The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Rude and inappropriate tech refused to assist due to a scheduling error on his company’s part. I never received a response to my attempts to reach anyone at the company.
They want 10 years experience for an entry level position. They like shipping peoples jobs to India and laugh about it. They are terrible people. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Had an interaction with Joe Beeler of Unisys.Extremely rude and even threatened me.Come to find out he has several criminal priors with one being for assault.In my opinion a company like Unisys shouldn’t have someone with his criminal past (theft, assault) working for them or have access to clients records.Maybe it’s because he hides it, his real name is Jody.
