Cody is a great teacher! Watch him do one obstacle and it’s obvious he knows his stuff! The obstacles, atmosphere and training are stellar! I wish I lived closer so I could go every other day!

Cody and Chrissy are amazing trainers! They cater every session to whatever your current fitness level is, then push you until you reach the next! I cant wait until Im done with school, so I have time to go back to train at King Compound!
