They fixed my mother’s locket and had the perfect chain. It took about an hour and I get to enjoy a special piece of jewelry that has been broken for a decade. The person helping me was really nice and had a really cool lizard pin, too! I will be going back.

I love this place! It was my first time needing a ring sized. We was in a big rush and they sized and polished my wedding ring. I went to a few stores and they texted when it was ready. Fast-Fix has always come through with providing exceptional and affordable watch and jewelry repair. I have come here several times to fix various types of jewelry over the years. This last time was to remove links for a watch I recently purchased. I walked in admittedly late, about 20 minutes before closing, however they took the time to address my need, and they even worked on it while I waited in the shop. The sales woman who assisted me was courteous and professional. I had my watch fixed in no time! They also offered a generous warranty for any future repairs. I’m not gonna lie… I was skeptical. The name “fast-fix” sounds a little sketchy. But they got great reviews so I took the plunge. And it was totally worth it!! My ring was 3/4 of a size too big and they said it would take 1.5 hours to resize it, and they would text me when it was ready. But it only took 45 minutes, it fits perfectly and you can’t even tell it was resized! Friendly service and excellent work.

I had several pieces of jewelry that needed fixing. One was from another jewelry store sending to a lace in California that fixes a Tag watch for a clasp broken on my watch band. The customer service I have received every time has friendly, accurate and prompt. One time I accidentally lost and ran over my wedding ring with the car, i took it to them and they restored the band to like new condition. Consequently, I am a repeat customer.

The staff of the Fast-Fix Jewelry repair are very courteous and care about you as a customer. I had to repair a diamond in my wife’s wedding ring. They found that the prongs on the main diamond were also loose, so they tightened it and replaced the other baguette diamonds. They did a wonderful job cleaning the ring, too. Their prices were very competitive with other jewelry repair places that I’ve used in the past. I’d recommend them for your repairs, especially Steve Jacobs. He knows exactly what he’s doing with jewelry repair.

They were also able to sautér a Tiffany charm bracket latch together so that I can now wear it. We have used their services since they first opened years ago, and they never let us down!

The employee here had a horrible attitude. She was mad for no reason. It’s sad because this usually never happens but this experience made me never want to go back. It was a African American lady with glasses. I would say she was in her late 40s or early 50s

I need to change the battery of my husband’s watch & Ricardo checked in the system but it was showing the watch is not listed under warranty. I’m pretty sure the watch is on lifetime warranty so I asked to check the watch & not to change it if it’s not on warranty. I will find the warranty receipt at home. When I picked it up, Alexis handed me the watch. I asked if the watch is on warranty & she said it’s on lifetime warranty. I asked why when Ricardo checked it it’s not showing on the list of our watches under warranty. Alexis said they updated their system last 2017, which was NEVER mentioned during my conversation with Ricardo, so there is a possibility the watch might be under warranty but it is not showing in their system. Ricardo only gave me fact that the watch is not on warranty in their system. Another lady just butted in with my conversation with Alexis saying it was explained to me & I emphasized that updating of system was not mentioned to me. She said the line was kinda long so they don’t have time to explain all that. SERIOUSLY!!!! So better KEEP your warranty receipts & keep track of your watches under warranty. You might be paying again for lifetime warranty even though you have existing lifetime warranty already. I know they say it will show on the watch when they opened it, so what if they forget or don’t have time to put a mark coz the line was long!!! So be on the watch out.

I had a ring sized down and a small stone set. Service was fast and friendly. The gentleman that waited on me even cleaned my other ring and necklace for free. It took 1hr-1.5hr and at pick up I paid quoted price. My ring was polished and looked brand new. I’m very pleased with my experience.

The Center stone on my engagement ring recently became loose. I went to three different stores to try to get it fixed, one store told me they aren’t Making repairs until December, another store quoted me $131 and a one week turn around if I’m lucky to have it fixed. Fast-Fix really lives up to their name. I was in and out in five minutes with a fixed ring and they did it complementary! Their staff is so friendly and their stores so clean and well organized. I felt safe the whole time. I will be going to them for all my repair needs in the future. So impressed!

I brought my watch with a new band to be replaced. There were some issues with the parts that I supplied, but they were upfront, found a solution, and got me taken care of. Exceptional service!

The jeweler and Ricardo went above and beyond to repair a pinky ring and it looks brand new, not 9 years old. Although it was a very small repair to replace a lost stone w/a fake emerald, there kindness, professionalism was unremarkable. Plus their prices are extremely reasonable. This shop has a lot of other good options for watches, hard to find watch bands, charms and beautiful jewelry for sale too.

I took a damaged watch in for repairs. Most importantly, this is the only business I could find that would reconstruct the damaged parts of my watch or take a risk outside of some corporate norm and I really appreciate it. The repair exceeded my expectations as I was kept up to date with repair status. Everyone at the store was polite and provided fast, friendly and solid service. My past experience had bee pretty good. I was disappointed this time. Dropped off a watch battery for replacement, spposed to be 20 minutes. I stood outside the store, highly visible, clearly waiting for my watch. Checked at 15 minutes. One in front of you. We will text you. Continued to wait until 30 mins elapsed. Walked in the store . Watch had been sitting in a pile of completed work. No text. I was standing right there. Huge deal? No. Sign of deficient service. Yes.

I brought in my Rolex bcs it had stopped working. The fix could have been expensive and the gentleman warned me of the price depending on the reason. They would need to open it up and see. I was relieved when he called to tell me that the fix was very simple and would only cost me $75. I have taken my jewelry to other places in the past and I have found out not everyone is honest. I will always take my fixes here from now onward. They are very quick as well. .

Came in here expecting to wait for a few prongs on my ring to be tightened. In a few minutes the polite gentleman upfront had gone and come back with my ring, the stone sitting perfectly tight. Fast, easy, well-priced service and conveniently located in Northpark mall (Level 2 by Macy’s).

When I first called asking if they would replace a watch crystal the guy on the phone was very nice and helpful, he explained that I could buy my own crystal and they could replace it and that their crystal would cost over twice as much as I could find online. So I went and bought a crystal specific to my watch and brought it up there.When I brought it in store the lady was very rude and seemed annoyed I was there, I had to sign a paper saying that if they broke my original crystal that they would not be liable, which if you’re breaking crystals often enough to make people sign a waiver you’re doing it wrong.A couple days later I get a text saying my watch is ready for pickup. When I get to the counter the lady tells me they were unable to put the new crystal in because it was too big and that I need a smaller crystal. The crystal was made specifically for my very popular watch it doesn’t need a smaller crystal. No one bothered to tell me that they were unable to do it until I walked in the store either. A heads up that they were unable to do the job would have been nice. Guess I’ll look around for another place that can put the crystal in.Edit: The owner is right I did receive a voicemail that I did not see. 2/5 stars to 3/5 stars. The lady at the front was rude from the first time I came in trying to get the crystal replaced so no miscommunication there. If the next place I take it to has the same problem with the crystal I will edit my review again. Thanks to the owner for the response

I shopped and they sent me a text when my watch was ready. Due to covid-19, you wait in line to enter the store but Dont worry, it moves very fast. There were 6 people ahead of me and the wait was 10 minutes.

I had a very small charm engraved. The finished product was done well and completed in just a couple of days. It was a tad pricey though but I will say I couldnt find anyone else to do it and was just glad to get it done.

I took a gold necklace to be repaired. I was told it would take an hour to an hour-and-a-half. To my happy surprise I received a text stating the repair was complete after only 40 minutes. Also, I noticed when I picked up the necklace it had been beautifully cleaned, revealing a shine I hadn’t seen in years. Good job, folks!
