I’ve been a member of CAVE Fit Club for a little over a year now and can honestly say it’s changed my life! I’ve tried my fair share of gyms, but none compare to the challenging workouts and positive, encouraging atmosphere Jake and Meghan have created.The programs are very straight forward, so you know the workout prior to walking into the gym. Most importantly, our trainers explain in detail the purpose to every program and what the goal is in every movement. One thing that stands out to me is that Jake and Meghan not only take the time to correct my form, but take the time to explain why I should make that correction, and HOW that movement/correction is going to help me elsewhere in the gym.CAVE has brought me some of my closest friends and I’ve honestly never been around such an encouraging, inspirational group of people. Never once have I felt like I can’t do something or am embarrassed to try something new because you always have someone cheering you on. Our female community is truly amazing, as well! It’s refreshing to walk into a gym where females are pushing each other to become bigger and better. I genuinely look forward to going to the gym every single day. I have a smile on my face the minute I walk in and the minute I walk out! And I miss the workouts and people anytime I’m away!Highly, highly recommend coming for a 7-day trial!!
I have been training with Jake for over 3 years. I went from not knowing anything about working out to learning new workout techniques safely and at my strength/pace.When Cave Fit Club opened, it brought in some incredible new people and my new fit family. Everyone has always been welcoming and continues to be.The workouts are great and they change every 3 weeks. You’ll learn from the best and train at your level. Don’t be intimidated by the exercises. You’ll master them at no time. Jake and Meghan are easy to train with. They’ll listen and adjust workouts as needed. Come with an open mind and try something new! It’ll change your life.
Being at CAVE for more than a year now, I can say it it has never been boring. I have truly enjoyed the alternating programs and the family atmosphere. The two trainers really know what they’re doing and encourage you to push past mental limits that you previously set for yourself. I couldn’t have choose a better gym.
This place is amazing. Jake and Meghan have created a great workout community. My favorite part about Cave is that I show up and Jake and Meghan already have a plan for me. I just lift whatever they tell me to lift. Cave emphasizes several things: tracking weights, form, and nutrition. By tracking the weights I’ve lifted, I’ve been able to lift more weight than I’ve ever thought possible. My form for different exercises has improved exponentially, all while lifting more weight. If you ask Jake, he will help you with your nutrition. If you track your food intake for a week, he’ll provide a customize plan for you.Another aspect of Cave is the community. I’ve made many friends here at Cave. I look forward to Cave every day. The people you work out with are so kind and encouraging. Jake, Meghan, and the people in the class are always pushing you to do your best. Most importantly, I HAVE SO MUCH FUN! The best part is that Jake and Meghan will sometimes workout with the class. You get to see them push themselves and it gives you even more motivation.If you’re looking for a gym that will give you a good workout, this is the place for you.
Hands down, favorite gym in Dallas! I dont even live close to here but they are worth the drive for me, and probably the only class I would wake up at 5am for.I dont know how they do it, but Jake and Meghan make everyone feel like they have a personal trainer, even in a group class setting. They are extremely knowledgeable and attentive.I did Jakes 2 week spring training program where he gave me amazing nutrition advice and challenged me to do 4 classes a week. I had kind of fallen off the wagon and hadnt been to the gym in a month or two, so this was exactly the education and routine I needed to motivate me again. The strength and the results I achieved in just those 2 weeks was mind blowing, and put me closer to my health and body goals!Ive taken countless group classes and worked with plenty of personal trainers throughout my life, but this is by far the most unique and effective strength training workout Ive ever done.Do yourself a favor and sign up for a class!
No exaggeration, best gym I have ever belonged to. Trainers Jake and Megan do a great job of keeping everyone motivated and making sure that you have good form. They also do a great job of mixing up the exercise routines from day to day and week to week. Its a great mix of weight training, body exercises, and cardio. I am in the best shape I have ever been. Highly recommend this gym!
