The visit started off well. Courteous and professional. They called me that my truck was ready. I paid for a hand wash on my full size truck.I looked my truck over and noticed one mirror wasn’t touched. The other mirror was only half cleaned. Two of the wheels had not been touched. All of the door handles were dirty. Many various places around the truck had not seen the touch of a sponge as well. I did not have time to wait for a re-wash and asked for a voucher. The cashier refused. I asked for the manager. As I was pointing out all of the areas neglected to have been washed, the person who washed my truck started wiping with a dry rag the places that had not been washed. I asked him to stop because dry wiping dirt off my truck is not acceptable and would scratch my paint. The manager was even less helpful and became discourteous at that point. Once his attitude became apparent I asked for a refund as I was no longer wishing to return. Ever. The manager refused to give me a refund or a voucher and started to complain about… “how am I supposed to pay my employees, cost of soap, etc.” He said the best he could do was give me $20 back and have his guy continue to dry wipe the dirt off my truck. At this point my patience and accommodation of the establishments ridiculous and unprofessional behavior had reached its end. I asked for the owners phone number as it was clear the manager was not willing to help. The manager tried to call someone and didn’t seem to get through. At that point the manager relented and gave me a refund. I thanked him for that. Not once did I become rude or unprofessional.The quality of the wash is what I would expect if I paid a neighborhood kid $10 to wash the truck, not the $60 they charged. I thanked the manager for giving me a refund. At that point the manager asked me to never come back. Well sir, that is exactly what will happen. I will never go back. And I sincerely hope I will help anyone else make that same decision. If you need a drive through car wash I’m sure this place is fine. But if you need a detail and/or hand wash… run! Run far away.Hopefully the owner will see this review and make necessary corrections with their employees so no one else will have to experience this terrible service.

The machine wash scratches my car but they wipe down inside pretty good, They also BROKE my side mirror band its been a week and I havent heard anything about replacing it. Ive went there a few times and they give me the run around, but they did fix the problem and I will continue getting my 2 cars cleaned every week. Best car cleaning on the north side ❌🧢

Ive always had a great experience with E-Z Shine I get the $19 best express wash and the fact that they do have employees there to wipe down your vehicle and tires after leaving out of the cash wash is a plus for those who dont have the time too.

Went twice in 1 day because of their professionalism, customer service, and great quality car wash. The people were beyond helpful and also gave me tips on how to save money. Although it’s a car wash and at the end of their shift, they were still happy to be there and help. They told me where to go for free vacuums and wiped my car dry for me. I will continue to go there and I highly recommend it.

This car wash was a better place than it is now the workers are rushing your vehicles even if they don’t have to I have to constantly keep telling them it’s something that has been over looked. The last few times I had my car washed here they were wiping my windows with dirty towels which leaves streaks on the glass what happen to the 5 star car wash that use to be here

I got the super clean 50$, first off they left my sun roof propped up on vent n ran my suv thru the car wash, 2nd all my change was gone and they left pretty easy lil things on the inside they could have cleaned better and they didnt even clean my 3rd row seats because they were folded down

This place has 30 vacuum ports and has them all shut down for Covid before and after Covid??? So what gives? Not to mention the chemical portruding out of the car wash. Smells like theyre painting cars or something its strong and its gotta be toxic..

Got stuck in the car wash and a car hit me while in the car wash they shut it off not sure what exactly happened no explanation got out of the car when it started back up fortunately me and the driver had no damages and I was in a loaner car from the dealership because mine is in the shop it was so dirty that I couldnt see the windows so I got a basic 8 dollar wash which had the potential to be a nightmare NEVER AGAIN

With automatic systems every car wash is the same, so the main difference makers are staff. It doesn’t matter what mood are you in, they will make it better. Simple phrases, carefully, responsiveness are perfect words to describe people who work there. The location is also very convenient, just across the street from Walmart, shopping, and a few restaurants.

Fairly expensive for the quality of wash. $15 got me clean for the most part but definitely some missed spots. The vacuums are literally falling apart.

These guys were open on a rainy day! I had accidentally stained the seat in my sister’s car with grease from Cane’s fried chicken and I was mortified. I drove over there to get it looked at and the guy says don’t worry about it if you pay for the car wash I will clean the seat for free. I was so impressed that I knew that I would keep coming back to this place from now on when I’m in Dallas.

