I love that there is never a crowd. But I dont see much ab equipment. And theres lots of torn cushions. I do appreciate seeing employees spraying and wiping down equipment though. Its conveniently close to home also.

This is a really good local gym. I recently got a membership to this gym at a very good price with lots of benefits. The equipment is very good and very clean. The trainers are great as well, and are very helpful and informative. The lockers are the best Ive seen in any gym and will suit all you locker needs, even a wheelchair accessible bathroom. Overall this is a very welcoming, professional, and great quality gym. Definitely worth you time.

Small hometown gym, with friendly staff. 24hr access. Security cameras. Love thats its accessible when I feel a need for an adrenaline rush.

I pay 100 bucks every month for them to reach out and say my personal trainer is no longer there, mind you the personal trainer would always bail on me and had text messages as proof. There was no refund issue to this matter and then they offered me to get another personal trainer that they recommend..I’m sorry but all of their personal trainers are overweight. No thank you !

Ive been a member of a lot of gyms in the area and this is the only one that has felt like home. The staff is invested in you and truly cares about your progress.

This gym is like a family. You feel at home here no matter what your fitness level. It you need a place to help you become a better you please come find your new home.

Small gym with good vibes! Unlike big box gyms, everyone greets you by name at the door. Its not intimidating and you can feel at home whether youre an athlete or a reformed couch potato. This place attracts a good crowd too.

The gym itself is on the smaller side, but don’t let that turn you away from it. The equipment is in great shape, and the staff/members keep them clean. They have actual free-weights and Plate-loaded equipment (which is huge since I came from Planet Fitness in Hiram). The staff are all friendly AND they have childcare...which is very hard to find at a gym for this price. This will be my new gym for a while for sure.

Last night I visited the gym for the first time in several months. Ive been working on range of motion and balance through the gym organized water aerobics program nearby. It felt great to be back in the gym and to be received so warmly by staff. I definitely feel grateful to have so many wonderful and supportive people in my corner on my journey to full mobility. I joined about 3 weeks ago, the 5 am Kick boxing class is the best way to start your day . For the gym to be the size it is i must say there is enough equipment to keep you coming back the trainers are great. I look forward to my two a day work outs .

Reasonable prices. Clean gym. Nice employees and customers. The gym is small but you never have to wait for a good workout. The owner is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet. They will sit you down and work with you to meet your goals. I highly recommend this gym.

This is an amazing local gym and I did not realize there was more than one location.  While the Marietta location seems to be their primary location as it is a huge location with a pool, hot tub and a ton of floor space, the Dallas location has an idiosyncratic feel to it.  This location has a great staff and everyone seems to know each other pretty well.  I am hoping over time they will upgrade some of the equipment and add a few more features but overall they have great membership deals.  The staff is very friendly and has very inviting personalities.  There is an outside area which can be utilized for cross fit or whatever workouts need.  The indoor cross fit area has a punching bag, battle ropes and every piece of equipment you can think of.  There are several different cardio machines such as treadmills, Elliptical, bikes and so much more.  There is a great selection of free weight and universal/Smith machines.  There are tons of classes but they fill up really fast and the people really seem to enjoy but listening to the instructors I can see why.  There is also a child care option and while I dont have much details on that I think its fantastic you can drop you child off there with plenty of activities to do while you go workout.  The young ladies it the child care area as also very attentive and I have even seem them holding young babies while parents workout.  I have been to several gyms throughout my life but always bigger names but this local gym has something that none of those big gyms have and thats HEART.  Each day I way in and Im greeted by a staff member who took the time to learn my name and always greets me with a smile but the constant follow up to check in on the individual progress is amazing.  I have never seen that at any other gym unless you are signed up with a personal trainer.  The staff here makes all the different and did I mention there is 24/7 access.  This is the best local gym in the area.

I have been going to Fitness 1440 (Dallas) for several months and I have to say, I absolutely Love it!!!! The staff is always so nice and so knowledgeable. They make you feel like youre more than a member, actually they make you feel like part of a family. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a healthy way to improve their lives.

