Noah was really great and thorough!!! He was always on time and was very efficient. The only thing I would say about Servpro in general as a company is that they tell you with water restoration they have to come and check the fans to dry out daily, however, they don’t tell you that they call you 15-20 minutes before arriving. Which can be a bit of an inconvenience. Also, they are on a strict timeframe and one day they started removal of cabinetry and couldn’t finish because their boss told them they had to get to the next job. That was a bit frustrating but overall the technicians we great and I had a positive experience!

All I knew is that a had a flood in my basement and garage, calling the insurance company and let them know what had happened, they reached out to ServPro. Man, what a blessing, then came the whole team of professionals. As I was not home when the clean up started, I did get to meet a few of the personnel. On my off day, I was able to work closely and see the wonderful and professionalism of Amber. She knew her job let me make decisions to keep or toss and was very patient with the mess she was facing. I highly recommend ServPro 24/7 Emergency service for all your restoration needs. My AC unit sprung a leak, twice. Both times, ServPro technician, David Cook, came to my rescue, even after hours, for which I am extremely grateful.Davis is highly trained, professional and courteous. My first fire I met Amber from Servpro. Amber taught me so much about the cleaning up after a fire and heavy smoke damage!!! She answered all of my questions. She showed me where soot was in my room that I couldnt see with the enaked eye. I saw the soot on the special sponge she uses!!! She is so extra patience with my granddaughter’s (where the fire started) floor also. She always wore a mask at all times when she was inside my home, She had no problem at all when other companies didnt like when I asked them to wear one while inside. Amber is so young with the wisdom of a 63-year-old🙃🙏🏾 I am going to miss Amber when her job is done here😔🙏🏾. Amber represents well. She needs to be in a Servpro commercial!!!

Had a water damage just before Christmas from all the rain we had. I had a roof leak and Servpro sent out someone to tarp the roof and then technicians followed with drying equipment in my home. I did not want to use insurance- I got a fair price and they had the ceiling in the bedroom dried quickly!

Had a grease fire due to aunt Susan cooking her famous boiled goose and dumplings and had to call the servpro for them to come out and tare out the burnt stuff and replace with the new. They responded quick fast and in a hurry. If i could give them a 7 or 8 or even a 9 star I would.Ps... aunt Susan aint cooking that greasy stuff in my house anymore.

The employee literally told my parents the reason the project (fixing garage doors) is taking so long (9 months) is bc of their race. The company didn’t social distance and draped their used equipment over my fathers medication. I’m a contractor myself and I was repulsed by what I witnessed on this project. I’m just glad no one got sick.

Just wanted everyone to know, Jimmy Bush of Servpro Paulding/Polk County did an excellent job for the mitigation team. He was prompt, professional, and communicated throughout the process very well. Jimmy even followed up with me to find out how the process was unfolding. That was appreciated! Unfortunately 4 weeks later the construction phase still hasn’t begun. I understand that things happen and people are busy. But a complete and total lack of communication from the estimating/construction group is just poor management. The office personnel have zero answers. Don’t waste your time calling them. This process should have been 3-4 weeks total. As it sits now I’ve been waiting 4 weeks for construction to begin. Then it will take another 2-3 weeks to complete I’m certain. I’m not one to bad mouth people but a lack of communication, in my mind, is simply lack of focus & give-a-damn. It doesn’t have to be this hard.

I may be frustrated by the initial experience, but I have to give five stars to the customer service department for trying to make it right.INITIAL REVIEWSo a heads up to people in our area... I would not recommend this company AT ALL! Due to a drainage issue, we wound up with 2 to 4 inches throughout all 3000 ft.² in our basement. We contacted this branch of Servpro to help with water removal/repair. Although the person who came out was personable, The service was just not up to par. (Unfortunately, we do have a comparison based on a prior flood we had almost a decade ago. That company sent in a team of people, water was quickly removed, furniture was placed on risers, and follow up care to ensure presolution was thorough.)