The Cave is a GREAT gym and I highly recommend it for everyone regardless of fitness level or experience! I played football for The University of Texas Longhorns (2010 to 2015), so Ive spent half a decade and thousands of hours immersed in a world class strength and conditioning program. After football I spent my time jumping from gym to gym around central Dallas (Crossfit, Equinox, Lifetime, ect..) and I can say with confidence that the Cave is the best of them. The Cave has all the equipment youll ever need and the program/classes they developed are VERY well thought out with the perfect blend of cardio and strength/weight training. Because class sizes are limited you get individualized attention. Parking is super easy and convenient unlike Equinox and Lifetime Fitness. Another positive is their technology, their app makes it SUPER easy to sign up for a class and to record and track your progress throughout the month/year. The biggest pro for the Cave is accountability, if you skip classes or wake up late to many times then youll be fined $15 per offense. This might sound like a con, but that $15 penalty is what helps to get my lazy butt out of bed in the morning. Dont worry the owner is lenient and doesnt fine you unless youre habitually late or continue to miss the classes you register for.Cons: The Cave does not have an open weight room policy. Meaning, you cant show up at random to workout, you have to sign up for a class. Dont worry, as long as you dont miss your classes then you will hit your fitness goals.Im not a relative or friend of the owner and I was not paid or compensated in anyway for this review. Im posting this review because the Cave is the first workout program that has successfully recreated the quality and accountability of a college athletics program. PLEASE Dont be intimidated if youre a fitness beginner or weekend worrier, the Cave is a gym and program where my mom and sister will get just as much out of it as high level athlete (which I am not anymore).
Jake, the owner of the gym is a phenomenal guy. At the moment you step foot into the facility, you feel welcomed. His classes are designed perfectly with the right amount of strength and conditioning. Workouts are efficient so you are not spending unnecessary time waiting around.In the end, Jake and Meghan truly make you feel like they care and want you to meet your goals. I would highly recommend trying a class at Cave Fit Club. The best gym in the area by far.
Here are the things I love about Cave.Accountability system - with accountability comes consistence and with consistence come results. I joined Cave after being hurt, I have fallen out my routine, with Caves accountability system I quickly jumped back on my routine and I feel I am back on track.Workouts - The workouts change every 3-4 weeks, the workouts are set for me and I never have to worry about what to do. I just come ready to work, and never have to worry about a plan.Coaches - Jake and Meghan are always there to answer questions, provide information, provide encouragement, correct your form. I would call them the form police.Modified Strongman - these are may favorite workouts, it reminds me when I used to go out and play. We play with Tires, ropes, sledge hammers, chains, etc..Finally if you are a triathlete, runner, or any other endurance athlete, this is a great compliment, make Cave the strength portion of your training plan and you will be happy with the results. After I got hurt i felt my mobility decreased my muscles got a bit rusty after a couple of months, I am feeling much better.
Best gym, best trainers. There isn’t much more I need to say! I basically had no friends in Dallas until I started going to Cave. I’ve met some of the best people there. On top of that, the class structures are right up my alley. Programs change every few weeks so I never get bored and I always feel challenged. Jake and Meghan are two of the best - you won’t be sorry if you join us!
After I completed my complimentary week at Cave, I knew I could stop searching for a gym to join because this place blew me away. Cave is top-notch with attentive, knowledgeable coaches who also make things fun. The focus on form has made a huge difference in my training and the results just keep coming. Bottom line, the program works and the community aspect is unmatched. Best gym, best people!
I’ve been going to Cave for 5 months now and it’s probably the best gym I’ve ever been a part of. The workouts are challenging, structured, and the atmosphere is friendly with top-notch coaches that are there to guide you every step of the way. Jake and Meghan make you feel welcome the moment you walk in the door and work hard to familiarize you with the workout. If you’re considering giving this gym a try, just do it!
This place is so much more than a gym - its a community! Before I started going to Cave, I was paying way too much money for personal training, and not getting near as much out of it. After my roommate convinced me to try out Cave, I was immediately hooked. The trainers and the people there are amazing. It really feels like a big family. I have made so many friends at Cave - everyone is so welcoming and the environment makes it so easy to connect with others. On top of that I have never met anyone as passionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful as Jake (the owner). He really gives you all the tools you need in order to succeed and meet your fitness goals. I thought about moving this year and Im not kidding when I say that one of the things that kept me in Dallas was Cave, because I know how hard it is to find a place like this!
I avoided the gym for most of my life because I didnt trust myself to just figure it out in the gym and I wasnt accountable to anyone other than my own motivation, which meant not at all!CAVE Fit Club changed all that.From day 1, Jake made me feel comfortable with not only the machines and workouts, but also with my own body (limitations AND possibilities) in light of an existing back injury. The workouts are carefully prepared for the gym and allowed me to get into the rhythm of going to the gym. I TRUST that Jake and Meghan are fully invested in the goals I have set for myself and that each workout is curated with my entire body in mind.There is also true ACCOUNTABILITY within the community at CAVE and with Jake and Meghan. Attention to form and mechanics is also a priority with Jake and he wont let you develop bad habits or do less than your best. He also worked with me on developing a custom nutrition plan that has helped me get real results!I absolutely recommend CAVE Fit Club!
