I enjoyed the wax. But after a simple double pending payment mishap could’ve been solved with ONE email, I was treated like I was the causing the biggest issue for it to be fixed and told I should’ve just used cash.As a customer I had an issue, was given a solution by my BANK to fix the issue and they refused to help. Really liked the place, but no customer service skills.Update: After speaking with the owner the issue was fixed. Again, the establishment is a jewel for your wax needs. Thank you for the assistance on the issue

I went for the first time to get a wax and wasnt sure what to expect or if I was going to even go through with the wax. I got to my appt 15 mins before time and my Esthetician was Jeanette, she was amazing. I originally booked for a sugar wax but she did the regular wax and she explained why. My first time experience was amazing and Jeanette took her time with me and talked to me during my wax which kept the nerves down. I will return for my 4 week wax.. Jeanette was amazing.

Had my first Sugar Brazilian wax today with Britney and it was awesome. She explained everything to me and made the experience very comfortable. She also educated me on how to take care of my skin afterwards. I had a great experience!! I will be back 💕

For a first timer the experience was exceptional. A bit nervous at first, didnt know what to expect but I was able to relax after getting in the room and the tech Britney explaining everything. I was very hairy but when I left it was nothing, I mean nothing! The atmosphere was comfortable and customer service was good. I would definitely recommend a friend.

This was my first time get a wax. It was a well work it experience Ill definitely be coming back. The environment is clean and the staff is very nice. They talked to me to take my mind off the pain from the waxing and the prices are excellent, it was just overall a great first time experience and they have them a regular customer

Giving four and not five because the one time I could not get Cynthia the other lady was not great and left a lot of hair. But Cynthia is amazing!!!!!! She will even take out some ingrowns and is very sweet.

The set up is cool. But my wax lady rushed me the entire time saying she had someone directly after me. It’s been 3 weeks and I feel like a gorilla again. I got a Brazilian and it didn’t feel like I had been waxed the day AFTER ! The wax was also only $35 so I tipped and bought they sugar scrub. I used it on my back first on me and my boyfriend and we immediately started burning. The place is so cute and I wish it worked out but I will never come back. I drove 3 hrs for this place !

I HIGHLY recommend Brittney she was so sweet and helpful It was my first time there and first with a Brazilian. She told me each step and what they were for, talked the whole time and was very reassuring and VERY VERY Passionate about what she does I will be returning ☺️

Had a very relaxing and easy visit, left with some great homemade exfoliate! Visit was 30 min which was good timing, although Im used to European Wax Center moving at 15 min increments. Faster not always better so Im happy!

I visited for a standard brazilian wax as a first time visitor to the spa, not a newbie to the service itself. The woman I was assigned as my waxer is named Arlandrea. She did not have her license displayed, nor could the staff find her license in any drawers or record of her last name in their computer system when asked. What started off with normal female chit chat and a standard wax appointment, ended with a volatile explosion in which the waxer physically threw hot wax and tweezers at me and got extremely violent. To start, she was going over the same area and waxing 10-12 times, and didnt seem to be getting all the hairs. I began to complain of irritation from the repeat waxing of the same space in very sensitive areas. By the time she was finished I looked down and saw several large patches. I asked her if she could remove the stray hairs and she immediately began raising her voice at me I DONT SEE WHAT YOURER EVEN TALKING ABOUT. So I pointed to the patches, and she then flung up a drawer, and grabbed a pair of tweezers that already had several darker and thicker hairs than mine stuck all over the metal prongs. She could not grab any of my stray hairs, because the tweezers were clogged up with hair from another client. Not to mention this is totally unsanitary, and unhygienic. I then told her I would finish myself. She then violently exploded and began to throw things all over the room. Hot wax landed on my belongings, and covered the floor all while I was lying down in a small room, naked and vulnerable. She then threw her tweezers at me on her exit from the room, leaving the door open and exposing me to the waiting area clientele. She then left the premises, and another waxer named Brittany took over. She was very nice, but unprofessional. She noted there were hundreds of stray hairs left, and that this was not Arlandreas first customer complaint. She began sugaring the remaining hairs because my sensitive areas were visibly inflamed from her coworkers prior job. While on all fours, another waxer knocked on the door. Without asking me, she let her other coworker and Assistant Manager in the room. All while I am completely exposed and on all fours. they were pointing and laughing at my body and the spots of hair Arlandrea had left. Brittany had extremely long dread locks, past her waist and they were not pulled back. So every time she turned around, her long hair grazed against my sensitive private parts repeatedly. I have reached out to the business owner about the borderline assault that happened at the hands of her staff. She had no comment, and said that Arlandrea would be re-trained. Not fired nor reprimanded. I was given $5 off the service for the inconvenience. This waxer was so volatile, that I am now scared to leave an online review, as this could be tied back to me, and I live very near to the spa. This is complete negligence by the business owner herself, to ignore the huge violations of TDLR code, unhygienic practices by both of her waxers, and not to mention the physical violence that her staff inflicted on me. My eye couldve been gauged out by the tweezers, as she threw them so hard in a tiny room, while I have no means to protect myself, as I am naked and lying down. She also threw the popsicle stick of wax at me, and knocked over the entire wax station. Highly unsanitary and unprofessional to say the least.