Free vacuums to use which is nice. Service to get a wash was lacking. Drove up, sat for a few minutes. Employees were standing around talking and saw me, no one bothered to come take my money. I ended up leaving and going to another car wash.

I love this car wash. I can go and get my car washed without having to get out of my car. I even get a 7 day rain check. They also have vacuums that are free to use as long as you get a wash. This place is super convenient and I have never had to wait. I will definitely be getting my car washed here again.

The most bad car wash in dallas I took my 2020 mustang GT to get a hand wash but they make worst dirty i cleaned by my self and they don’t even touch on the front side also on the windows they left a lot of grease they so bad and lazy people

Make sure you get your moneys worth. If you pay for the Simonize Hot Wax the yellow light will flash at the end of the tunnel. Overall, its a very good carwash.

We are in a global pandemic and the two cashiers were not wearing a mask while taking my payment. Management needs to ensure safety of their employees and customers during this pandemic. Vacuums work but take a long time to clean since they aren’t very powerful.

They damage my truck and then said that I drove it over there damaged.one of the men that was drying off the car said oh man thats the second car today that the mirror breaks.But the manager said that we drove it like that over there.He took pictures of it snapped the mirror back and then we noticed that the door panel was scratched as well and he said oh that you drove like that too.he took the pictures of my truck and then didnt want to give me the pictures back so that I can file a complaint with the central manager he said and he gave us a business card.Dont waste your money going to this place they dont deserve business.

My car had been in the shop for some months, I finally got it out so I wanted to get it cleaned before I start using it again due to the virus, I went in today and got the 26$ one which included Better Full service Include Total Interior Wipe Down, Shampoo Floor Mat and Clean, Interior Protection Dash, Door Panel, Console, 7 Day Rain Check Exterior WashBut honestly only the outside looked cleaned, The inside the car was still very dirty, all cup holders were still dirty, didn’t even looked like they were touched .I had to spray Lysol and wipe down the inside of the car with Clorox wipes, just sitting the drivers side, cleaning what I could arm distance I probably had about 20 wipes come out grey, When I first pulled in the ppl outside assist me fast and were very nice, but who ever cleaned the car did horrible, plus the outside of my car still had leafs on it under the front windshield

I pulled in to get interior and exterior clean. However, I had an urgent, but quick phone call that was important. So when I got on the property, I turned immediately into the first empty space in a row of spaces, which were occupied by only one car. A young black man frantically ran to my car and started knocking on my window. I acknowledged him and indicated Id be with him in one minute, but his knocking only got louder. Then he started shouting at me to move my car. I rolled down the window and said I was here for a car wash, but had to make an urgent call. Even though I rolled the window back up, his continued knocking and yelling kept me from hearing the information I needed. I moved my car off their lot, but sure enough, when I placed my call again, I couldnt get through. This caused me almost an hour in wasted travel time. I pulled into a spot near their office, where a very nice young man allowed me to relay what happened. He assured me he thought he knew who it was and that the incident would be reported to management. I didnt tell or cry, but I was upset enough that I didnt have my car cleaned there. Not that or any other day

If I could ZERO stars for this car wash, I would. I went in there for a car wash and came out with my car looking A LOT WORSE. Here’s what happened, when checking in I informed the attending to please cover my paint chip on the back of my car, to which he responded don’t worry we will cover that. Fast forward 15 minutes, the paint chip on my car was not covered AND the chip was significantly worse. When I complained to management, Tony, who was the manager on duty apologized and said sometimes the attending outside gets lazy and doesn’t want to come inside to get the tape to cover chips. That is a COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE RESPONSE. When I asked for a refund, he then replied and said they don’t do refunds. Additionally, after speaking with the outdoor attending he responded with “he said you didn’t say that”. Wow, so after informing me that this particular employee is too lazy to go inside and get covering for chips on cars, he had the audacity to tell me that he claims I never mentioned my car’s paint chip and that I want it protected? What horrible employees and management. I have gotten multiple car washes at other places and the paint chip on my car has never gotten worse; this is the first time. I will NEVER go here again, and I suggest you do the same thing if you care about your car. This place should be out of business.P.S I have never written a review on yelp or google before but I felt compelled to write this one.

