I don’t like writing bad reviews, but this place merits one. I cannot recommend “Fast Fix.” I bought a higher end Casio watch that cost around $500 or so from them. Never had anything worked on it before until I brought it back to them as the hands stopped moving. The employee initially claimed that somebody tried to take off the back when they replaced the battery… which never happened during my ownership, squarely implicating them. He later stated that the screw was stripped. Same deal, only them. The watch has been in my possession at all times throughout the years. He was rude and incorrect in his assertion that somebody else had worked on it. If anybody worked on it, it would’ve been them. So now I have a watch, apparently that they previously worked on for reasons unbeknown to me (sold to me as new), that they “repaired” (still does not work) for $45… I don’t care about the money, but what I do care about is their incorrect imputation about it having been worked on during my ownership and couldn’t even set the time on a watch they originally sold to me. Rude. Inconsiderate. And simply wrong. One last thing. This is just a non-issue. The box I brought in was in basically perfect condition. One hour after leaving it with them, it came back damaged & my watch still doesn’t work. So basically, they represented that they don’t charge for assessing what needs to be repaired, they charged me based on a guess (at best) as to what was wrong, falsely asserted somebody else worked on it resulting in the problem, charged me in accordance with their recommendations, and ultimately returned the watch to me in the same condition as on arrival - with it not working.But they charged me anyway. am considering suing them for deceptive practices on principle. I would never recommend them - ever.

BEWARE!!! Was in for a battery replacement (Sunday, July 26, 2020 at @ 3:13 pm) and asked the guy to look at my engagement ring as I felt an indenture on it and something was flaking off of it. He told me it had a HUGE crack in it. Took it to my custom jeweler (who was out of town at the time). She inspected it and said something was on it. Professionally cleaned it and re-inspected it...it was nothing more than buildup on it. indenture and it was very sparkly again. I will never return to this location. I trust the integrity of my jewelry as she offered to replace it and has already replaced a separate item free of charge when taking items in for inspection. I gave two stars for the fast battery replacement.

Ive been coming here for a while now. Started off with a very simple (and affordable) watch strap adjustment and most recently I brought Sam my wedding & engagement ring to re-set.Not only did he take the time to make a wax model for me to custom make a new setting for my solitaire, but he also explained why each component is there to protect my diamonds.

I’m concerned because I just left my Michele watch here for the second time within a couple of weeks for battery and I just read a review from another Michele Watch owner who was told her watch needed to be serviced when it didn’t.The location is not convenient because it’s in Northpark Mall. I got the battery replaced here because it was convenient in that I was in mall just after Christmas anyway. But bringing it back because battery was not working the first time and now is not at all convenient.From reviews I’ve read, I should have taken it to jeweler I know in the first place and now.The first time I took it back the guy was very nice, “fixed it” and told me to bring it back if I had further problems. Now the woman who helped me was not nice and told me to give them 30 minutes. Again incredibly inconvenient because it’s in mall. Would not mind so much if I could just pop in to pick it up again but I have to park at mall and make my way through the mall to get to their store.I’ve invested too many hours trying to get a working battery here. I’ll update review if they put battery in that works without too much more hassle.

What a great shop! I was super nervous about getting my jewelry fixing by someone other than my mom in Florida. As soon as I walked in the conversation put my mind at ease. I had a loose diamond on a tension setting and he fixed it right away. We were in and out in 30 minutes. Very professional. I will be back for all my repairs .

AJ, Dee, Steve, Jeremy...the list of great staff there goes on and on. They have serviced many of my watches and have always been great. There are times when they will make a small adjustment there on the spot and send me on my way without a charge! They are truly the best.I highly recommend them to anyone needing an expert opinion with being gouged on price.

*Warning* I just left this repair place unsatisfied as a customer!!! I brought in some designer sunglasses to have a replacement part put on I ordered. Come back and look at my glasses they are scratched up very noticeable!!!!!🤬 Not what I was expecting I didnt bring them scratched up. I didnt get an apology or anything.. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO GET REPAIRED at this place!!!!!

All I can say is wow! I could not find a replacement stainless steel watch band for my Seiko and Fast Fix had to drill a hole in the side of the band to insert a pin. They covered the hole somehow and it looks perfect! They did it in about an hour and 15 minutes!

Best money I’ve ever spent getting something repaired/cleaned. I’ve been using my college ring to open beer bottles for the past 6-7 years or so. Needless to say, it needed some work. These guys made it look new in under an hour for a very reasonable price. Couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out. Looks as good as it did the day I got it.

Had to get a new battery for my Fossil watch and after trying multiple big name jewelers (Kay, Jared, etc) nobody wanted to touch it just because its a fossil. Stopped by Fast Fix and they knocked it out in 15 minutes with no hesitation and I chose the 3 year warrantied battery option. Highly recommend this shop if you are in the area of the mall and need work done to your watch or anything.

Lifetime battery, not! They love to sell you a lifetime battery replacement deal but when it comes to using it, not so much! I took my Michele watch to fast fix galleria. The year before I bought the lifetime battery replacement from Fast Fix for this watch. They did not seem to be excited for the free battery replacement when I dropped it off. After a few hours when I picked it up they claimed they put a brand new battery in there and the watch is still not working and needs to be serviced!! I said no, thinking my watch was only 2 years old. I took the watch to my local watch repair store. They put a new battery in there( while I was standing there) and boom it was working just fine. Either, Fast Fix is not honest with their waranty, or they use expired battery. I am very disappointed, and will never buy the battery replacement waranty deal from Fast Fix.
