We were helped by the store manager Steve, he was very pleasant and patient with us in making our decision and any question we had he answered very well leaving me with no follow-up questions I felt very informed in all the decisions I made because he had an answer for everything Im so thankful for his help and Im glad we decided to make the purchase after all. All the employees there seemed to be very attentive to other customer as well.

Came here to return something I had purchased online and had difficulties returning at another store.No questions asked, and when they ran into the issue, they were quick to reach out to customer service to ensure I was satisfied.I walked away feeling appreciated despite not actually purchasing anything from them.However if they treated me with this much respect, attentiveness and kindness, they will surely take care of you and all your jewelry needs.Next time I need a ring, or any type of jewelry, I will definitely come here first.

Was a terrible experience. First of all they said the maximum occupancy was 18 due to covid, which is understandable. However when we arrived there was only 6 people. We waited outside to be let in, even though they made eye contact with us several times. Once inside the sales lady rudly told us not to touch anything. Finally we asked her if they could fit watches. She replied with I dont know and walked off to help someone else without any inclination that she would find out the answer for us. We left shortly after the terrible service.

Terrible experience. Closing time listed is 7 and I arrived 20 mins before & they turned me away, wouldn’t give me the opportunity to talk. I was trying to kindly say that they should change their hours online if they aren’t going to allow people to enter BEFORE LISTED closing time. Man was awful and continued to disregard me.

A jewelry store with quality products. The customer service is so exceptional. The ladies that walked me around the store was exceptional (Euridee & Brandice).

I have received many gifts from this location. I would have given 5 stars. For the most part, everyone is polite and helpful. Only one person consistently makes an effort to not be courteous and hospitable. I do not know her name, but it does not matter. The service received from the other team members more than makes up for her behavior.

I dealt with the Asst. Mgr., Brandice, and she was very helpful. She changed out my watch battery and showed me a couple of necklaces. Very polite.

Are you kidding me? What type of sales person tries to guilt you into buying a ring 4 times the budget you just described. Lady behind the counter didnt hesitate and started from the most expensive ring and went down. Didnt listen to one word i said and tried to make me feel uncomfortable to get that up sell. Seriously, this is why people hate the diamond/jewelry industry. Please avoid!

I wish I could give zero stars. Bought my husbands wedding band here. The salesman, Shook, sold us insurance/protection on the ring. He said because of the type of metal it cannot be resized, so with the protection we can exchange it up to TWO times to get a new size or if it breaks or if he looses it. By the time our wedding got here and he put it on we realized the salesman sold us a ring wayyyyy to big. So we came to exchange for the correct size. Despite having the pamphlet that explains the insurance and clear as day says “can exchange for new size two sizes up or down” they were adamant that that did not exist and we must buy new because it was past 30 days. They never apologized for scamming us and selling us something inaccurate. After telling me over the phone they’d exchange it anyway, when my husband came to the store to give the ring up, they continued to argue with him and tell him he was wrong. It took 8 weeks to get the new ring. It’s a basic ring. Nothing fancy or custom. We will never, ever shop at any zales again. We totally regret shopping here because it was cheaper. The least they could do was have good customer service. They were rude throughout the entire process. Train your sales people properly so you don’t sell people the wrong stuff, zales. And finally, they do not have their store hours listed anywhere online.

Walked into this location and was offended by the pushing of religion on me just by walking in the door. There is a place for religious music and it is not in a place of business. Jesus threw the money lenders out of the temple. Maybe the money lenders should return the favor.

Security guard stated they were not open at 6:17 PM on a Tuesday. Need to update timing.

Bridget and Melissa was awesome

They dont seem to be very dependable or responsive. I dropped a $500 watch off for repair in December and they still didnt know where it was in March. Said they had to send it off and that they would check on it. They also took way longer to size my ring than they initially told me.
