I had a Brazilian sugar wax with Jade and it was absolutely the best wax I ever had! I have never done sugar wax before but I have done hard wax and the pain level for sugar waxing is wayyy less than hard wax! I’mExcited to continue to get waxed here with Jade :)

Love this place!! Found Lele “Sugar My Cookie”on a Groupon about a year ago and haven’t looked back at waxing since! This place is the real deal and excellent customer service, from all the ladies there! Guys are welcomed as well. I get the Brazilian every 4 weeks faithful and have tried the underarm and legs as well. I would highly recommend the services. It last longer than waxing, all natural ingredients and doesn’t rip your hair out like waxing?

So I just moved to Dallas last month and I wanted to get a Brazilian wax because I’m sick of shaving every 4 days but had no idea where to go & since I don’t know anybody here, i went on google & search up waxing places. I have really sensitive skin so I knew sugar wax would be better for me since it’s all natural ingredients & the wax is room temperature instead of super hot. Sugar cookie had the best reviews so I decided to go with them, also their located 8 minutes from my home so it was more convenient for me anyways. Lele is the person who did my Brazilian & let me tell you, this woman is the BOMB.COM! I was so nervous but she made me feel comfortable! She educated me on the benefits of sugar wax, how often I should exfoliate, what to do before & after getting waxed, talk about the difference between salt & sugar scrub. The pain was definitely bearable and not as bad as I thought it would be. Even if this place was 30 minutes away, I would still make the drive due to the great experience i had!

Can’t believe I hadn’t posted my review. I’ve been coming to Lele for years and the new location is absolutely adorable! I don’t go to anyone else. She’s done in 15 minutes and makes you feel at ease during the entire appointment. If you’ve never done sugaring before, you’ll never go back to waxing, especially with Lele. I’m a forever customer and even waited to drive from Houston to get this service done purely because of the experience here. Highly recommend!

I purchased the Groupon for 3 months. My 1st month was perfect, she got every unwanted hair and she was super nice. Second month not so great, hair was left and I started to get ingrown hairs that were never address. By the 3rd month I had 3 ingrown hairs and still it was sloppy work. Now have to see a dermatologist to have one of the ingrown hair removed. Also her attiude is up and down.... I came to her because of the reviews and didnt get the 5 star treatment like everyone else.

Lele is by far the best! I drive 30 minutes for my appointments with her - I’ve tried getting a sugar Brazilian elsewhere and learned my lesson, never again. She’s fast, does an amazing job and leaves you with minimal ingrown hairs etc. I cannot recommend her enough!

She goes above and beyond her service very friendly kind and gentle, I will highly recommend her. I used to get Brazilian wax but I was tired of the ingrown hairs and other things that come from the hot burning wax ( from a very well known fancy high-end place ) Ive heard of sugaring but honestly, I was terrified of the pain and other things that come with grooming your private area ( didnt want to get away from my comfort zone 🙄 ) I was afraid of not getting the results I wanted 😬 well guess what? It was.. different than I expected lol. Ive watched a lot of videos and I thought it would be a little more, exfoliating? Maybe? But I know their all different.. but she is SUPER, SUPER, SWEET! It was my first vagacial and im homeless and she recommended me places and didnt try to make me uncomfortable about it. 💓 Definitely recommend, definitely going back..

LeLe is amazing! I’ve been 2x and plan on returning. She’s very quick and gets it done. I was literally done with full brazilian, after no shaving/waxing/nair for about 1month, and was in and out in about 15mins, if that!!! Way faster than waxing and lasts alot longer. I now prefer sugaring to waxing. The location is right off the highway, so not hard to access. As far as pain, I’d say it stings a bit less than waxing does.

How has anyone found this place? There are no signs for this building in the area. No one around seems to know where its at. I call, and no one answers the phone. Leave voicemail and no one returns call. Email, no response. Im scared to book anything because it seems like the business may no longer exist?? Any answers??

I was so excited to finally sugar my cookie but I had so many questions. I called multiple times before scheduling my appointment to get my answers and no one ever answered. I decided to schedule anyways and call again and email this time. Again I called multiple times and no one answered.... then finally someone responded to my questions by email. I decided at that moment to cancel both of my appointments more than 48 hours before... I never received a response. Then no more than 24 hours of my scheduled appointment I received a DUE INVOICE!! HOW do you charge me in less than 24 hours but can’t respond to my emails or answer 1 of my 30 calls!! So disappointed because I really wanted to try this place out but I guess not anymore since the communication is horrible

I had to change my review lee lee use to do my waxes and they lasted when she moved to the new location I was getting serviced by someone else the lady is sweet but every time I get serviced I’m always left patched in multiple areas I drive all the way from Fort Worth and I travel a lot so when I get serviced I expect to not be seen for 6 to 8 weeks idk if the lady need extra training but im going to have to stick to my New York plp

My first experience with sugaring was with LeLe. During my first appointment,she was very patient and talked me through it so that i knew what to expect. It was so much better than waxing and alot less painful. I soon became a regular seeing her once a month and every experience was perfection. She was extremely personable while remaining professional. Even when trying something new she was always honest about what i should expect. Parking can be a hassle, otherwise, everything you may need to pamper yourself is near by under one roof.

Id like to start off my saying DONT waste your time booking with LeLe shes very unprofessional and disrespectful. I have been using Sugar Cookie for about 5 months. I went in today for a leg sugaring special that SHE recommended. Im not sure what her problem was this evening but the service that she performed was rushed and unprofessional. She was rude and sarcastic through the whole process which I find odd considering how long Ive been using her services. She really needs to reevaluate the vibe she puts off while at WORK because a bad attitude turns into a bad business.
