Great service and company. Ask for Brad Kneedler and he will take care of you. I spoke to a couple roofers before Brad and had to work with insurance companies and the process wasn’t easy. Brad came in made it easy and took care of the process.They did a great job on the roof and kept you updated during the whole process. There is only one person I’ll call when I need another roof and that is Brad with KPost Roofing. You won’t be disappointed.

Tanner very professional and answered all our questions and concerns and he always kept us updated on when he would be here and had a open door communication.The roof workers were very through and did a fantastic job on our roof. The only problems we had was not putting our satellite back on correctly, so we were not able to watch our TV for 3 days and they did not put our patio furniture back the way it was. And because some of the furniture was heavy, we had to have someone help my husband put the patio furniture back in place as before.And I feel like the guys that comes at the end to inspect the roof, did not really talk to us or seen if we had any questions.

KPost did an outstanding job replacing my roof over two years ago while I was working abroad. As I got back home, I noticed some damage on the front shingles, due to some branches getting close to the house during inclement weather.I had the pleasure of speaking with Miss Toni Roofing Department and explain the situation. She wasted no time assigning someone to contact me. I also ask, what will be the cost for them to come to my house and replace the bad shingles. To my surprise, they told me they will replace all the damage shingles at NO COST! David contacted me immediately, and even thought the appointment was in two days due to inclement weather, he saw the chance and showed up the next day! David and his team went ahead and replaced all the damaged shingles. Not only did they replaced them, they also gave the pipes and vents a fresh coat of sealant and paint! Which they didnt have to do!David took the time to explained what needed to be done. He then send me photos showing the repairs once completed. He even provided his contact information in case I have any issues. His attention to detail, customer service and professionalism are second to none! I am forever grateful to David and the rest of the RESIDENTIAL DIVISION team for going above and beyond to someone who had their roof replaced some time ago. The KPost Roofing team were all very professional, cleaned up the mess & replaced the roof all in one day. They had to come back later to paint the flashing when it warmed up. The painter for the ceiling was awesome too.I didnt have to do anything but stay out of their way.I would do it again.

K-Post replaced my Mothers very large and complicated flat roof, then I used them for my roof. Very professional, work crew supervisor kept me informed, great clean-up too! We bought a house where Kpost roofing had just changed the roof one month before the house being put on the market. Turns out there was still a leak - I thought to myself its going to be a nightmare to get them to come back fix the issue, plus we are not even the customer. Matthew Jaynes and the KPost team are extraordinary in a business that does not always have the most trust worthy businesses. I have been a customer for several years when only they would come urgently when I was suffering leaks after another roofer did a poor repair. Since then, I have used them to keep my roof in great shape. The latest storm did some damage to my shingles and, while responding to so many customers with damage as well, they got to me in less than 24 hours and did a great job repairing the damage.

Our experience with KPost was wonderful! They were quick to help and super nice through the entire process. We had some slight leaking related to some missing shingles, and they came out the next day to inspect and fixed the shingles same day. They gave a reasonable price and an honest assessment of the repairs needed (i.e. our roof is nearing the end of an average life cycle but they were honest in the fact that we had a few years left with ours). I had my roof replaced 2.5 years ago with great results by KPost. I noticed one of the boots around a vent pipe was pulling away. KPost came out and fixed the issue free and clear. While they were out, they inspected the entire roof and replaced all the other vent boots. No charge! They honored their 5 year warranty with no questions asked.

After last summers storms, we thought we might need some roof repairs. K Post gave me a great deal on top of installing a great looking roof. Everything looked to perfection and they did it in a 8 hour window while I was away at work. I never even saw them on site. They took care or my gutters as well, and again they look great. All my neighbors have the same color (charcoal) shingle as me now because of how sharp mine looked. I will never think twice of who my roofing company will be in the future.

Had an EXTREMELY unpleasant experience with Christy Harder from KPost Roofing. She failed to communicate the process of what was about to happen, she went ahead and contacted the insurance co. made an appointment, and didnt even let me know, I had to hear it from my client. I was so confused and so was my client whom I am selling the home for, then she told me I was responsible for letting him know what was going on yet I had no idea what was going on! After I told her that I wished she would have let me know, she proceeded to immediately interrupt me and defend herself in saying that I didnt know what I was talking about. She demonstrates poor customer service skills, poor listening skills, and poor people skills in general. I am now working with another Roofing company and will take mine and my clients business to a company that listens, communicates effectively, and are pleasant and happy people who treat us like a valued customer and not just another roof!If you build a great experience, customers tell each other about that. Called the office to be put into to an employee I was referred to. My tone was extremely cheerful but was met by an extremely short and aggressive operator. They told me I had the wrong number so I asked again Is this KPost?. She said yes and I said that maybe I have the wrong office. She just said ok and hung on me. Really disappointed to be treated that way.
