I took my boyfriends new, 2020 GMC Denali to get paint removed from scraping a pole. Juan told me to bring it back on that Tuesday at 11 and hed remove the paint and wash it for $60. When I arrived, they received the truck and starting working on time. When I returned it looked good as new and the 2 small areas that required attention were addressed with no hassle. I will be taking my new car to them.

This is a fabulous,personal, carwash. I spent $90 to do a special detail. It was amazing how my 103,000 mile Toyota looked! You can get regular hand washes for $25. You wait in the little waiting room, and it takes about 1/2 hr...or you can leave your car. Excellence! No reason to go anywhere else!

It had been a while since I took my last car into Lakewood Auto Detail. The people who work there are still just as nice as they can be. However they have changed the menu. Prices have almost doubled in just a couple of years. And they no longer clean engines, its not even an option if you want to pay extra. They do a nice job of washing and waxing, although the wax job didnt last as long as I thought it should. Water beaded on My car for just a little while and then it was gone. They vacuumed the interior, but its extra have the upholstery cleaned and I had to ask them to vacuum out the console. Also they dont wipe down the interior edge of the door or the frame, you know that place where a womans skirt can get caught if she doesnt get it in the car. For some reason that particular area seems to be very dirty most of the time. I spent about 2 hours detailing my car after I pick it up Im completely dirty to towels getting all the little extra area is clean.

This was my first to Lakewood Auto Detail Shop. I decided to get it fully detailed and they did an amazing job, really paying attention to details and not cutting any corners. I highly recommend Lakewood Auto Detail Shop and will definitely be back. I am very happy with my “new” car.

Honestly I was going to pass on the visit after the reviews. The website is so easy to use. I understand why they didnt answer the phone when I called to get prices. Its all online. Prices list of services and even to make your reservation. My SUV was very dirty! Once it was done I got a text to let me know it was ready. Erika T made me realize some of us are very picky when it comes to our vehicles. I took couple of minutes and realized they hit every point. My Wife was so happy she decided to get her car done there as well. If anyone reads this please take the time to visit the site. Maybe start with just a basic wash and work your way up to other services they offer.

I too was wary of the negative reviews, but I am glad I visited. I am a regular customer now and very satisfied. Juan and just team do a great job on my car -- better than anywhere else in town. Remeber, however, that this is a hand car wash place which, if they have any reasonable amount of customers, means you can have long wait times. I think thats just the nature of a place that does hand wash only. Of course, many of us prefer/require hand washes due to higher quality, lower paint damage and/or necessity (car too small/big/high/low) for mechanical wash and we are conditioned to accept wait times and more difficult scheduling in general. If you want it done right and having it done right is most important to you, this is your place.

Avoid this place like the plague. Horrible service. I called for more information about prices... only to be directed to a voice recording instructing me to make a reservation online. So I went to there poorly organized website to make a reservation. I even got a confirmation stating my reservation was made. I called the day of the reservation to confirm and I was told I didnt have an appointment. Then i asked if they can fit me in since it was there mistakes. They told me they were booked already. So I completely wasted my time. The guy on the phone was nice but it still doesnt excuse there poor service.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! STAY AWAY!!! Less than a year ago, my sister purchased my mother a $150 gift certificate for a full car detail. Today, when my mother tried to drop her car off to get it done, the manager Juan quickly pointed out that the gift certificate stated in the overly broad disclaimer language at the bottom that it was only good for 6 months from the date of purchase. When my mother asked why they wouldnt honor a gift certificate for an auto detail less than a year after it was purchased, Juan replied This is hard work, as if that somehow justified Lakewood Auto Detail keeping $150 for no work at all. When I intervened and said I was planning to post a negative review warning others, Juan said he had considered honoring the gift certificate for an additional $75 but was not going to do so. As if paying $225 for a car detail would have made the situation satisfactory to anyone? Juan than lied and said he prints out every gift certificate himself and tells every customer that they are only good for six months. Turns out my sister purchased the gift certificate after speaking to a female employee there, who then e-mailed her the gift certificate. When I asked for a telephone number at which to reach the owner, I was given an e-mail address for the owner. When my sister showed up later to discuss the matter and asked for the owner to be called, Juan declined, saying he was going to take his lunch break. Juan later threatened to and did call the police when my sister said she would wait until Juan finished his lunch break to make contact with the owner. REALLY!?! At one point, Juan, while smiling, said My owner gathers all the expired gift certificates and shreds them. Just a warning, this is the type of customer service you can expect if your experience there does not go the way you hoped.Just to clarify in the owners response, my sister did not refuse to accept that it had expired and demand that it be honored, she simply asked for the owner to be called to try to reach some sort of resolution. As to what your website says, it sounds like your manager Juan doesnt even know that you can purchase gift certificates online as he said he prints each one of them himself and tells the customer of the six-month expiration date. It also doesnt explain why Juan smiled and said My owner gathers all the expired gift certificates and shreds them. Sounds like you receive free money from a lot of unsuspecting customers. Maybe that business model works well for you.

$20.95 hand wash. Includes wash/vac/ dash/ tires. Ive never gotten another service from the menu simply because our car is never THAT dirty. Always great service. Would recommend to anyone not wanting their paint scratched by drive thru washes.

Got my extremely filthy dually detailed here and they did a fantastic job!! I mean dirty from months of stock shows and mud and cattle and it looked brand new!

Saw all of the negative reviews (most over a year old) but decided to take my car there anyway. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked it up. Granted I keep my car clean, but now its showroom clean! I think I am going to have to make the Full Detail part of my regular maintenance now. Best of all its walking distance to my house...drop it off and they will call 5-6 hours laterthat everything is dry and to get your car.

I went here for the first time a couple of months ago. My car was pretty messy on the outside and had lots of dust and debris on the inside. These guys got out there and washed my car by hand. They did an excellent job. I havent had my car that clean since I bought it brand new. The service took a little under an hour. The prices were great, too. This is the only place I go to get my car washed now.

Always great, prompt work, at reasonable prices. Ive come here for years. Also, its great having someplace in the neighborhood.

I took my car in to get detailed at lakewood auto, and when I got it back not only was the car still pretty dirty and really did not seem waxed at all, but they had rubbed off a massive area of paint on my hood. The first time I asked them to fix it and give me my 110 dollars back, I was yelled at. After much arguing, they agreed to fix my car and give me my money back. It took them exactly 45 days to repaint the car. I called multiple times a week for a month and a half, and every time they gave me another excuse. After all of that, now they are refusing to refund my original detail price! This is the shadiest, worst business ever, the people are rude and I cannot wait for my recent complaint to the better business bureau to come knocking at their door.

Drove there last week and nobody was to be found. Reception area was empty and after i waited 10 minutes I left. They say first come first serve and this place is a joke!

I brought in my INCREDIBLY dirty 2012 Subaru Legacy because I’m trying to get ready to sell it and this team did an absolutely outstanding job. It looked better on the inside than when I bought it used from a dealer a couple years ago. I’m going to recommend this spot to all my friends and family who need their cars detailed! I’m SO grateful for the job well done— almost makes me want to keep the car 😜
