price?My soon to be fiancé and I finally leave with no intention of coming back. We experienced shady sales tactics and extreme pressure to buy a ring. Robbin Brother’s does not care about what is best for you and your significant other, only that they are able to make a sale. I just purchased a 2.5 carat engagement ring from Diamond Exchange Dallas and couldn’t be happier. Go to DED instead and be treated with the upmost care while getting prices that blow Robbin Brother’s away.

I have been searching the right place and the right ring to propose to my Girlfriend of 8 years (I know). I have walked out of dozens of jewelers for one reason or another.I had a ring in a shopping cart online this afternoon, payment info was entered... but I hated the idea of making such a big decision/big purchase without actually seeing it in person. (one of the few things in life I wouldnt rather do online)...Jonathan at Robbins Brothers honestly could have said no thanks with the attitude I walked in with. I had no desire to have another wasted night dealing with jewelers.Long story short I walked out tonight having purchases a beautiful engagement ring and couldnt be happier.Jonathan was able to read the situation and appropriately council me on my decision. I would refer him to my closest friends and family any day.This is a real review and I never write these.

OMG super happy with Robbin Brothers! We originally bought my engagement and wedding band there. However, I recently upgraded my diamond and Bina was amazing. She takes the time to listen to what you are wanting and asks your budget. Bina found my perfect diamond!! I am so happy and I love coming up there to get it cleaned. Thank you so much Bina!

Brittany T. was amazing. She helped me and my love search for the ring of what I thought would just be her dreams but I fell in love with the ring as well. Very nice, personable, and understanding. Great service, tailored to my girlfriends needs the entire process by Brittany Thomas. She taught us everything about diamonds, bands, etc. that you need to know as you go through this process. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My girlfriend and I walked in to just look and styles and pricing. Neither of us had a lot of knowledge about engagement rings so we werent too sure what to look for. Stacey and Brittany were absolutely wonderful in listening to us and guiding us to a ring that is perfect. We never felt pressured to make decisions. Both ladies were very open and transparent throughout the whole process. They made sure we understood what we were looking at so that we could create the perfect ring. I would highly recommend talking to these women if youre on the market of getting an engagement ring.

I arrived to pickup my fiancé’s wedding band that we had bought and had resized. I was greeted at the front door and told to go back to customer service where I would be helped. I waited patiently for about 10 minutes. There was a couple who arrived and was also directed back to the customer service desk. The lady in front of me finished with the associate and the associate then went around the store. I was visually acknowledged by 5 different associates, while standing by myself at the customer service area. At this point I’ve been waiting about 25-30 minutes and someone walks over to the couple that arrived after me and immediately starts working with them. I then waited another 5 minutes, at this point I’m now very irritated and can not understand why I am being sidelined from picking up the ring. I had to approach an associate and asked to get helped. I was then helped. The associate that was helping me proceeded to be very short with me. I was not rude nor did I say anything about my current experience that was happening. I got my ring was leaving, when my fiancé called and said I should talk to the manager. The manager apologized but then began to give excuses to why there was not a single associate to assist me in the store. There was no one in the store but my self and the couple who got service before me. I was planning to purchase my ring there, but I am not willing to replay this experience again.I was on my day off and dressed in sweats and a normal shirt very casual and I feel I got treated this way because of what I was wearing.There are a million jewelery store out there that sell all the same products they carry, spend your hard earned money other places that are willing to make it a pleasurable buying experience.

Poor customer service. I am a long time customer of Robbins Brothers however, my last few visits have been a waste of time. I will be spending my money elsewhere from now on.

We were both very pleased with our experience at Robbins Brothers. The associate worked with my fiance for days, helping him find the perfect ring. Though we decided to go a different direction, she was able to help us find something that fit us a little better when we returned. Also, something must be said that with the setting, diamond, custom sizing etc, she was able to fit within a budget we were comfortable with. The demeanor was professional and positive the entire time!

Fiancee and I showed up here to pick a ring and was immediately greeted by Nazir who showed us everything they had available. He brought his superior Brittany Thomas who showed us the level of customization and options they have available while explaining in detail all the benefits and features of their service. Absolutely amazing service here. Definitely recommend Robbin Brothers above all other jewelry stores. My fiancee and I walked out of here with the exact style of ring she wanted.

Couldnt have asked for more from Robbins Brothers!! We purchased my engagement ring and my husbands wedding band here, and it was SUCH an easy process from beginning to end. We were a little last-minute for the wedding ring, but we worked with Nazir and he was able to work within our timeline. Definitely recommend every engaged couple stop in here - and ask for Nazir!

My husband and I love Robbins Brothers. Would have rated 5 stars but when I came in to pick up my rings from being sized a lady asked if I was here to pick up and when I replied yes she just walked off without another word, then I had to wait for the next person to come out. The lady that ended up helping me was super friendly like everyone else wed ever been helped by. I hope the other lady was just having a bad day because if thats how she is she may drive down business.

I had a great experience at Robbins brothers this afternoon (Dallas Pkwy location). I like their large selection of rings but also how they have their options set out by designers; it really helps with deciding process! The best part of the experience was Emily, she helped me pick out a bunch of options and combinations and was a pro at guiding me through experience. She was extremely detailed getting everything just right in my profile. I will definitely recommend Robbins Brothers to family and friends; and I appreciate Emily for her excellent customer service!!

I went here with the intention of buying online and ended up buying from Robbins because of the attention to customer service. Brittany helped me design the perfect engagement ring and finance it to fit my budget with 0% interest for 24 months. Most importantly, Brittany treated me like her only customer and made sure not to ruin the surprise for my fiancee as she frequently texted/called me with updates.
