Michael Cruz is an outstanding man as well as an outstanding handyman. We have stone steps leading out to the backyard that were coming apart from years of the home shifting. Our home was built in 1932. Mr. Cruz came over and he was very respectful and professional. He quoted us a bid to which we agreed to. The repair work was done so fast and so quick and the quality of the repair was beautifully done. He had taken out each stone and put it back together like a puzzle. He was so skilled at his trade that we were totally impressed.The second job was installing a hand rail on one side of the steps leading out to the backyard. We have other railings around the home as we have a wrap around porch from the front of the home all the way around to west side. The railings that were used when the home was built were cast iron and very intricate. Mr. Cruz traveled around to his suppliers and did everything he could to closely match the 68 year old rails that were put in when the home was built. The rails he found were almost identical and you could barely tell the difference. This right here shows how much he cares about the work that he does.He installed the rails which meant drilling holes into the concrete steps and that was not an easy task. That concrete had been there for many years. The one important thing that we asked of Mr. Cruz was that the rail was very sturdy as their was a disabled person living with us and the rail extra sturdy. Michael worked hours on that rail with perfect and precise height we had asked for and then went the extra mile with attaching the rail to the brick next to the door. That was ingenious. When he was through that rail wasnt going anywhere.Mr. Cruz is very much a believer in Christ and puts the work in like God would want him to. He is meticulous when it comes to making certain his jobs are done to perfection. We were truly blessed to have found him and we have no doubt that we will be using him again in the future.

Cruz recently redid the tile around my shower/tub in my guest bathroom. Replaced and updated the plumbing for the shower and faucet and installed all new hardware. He also replaced a couple tile on the floor that were cracked and reinstalled the toilet.He was very professional and courteous through the whole process. He showed up each morning exactly when he said he would, and communicated daily with me about the process. The end price was exactly what he quoted me. He sent pictures of all receipts for the material that I agreed to pay for.I will definitely use him again when we remodel the master bath. I highly recommend Cruz All Services to anyone needing help with a small to large project.

Cruz All Services is our go-to handyman guys. They are the best! I found Mike Cruz last year to patch our ceiling due to water damage. Mike’s crew did a great job, my family couldn’t even tell the ceiling has been patched! After that, I have been going to Cruz for small and big jobs. We had several ceiling fans replaced. We had our double ovens installed with cabinet modification (we used to have microwave and oven). This made my children (who love to cook and bake) so happy last summer! We also had our fence replaced last year. Cruz gave us an honest estimate, with cost saving options. Cruz is very professional. He kept us informed on the whole process, from permit, work progress, cleanup to final inspection. The fence is beautiful! Last month, Mike installed solid oak hardwood flooring in our family room and guest room, also installed porcelain tiles in our kitchen and laundry room. Again, Mike took care the whole process, from advice on materials purchases (he helped us find the best deals, Thanks Mike! ), moving furnitures, demolition, work progress and cleanup. This review is LONG overdue as i have used Cruz multiple times this year to do odd jobs around the house we dont have the time nor expertise to do. Hes sealed and painted a window seal for me, installed an insanely heavy window unit and just today added some back splash for me as we are getting a new range hood installed. Cruz went above and beyond on this job, being able to locate the tile to match what we already had even though it was discontinued everywhere we looked! He always finishes every job in a timely fashion and is very knowledgeable and professional. I always appreciate how he cares about the end result of my job and not just just what i ask him to do...because sometimes you THINK you know what you need but youre just guessing.The best part about his services is hes affordable! No minimum number hours like most handy services charge so you dont have to be scared to call him out. Hes independent and will work with you to get your job done!We appreciate everything hes done for us this year and will be calling him again shortly to install a ceiling fan...but he knows that already.

We’ve used Mike Cruz and his team for a few projects including window trim replacement, brick repair, some minor electrical work, and having our cedar porch posts replaced. We’ve been very happy with both the quality of work and the communication. Everyone we’ve worked with has been friendly and courteous, and all the projects were completed quickly.

Had the floors in my downstairs completely replaced (700+ sf), and this required many different skills, including sheet rock repair, painting, tile installation/grout, removal of commodes, water heater, and other appliances. The work took place every Mon-Fri for 2 weeks. I was well satisfied with the overall process, and I was particularly pleased with the way my project manager planned out the work and left me in as good a situation as possible day to day so that I could get things done during the evenings and mornings. Its nice to have hot water when you need it, be able to get to your refrigerator and range, and just be able to walk around your house. Thanks Mike & Co.!

Cruz and his team were great. Cruz went above and beyond to schedule and complete the work before the holidays. There was a scheduling mixup originally but he worked diligently to resolve it and communicated status throughout the entire process. As for the work itself, great. All his work turned into a beautiful and comfortable brand new condo, which is even better than I expected. I love my condo so much right now. Cruz did an amazing job on my condo!! He did a full renovation every surface on the interior is new from popcorn ceiling removal, kitchen cabinet resurfacing, flooring, stairs, tub everything within 3 weeks and good communication daily on the progress and good suggestions that cut costs in places that made sense and arrived at the results I wanted. I definitely recommend Cruz great experience throughout the whole process!!

Doing research on reputable all purpose Handiman can be frustrating. The key attributes you want are very simple:1. Provide and knowledgeable approach to the work not leaving the owner guessing how its going to be done.2. Provide a price which is comprehensive, not a guess, but a contract.3. Perform the work as expected or exceeding expectations taking the right time to do it well4. Complete the project on the time agreed to, unless delays are necessary with explanation.5. Respect the owners time and home by having the teams show up on time every day, and cleaning up during and after a project.As a commercial architect, needless to say, I have seen a wide variety of people who either have or dont have expertise and some who understand the need to build trust and not haggle over all the details. For home work, my wife and I are somewhat neurotic as designers are, expect high quality, attention to detail, and being mindful of our property while working in the house.These guys did an exceptional job when I wanted to remove an interior wall which was wallpaper on one side and wood paneling on the other. The finish out, removal of debris, care taken of the space they were working and attention to work will make these guys my go to for the next project and probably next after that.In the end, when you call between Christmas and New Years, ask for a project to be completed in 2-3 days when other said it would take a week- its not hard to see that when the service provider is not jumping between projects but really focusing on yours, its worth building a relationship.On budget, showed up on time, finished early.Pretty simple-Deeg Snyder
