Scheduled an appointment for my mom who thought she had found mold in her house. 911 Restoration came out and did an assessment and was very knowledgeable and professional. She ended up not having mold but the tech was still really informative and courteous. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Being a first time home owner and within the first month finding water damage that wasnt in the inspection was a scary feeling. I was so thankful for every single person I interacted with at 911 Restoration. Juan was extremely clear, quick, and professional in explaining all the work that would be done and scheduling it. The crew that came to my house and did all the work to remove the damage (Emilio, Joe, David, and Bryan) did a fantastic job and were extremely kind in my interactions with them when I had questions. Beyond that, their pricing for the work was extremely competitive. I would happily recommend them to anyone who needed remediation work done.

I highly recommend 911 Restoration for anyone needing mold remediation. Everyone was professional and easy to work with. Juan was able to quote a very fair price. In fact, it was much better than the other quotes I received. He was also in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. Ricky, Emilio, Joe and Chris were always on time and worked diligently until the job was complete.

Joe and Emilio were great in eliminating the mold that grew into the wall of our kitchen sink cabinets. We shopped around and they offered the lowest price. We were given a heads up that if they found additional mold during the demo, we might have to increase the original quote. This did not happen and the mold inspector said it was completely gone when they were through.

Juan did a great job for the rental property I manage. There was quite a bit of mold growing and Juan immediately setup an appointment to check out the property, do measurements. Then, he provided us a detailed estimate and worked with us on the price. Once contracted, his team completed the work expeditiously. The entire team was very courteous and professional. I was very satisfied with their work and would hire them again if a similar problem were to happen.

Great service. Incredibly professional and responsive. Were able to fit me in so quickly and handled my issues quickly and thoroughly. Juan Kamrath what my main contact and he was able to work with me on timing and constant status updates and break down of step by step execution of the project. Estevan Cabello and his team that executed the project were extremely efficient finishing early. He constantly provided me with status updates and communication and took great pride in his work. even though the equipment on its face would appear to be loud and disruptive, while I was working from home, they did a great job keeping the sound to a minimum. there was no issues for me while working from home which i greatly appreciated. highly, highly recommend these guys. they also referred me to other contractors and specialists needed who all provided the same level of service. great experience overall.

If you guys don’t read another review, please read this one! To make a long story short...I woke up one night to standing water in my house! I panicked, & googled companies, & this was the 1st company to pop up. I called them (11PM), in an absolute panic, & the owner Eric answered my call. He was very patient & kind. He said he’d have someone out shortly. His workers (2 of them) arrived within an hour, & they too were so patient & professional. They explained step by step what they were going to do, & were even kind enough to whisper when they noticed my little one sleeping. They got the water up, & set their equipment up, & were in & out in about an hour or so. They came back the next day to check out the progress, & kept me in the loop with everything going on. If you’re looking for a Christian company with professional people, LOOK NO FURTHER! I could say so much more, but I’ll hush now.😆 I’d refer 911 Restoration to anyone, at any time!P. S. This is my 1st google review, so that should really tell you how thankful I am!

This company is over charging by making the incorrect and unnecessary air movers and dehumidifies into the service bill, I wouldnt recommend it. Horrible experience!!