Cave fit club is a very friendly gym with a very knowledgeable trainers. Definitely worth checking out. If you want to hit your health goals or just want to stay active. 1 hour and you are good for the day!
It’s been a year since I joined Cave, and I can say with 100% certainty that this program works! Not only will you achieve amazing results in your strength and endurance, you’ll gain a community of friends along the way. I’ve learned so much when it comes to form and technique, that many of my lasting aches and pains have subsided. Thank you to Jake and Meghan for continued support, and so much fun along the way. I have found my new gym home.
This gym is awesome. In the span of a year i have gained approximately 10 lbs of muscle. The workouts are intense, but Jake and Meghan make them approachable for newbies. 10/10 I definitively recommend coming here if you want to be challenged to work hard and gain muscle.
Great gym with great people! Classes for all levels are offered and the coaching is top notch. I started Cave last year and have never felt fitter since. Ive seen some great improvements with mobility and strength since going here.
I have been in Dallas for 5 years now and have been member at almost every gym you could think of. I was on the hunt for a welcoming atmosphere, trainers that actually cared about your fitness journey, a place to build new friendships, call home and made it fun to get up and go workout every day!I was introduced to the Cave about 4 months ago now, did the 1 week trial and was hooked! I signed up a few days later and am now an unlimited member! I have met some amazing people and built great friendships along the way! We all push each other to do the best we can, hold each other accountable and call each other family. Its such a great feeling!Jake and Meghan have been the absolute best also! They not only keep us on track of our goals, but they actually take the time to get to know us, improve our technique, teach us how to train at all levels, and are our number 1 fans! I seriously have not been more happy to wake up for a 530 am class or cancel happy hour plans because I have the gym at 630 pm haha. They keep things fun and interesting, and plan great outings for us to all do as a team! I love my Cave Fit Fam!
Cave Fit has offered me the most rewarding gym experience I’ve had in my life. It’s like a playground of wide ranging equipment (turf with sleds, log press, heavy tires, and so much more) with demanding work out classes that under the expert guidance of Jake and Megan will get you shredded while having fun in a friendly, supportive and hard working atmosphere. Expect coaching on form and to be pushed to work past perceived limits while never at the expense of your safety. You will sweat your tail off every visit and leave fully spent. And access nutritional guidance that maximizes your results if you want to make the full healthy living commitment. Never looked forward so much to a 5:30am class. Best gym in Dallas
As cheesy as it may sound, I’ve never been one to like working out & now it’s a part of my everyday life. I love going to the gym not only for the great workout but the amazing people. There’s a reason all of these reviews rave about the community! It’s hard starting something new, but everyone makes you feel immediately at home, always cheering you on. Jake & Meghan are also great at making sure you’re safely executing each exercise, and to your best ability. I never imagined I’d be able to lift or squat so much but they push me to my best. Not only have I seen great results, but I feel them too. I’m so thankful for this gym, I can’t imagine my life in Dallas without it!
I’ve been at Cave Fit Club for over a year. I have never had a gym experience as good as I have at Cave. It’s a great motivating atmosphere that comes with a plan for you to follow that delivers results. I recommend Cave to all of my friends.
For me, working out is about overall wellness, so I focus on consistency, mobility, and strength. I came to CAVE wanting to be consistent in my workouts and to feel strong. After being here for over a year, the team (Jake and Meghan) have really pushed me to do just that. Because the classes are constantly changing I never get restless, and with the App to record our sets/weights Im able to track my progress over several months. I also really appreciate their attention to detail on form, their willingness to offer excercise modifications, and overall encouragement through new workouts (i.e. Cave Obstacle Course & Combine), which has really made me stick with it.Overall, its a great group of people that like good music and sled work :). I feel like Im getting a great value for my money, in the same gym you get varied/challenging workouts, proper form training, education/resources for nutrition, and genuinely nice people. Its definitely worth the try for all skill and age levels!

Cave is an amazing place for workout and community. I was an endurance athlete constantly suffering from injury and after talking with Jake made the switch to Cave and strength training and haven’t looked back. Great place, great coaches, great members!