I’ve been waxing/sugaring for about a year, trying a few different places, and Ashley has set herself apart from the rest! She’s very friendly, takes the time to do a good job and this was probably the top painless experience I’ve had as well. I’ve had so many people rush through and I end up having to go back and touch up whatever other aestheticians missed. Book with her!

This was my first waxing experience and I was so nervous but this place was amazing. I was with Octavia and she was very polite, knowledgeable, as well as casual. I didnt even notice the pain through our laid back conversation, she had a bomb playlist playing in the background, and she knew exactly what she was doing. At no point was I ever uncomfortable and about five minutes in you never wouldve even known that this was my first time, thats how calm and relaxed she had me. I would definitely recommend going here and I will be going back.

I’ve seen three different gals and have been happy with each of their work. The setting is comfortable, always good conversation, and I have no problem paying for good service. Wouldn’t know how “great” they are never got a chance to try. Every time I call they don’t pick up and I attempted to contact whomever schedules the appointments via Yelp. She did ask for my name and phone number but, I have yet to receive a call. It’s been 6 days since I first reached out to them.

Amanda is really awesome. She took care of me. I have had many overpriced waxes with poor service so my hair had grown out really long. Amanda got all the hair quickly and with very little pain. She was very professional, and efficient. The price is great and she was very accommodating for the full figured community.

Ive only been to a couple waxing places, but enough to know that this place does an amazing job for a reasonable price!The girls here are so nice, easy to talk to, and know how to make it quick!The parking is a little tricky, but if you ask the valet guys if you can park there, they typically let you!

Had such a terrible. First off the sugaring was so painful, I started sweating all over, i have been waxing for about 2 years, sugaring most of the time and its never been that painful. then the girl who did the wax, my gosh! She was so aloof and dismissive. You could tell she was talking to me because its her job, I didnt even want to tip her. She has tattoos all over her arms, I dont know her name, she never cared to tell me. I usually wax at the Coit road branch but I got a Yelp coupon so I came here. Never again. The ladies at the Coit branch are so sweet and very genuine. Ill definitely stick to that branch. Totally not worth it.

The service is great. Staff is wonderful. Taylor is the best. But, any of the girls do a fabulous job. So fast and efficient. No pain.

Carol is great but the receptionist has no customer service skills. She is very rude, has no patience, will book you for an appointment, tell you to come in any time, when you arrive will say You have to come back later, were closed or you were a no show. I went for the 1st time as a birthday present and she knocked on the door twice during my session. Which caused me not to go back due to her lack of professionalism. The waxing experience was great though!

Today was my first time ever getting a Brazilian wax. Jaemesha was perfect. She was so patient an dedicated to helping me through my first time. I had an appointment that was scheduled online at 11:15 am it was moved by them to 12:15 letting me know around 11:10 so I get there early and go inside they take a while to get me in I asked if I had parked in the right spot went around to park the car on the restaurant next door where they said. I go back inside and was told I wont be seen because they have a 5 min late policy that they broke in the first place by making me wait . Horrible experience after an hour and 30 something minutes no service. Bad Customer service over all and the receptionist didnt acknowledge I was there ignored me the two times I talked to her, my hello and the third she only answered I was parked in the wrong spot.

I’ve been going here for about two years, they get the job done and are the best prices I have found in dfw. Nothing fancy when it comes to the location but I believe they will be moving to a new space soon. The main thing I am disappointed by is the high turnover rate of the employees. When I enjoy an esthetician, I want to keep her! And I never find out that they don’t work there anymore until I show up for my appointment and have another person.

Super disappointed with this place... was enticed to call this place due to the pricing for the Brazilian wax... spoke with Sheneka made an appt for 2:45.... made it to the area and parked approximately 2:42... walked around looking for the place because there is no clear signage of the location asked 2 people of they could point me in the direction... finally get there 2:52 ...Sheneka proceeds to say sorry there is a 5 minute grace period.... Im thinking to myself so tell the customer this after the fact... cause at 2:50 I couldve hopped right back in my car and drove 10 miles back to my home... I guess you get what you pay for... poor customer service... no respect for the customers time.... I wont be back... this place looks like an old apt complex... its ok when u get inside