This has been my gym for years. New ownership in January really made some positive changes. It is much more lively and clean now. Great free weight area for meat heads like myself, but the ladies like the classes, so there is something for everyone.

I have joined gyms multiple times and never stuck to it. I decided to get a personal trainer and have had amazing results. I love my trainers Toi and Ryan and I love the people I have met so far working out here. Everyone is friendly and encouraging. You join a family when you join this gym. We work hard but we laugh harder.

Fun and fitness wrapped up in one class. I love Caseys cardio kickboxing classes - its always a new routine and always a great workout. The staff there is amazing and I love how friendly everyone is at this gym.

Great Gym! I enjoyed working out here, but sadly I had to move away. I loved the 24 hour setup, and it was small enough that I didnt feel judged by everyone else that was working out there. Ive had an LA Fitness membership too but I despised it, but Fitness 1440 is a great place to work out.

Wonderful place to be part of, I am proud to be a member of this gym, (it is my family). I really enjoy going to this gym. I truly consider this place as my second home, because the staffs are always welcome me with a charming smile, great staff, brand new equipments, and clean facility.

Let me start off by saying this place is great. Everyone that works here is very friendly and always willing to help you of you have any questions or concerns. A very friendly atmosphere, I have never felt unwanted here like i have in other gyms. The classes and trainers are all top notch and very accommodating. Also it isnt very expensive, and it always is clean. Overall i would highly reccomend it to anyone friends or family.

I wouldn’t give this place a single star . Not sure who they paid for reviews . The equipment is in terrible condition and the customer service is terrible. Don’t waste your money or time .

The owner takes time to know you by name. No up charge for classes given at the gym. 24/7 access. And a one on one meeting with the owner every 4-6 weeks to mark progress and stay on goal. Cant complain.

Absolutely terrible experience with this gym! Theyre scamming people with their monthly membership option! I wasnt able to cancel my membership with them when I wanted it, theyve charged me an extra month for not giving them a 30 days cancellation notice! So, I have not used this gym since 23 July, have payed membership for August, and now they charged me for September. Unbelieveable! I ABSOLUTELY DONTRECOMMEND THIS GYM! Terrible management and very rude!

This gym, I cant put into words what this place means to me. I started with 1440 2 years ago. My first day training with Toi, I remember her asking me what my goal was and i said just to finish this month. I had never really worked out, I was extremely over weight and so un happy. After my first month, I remeber thinking ok lets see what month 2 does. Fast forward to 2 years later, 100 pounds almost gone. This just isnt a gym its a family. I have so much accountability there, the staff has been my biggest fans! I also take Cardio Kickboxing at 5 with Casey. This place saved my life... Some of the best trainers especially Toi Epperson!! Ive gained my life back, confidence, and Im surpassing goals I never thought I could. If youre looking for an amazing journey with health, fitness and weightloss THIS IS THE GYM

I love it here, the best 24 hour gym you will find and my favorite gym Ive been to. Very laid back atmosphere. Last gym was LA Fitness, before that was Bodyplex and i would definitely recommend 1440 over both of those. Those gyms definitely have more machines and stuff but I have always been able to get on the machine I want at 1440, there is always atleast 3 open treadmills no matter what time of day I have gone. Plenty of free weights to choose from. There are several side rooms that offer classes and even a side room with a punching bag and kicking bag I havent even checked out yet after 2 months here, they have heavy ropes, parkour blocks (or stackable blocks) I do wish they had a powerade machine or something, cause they only have a small fridge with a couple muscle milks and waters in it thats only accessible to purchase during staff hours. Registartion was quick and easy, no suprise fees or anything. Prices are great, here I get tanning, childcare and premium membership for half the price of basic membership with childcare at LA Fitness. Im giving you guys 5 stars, but if you dont get some more of those black shirts in that say 1440 down the side, im taking away a star.
