I called to inquire on a day pass and if they offer Veteran membership rates. The owner answered the call; very short and an unprofessional tone. When I asked about a Veteran membership rate, he replied well what branch? I replied, the Air Force and why would it matter. He then replied Because I was a Marine, thats why. He then said Im just giving you a hard time. Im done for the day. I get there at 5am and if you come see me tomorrow, I can give you a deal. He is extremely unprofessional, rude, & clearly has zero respect for potential clients/ fellow Veterans. Dodged a bullet there.

✅ The gym seems decent and got a good number of equipments.❌ The problem is, the owner. Hes hardly ever there and doesnt have front desk or anyone in charge of the place.His personal life is too much involved in his business. Good luck trying to get a hold of him or meet him in person.Hed make you feel like hes doing you a favor to stop by to see the gym or sign up. And if you do, finally meet him hes not that professional and lacks customer service skills.

Ive been going to this gym for a little over a year now. Even though it is smaller than your average gym, it definitely has everything you need to get a good workout.Ive never seen it get too crowded, even during peak times. I love the 24 hr access, which is great for me since I tend to have very early days or late nights after work.The owner, Bobby, is really easy to work with and he does a great job maintaining the place.

Veteran owned, well maintained, very well ventilated. I love this gym and will continue to go for a time. They have all the equipment you need, 24 hours, and its never busy.

Good place to get your workout without all the BS of a big gym. Focused and to the point.

These other people aren’t lying. When it comes time to cancel, he goes dark. I had to call my bank and have them reverse the charge and get a new card so he would stop charging me.

This gym is old school but with all the equipment you need. Not more than 5-6 members in the gym at one time so if you don’t like crowds watching you sweat, this is place for you. Bobby has treated me well and has been very responsive. I highly recommend this location.

This gym is easy to get in and get out. Well maintained and clean. Bobby is great to work with. Been a member for over a year.

Great local gym in Uptown area that has everything you need to perform your workouts. The owner runs a clean facility and is very helpful and respectful. The 24 hour access makes it very convenient to adjust your workouts to your schedule. Prefer this gym over any large/corporate gyms.

Deposit for key has never been refunded even if I returned the key. Neither answered on calls nor on SMS after that. Even though gym has everything needed for workout and working time 24/7 is convenient I would NOT recommend it due to payments issues.

I’ve tried to cancel my membership multiple times now, but won’t get a response. I’m not in the US at the moment nor able to just fly over there to even use it, but my account keeps getting charged every single month!

The Gym is great and so is the owner, Bobby. Hes very supportive of everyone and the location is perfect for me during my lunch. Clean facility and good atmosphere!

I worked out at this gym for a few months in the summer of 2017. The facilities were fine and I had no issues. However, I cancelled my membership in December of 2017 and mailed my fob back to Bobby. Since January of 2018 I have been billed on the first of the month even after repeated requests to cancel the auto-billing. Ive emailed, called and texted Bobby with no response multiple times. This has now been going on for 7 months.Bobby - if youre reading this please stop billing me. I havent been to your gym in 10 months.

I used this gym to train with my personal trainer. My issue is that the owner Bobby Hart is unprofessional and irresponsible. He does not respond to texts and never answers the phone. He continues to charge clients after they have given written notice and there is no way of contacting him. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Love this gym. I come at my lunch break at 12 PM every day and its soooo good around then. Free machines all over the place.

This is a small but reasonably equipped gym with a squat rack and bench press! It also has rings!There are few enough people that I dont usually have to wait for a rack or machine. I like that its open 24 hours a day, you just unlock the doors with a little badge that goes on your keychain.The gym now has reliable internet, and the owner, Bobby, does a good job maintaining the gym and keeping it tidy.

This place has pretty much everything you need. Registration was a breeze, Bobby doesnt charge an application fee, which is what sold me. 24 hour access is awesome and when I go, Im usually the only person there. This place is the Average Joes compared to the Globo Gyms down the street.

Youre better off with a Planet Fitness membership. Thats how bad this place is.