Terry and his crew were beyond helpful and did an amazing job detailing my car, it was previously own by someone not very clean so the sets were dirty and stained as well as the floors... Once they detailed my car it looked like a brand new vehicle! The service was fast and very professional!

This place was great. 11 bucks, my car was done in 10 minutes, and its actually clean. Not saying its spotless, but my dogs hair has even gone so far as to infiltrate my toothbrush... so Im a realist. I got there at 8:45 am on a Saturday. There were 2 cars ahead of me, and both were done and gone within minutes of me sitting down to wait. Seriously though, these guys were great, friendly, and Ill be going back.

Was in need of a quick wash so stopped by this place. Staff is super friendly. I got the express wash which was $7. Guy scrubbed my car before it went through the wash. 3 stars because the car wash definitely needs some updates but got the major spots so not disappointed.

Horrible! I got an inspection, oil change and an expensive wash. My 3 week old wipers were, cut, and needed to be replaced to pass inspection. A convenient upgrade for them.My car was not well cleaned. I pointed out to the guy that my wheels were still filthy, and when I got home, hed only re-cleaned ONE WHEEL. Dirt was still in every nook and cranny of the car.They beat me down and stole my money, basically.Stay away, far away.

Check your car before you leave, specially if you pay the 26.95, they discrimine if they see an old car and dont detail as you pay, i claim and they did again, but waist of time, last time here

Just left this establishment.Im not happy at all ...Took my new car, thats barely 2 weeks old...not a scratch on it....paid $55. for a hand wash...came out, they had not wiped the inside of the car at all....There is a scratch on the door.!!..that was not there....so I basically paid them to half wipe the outside ...and thats it ??? Then the guy had the nerve to ask me how much u pay u car.??...DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME...IF YOU HAVE TO INSTRUCT THEM ON WHAT TO WIPE.....I ENDED UP WIPING IT MYSELF.....definitely not professional at allVery disappointed.!!!!!

This place has a good Express wash machine but the employees are lazy. The front of my car had dead fly stains and they did a sloppy job at cleaning it even after I pointed that out. The old Mexican guy there was rude.

Pay attention to reviews, theyre there for a reason - Flagship has zero customer service. You pay $8 for your car to run through a rinse cycle. Half way through I realized my car had never been sprayed with soap, you slowly roll through a rinse cycle while brushes spin around your car. The only cleaning thats done is by the guy at the beginning who has an old brush with soap on it as he scrubs your front and rear windows. Move on to the next!

I worked here as a cashier. And let me tell you, they WILL RIP YOU OFF! they dont clean the car when it goes in the tunnel. Nor do they put soap on the machines for your car to get clean. The owners are the Asians. They dont like when people know who the owners are. They would take money from my paycheck. They assume I would take their money. They wont return your money back if youre not satisfied. Its a store policy . and they also gave away people information at one point. Just dont go here.

If you have a nice, upscale, modern or new car, do not bring your car here. Spend a little money and go elsewhere. This place is very run down and surrounded by homeless people, thugs and drug addicts begging for money and trying to scam people. Not recommended.

I think it would have been better if I went to Fuel City. The vacuum were weak and some not working. Then the $12 car wash became a lesson on how to dry off a car.

Now under new management! The service was great and they want your business. It was unbelievable the amount of soap in the wash. Great hand dry service as well.

One star should be ZERO!!! Every time I have gone to this car wash I have been disappointed with their service. They are near my office and a while back it appeared to be under new management so I went again - still disappointment. Today I took my car over mainly to get the inside of the windows cleaned and they lowered one of my back windows about 2 inches BEFORE going thru the carwash!!!!! Needless to say, my interior (back seat and floor) were wet plus everything that was on the seat AND on top of that, they did not tell me about it. I noticed that the back window on the drivers side was down and asked if they took my car thru the carwash with the window down!!!!! They took it over and vacuumed the floor again but that did nothing for my seats! On top of this, they did not even get the bird poop off the hood of my car!!! Unbelievable!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE and do yourself a favor if you care about your car, DONT go to that car wash!