Great company. Nikki Marchbank is by far one of the best employees anyone is lucky to have working for them. No one except maybe Patty Baldwin works harder. Both are very caring and truly knows how to take care of their customers.

If I could give a negative 100 I will.Its incredible that I had to hire a sub contractor to finish the job after 6 yes 6 weeks with no results.They told me no more than 3.So who will pay for the 3 weeks of eating out? With 3 kids can you imagine the cost?And who will pay for it?Then after leaving a mess and not finishing the job they dare to charge extra $3900.00After giving them 3400 in advance.Dont hire this people they are the worst.And also as my wife said, they disappeared the beer from our fridge.Its not the beer its the act.And also they were supposed to get rid of mold and they packed moldy dishes in the boxes.Im confused.

Servpro of Paulding came out and did a fantastic job at my home. Very pleased with their service and they were friendly and worked quickly to get the job done.

Having water damage wasnt bad enough. State Farm recommended these guys to us for the mitigation and restoration. I should have found my own contractors. It took them 6 weeks to get to a point where we had to fire the company and look for a different repair company. The manager or as I would call him head idiot mismanaged this project from the start.We had to live in a hotel for 6 weeks to be given damaged cabinets, wet drywall that was simply painted over, damaged granite, charges for work that was never attempted or completed and nothing but excuses. We had to fire this company and go with one that actually got to work and finished the project in about 3-4 weeks along with fixing all the issues that ServPro created for us. If you can choose any other company you would be well advised to do so.Management was told of every concern I had repeatedly but completely ignored. We even had workers showing up asking us how they were going to get paid for the job after we fired ServPro as if it was our responsibility to inform them that they were no longer needed or welcome for our repair. If it would not have been such a horrible job and a house we just purchased not 6 months sooner it would be funny how disorganized this was. Sadly they made a bad situation exponentially worse.

Done some work for them. Was absolutely the worst company Ive ever dealt with. Never was fully paid in full. They said I was back charged, but after repeatedly asking them how much I was back charge no one would return my calls or texts.

If I could give zero stars to this company, I definitely would. Worst costumer service ever, I felt ignored every time I called to ask when were they going to do their job, the secretary hang up on me when she figured out I was calling again to figure out what the hell what going on. After 5 weeks to finally complete the cleaning job (they only went to the house 7 times) now its been over a week that Im waiting for the company to send their restoration person to do the estimate. Havent heard from them and their trash is still on my garage. They damage one of the walls of my kitchen and apparently no intentions on fixing it.This was recommendation from State Farm. After reading the other reviews, Im completely sure they have some business going on between the adjuster and this company, or at least the manager of this location, this people suck!!!!They stole beer from my refrigerator!!!!!!

TRASH company, Corey the manager CURSES at the female employees like they arent a person. Very unprofessional, most companies try to be courteous and civil, not these guys. Just money hungry low lifes.

Our experience with servpro started over 3.5 months ago. The right hand has no clue what the left hand is doing! The house looks worse than it did before they started. I wish I had never tried to have it repaired! They broke some of our possessions and garage door! All they care about it is getting their momey! They are asking me to pay more than State Farm gave us for the repairs! I am going to give them the money state farm gave us just to get them to gonaway and so the remaining repairs on my own. The entire experience has been a night mare! They expect me to be home all day every day until the repairs are done or give them and their subcontractors access to my house. Then when they break things they don’t want to take responsibility for it! Also when a subcontractor locks the next subcontractor our they expected me to be home immediately to ope. The house up Again!

A tornado had taken off half of my roof off my home and I had a lot of water damages. State Farm hired them to dry out my house and replace the damaged sheetrock. I caught their employees going through my drawers and closets in the part of the house where there were no water damages. They did good work and they did finish the work in a reasonable time.

I hopefully never have to use these type of services again but if I did I would recommend you guys! Thank you!
