My AC leaked and flooded my house. Servpro arrived on time to save my base boards and walls from being replaced. They used the equipment necessary to help save our house from water damage. They were considerate and work around my schedule. We had to change our floors because they were hardwood, luckily we have new floors. I hope I never have to go through this experience again but if I do I will not think twice about calling them. My stressful days become easier because of their accessibility. Servpro Crew answered my call in the middle of the storm. They were great in customer Service. They came to my house and took care of the flood as soon as possible. It was very cold inside my house because the electricity was out. The technicians got the work done and explained everything they were doing. They came to help our community during a disaster and left us feeling worse. Made us pay and sign papers so they could spray for mold and set up an energy guzzling dehumidifier and then no response. Running for 30 days and checked once. Could not get estimates for further services, could not get any straight answers by phone. HORRIBLE SERVICE.DO NOT RECOMMEND throwing your money and faith away. Worst business I have ever dealt with. Would give NEGATIVE stars.

They were there on time and great customer service and the gentleman that did the estimate was very professional and explained everything, also provided some very useful information. I will definitely use them if ever needed and referred them to others.

I will sing the praises of ServPro to any one who will listen. They do something very rare these days - they value their customer by listening to their concerns, then respecting their needs. We had a mold problem that required quite a bit of dismantling and removing. Obstacles were encountered, and each was met with appropriate professional response. Of particular help was Chuck Hutchins who went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied.

After the great mitigation team finished their part, I asked if they could put my home back together. I had no idea one company could do it all. Thats awesome. The manager named Bill and his crew wasted no time helping get my home and life back together. Thank u guys. You are the best.

Very appreciative of these guys. They got to my house in Dallas in less than an hour and knew what to do right away. The office lady that worked with me didnt give up when my adjuster didnt want to pay for some items. In the end everything was approved. They were nice and professional. I had a water damage which they took care of, and then I also used them for the repairs of my house which I didnt know they could also do. They brought in an entirely new reconstruction team, and they were great to work with. The manager knew exactly what I needed and even found the right color of wood for the floor I wanted. The same administrator that started with me worked with me through the entire project and kept me in the loop. They have a great system to keep you up to date with whats happening and letting you know what your insurance is saying they will and wont cover. The process for me was lengthy because my house needed new carpets and wall repair, but Im glad I went with this office. Theyve got to be the best Servpro in Dallas. Im thankful they walked me through a difficult process and now my house is back together and looks great.

Again I have called this company out.this time it was to assist with a commercial general cleaning. They were awesome as usual. The general manager assisted from start to finish and the cleaning team was spot on.

Beware! Very very sketchy company. 3 of the 5 star reviews on here are from the company employees. Beware! They will charge you 4x what they tell you. Awful experience. So disappointing. Should have read all of the different website reviews first. They tell you to give them your credit card then they give you a low ball estimate of what it will cost so you feel comfortable doing so. Then they send you an invoice at the end with multiple erroneous charges. I tried calling the accounting department multiple times to discuss my charges with them. No one ever returns my calls. Jessica the account manager is allegedly “in a meeting” every day all day, as is her boss. And despite multiple calls to the manager, she is always “in a meeting” and refuses to call me back. If you were honest and not corrupt, wouldn’t you talk to your customer without any hesitation? Ive even tried to reach out to the owner Michael but they will not connect me. This place it’s super sketchy.

We were affected by the recent flood in Ellis County and we immediately called. They answered promptly and the owner, Micheal, personally came came out the same day with a humidifier and fans. Then technicians then came out every day over the next 5 days to see if the drying process was on schedule. They explained the process in detail, assessed the damage in the house, and operated very quickly with the equipment. Everything was handled very smoothly and professionally, which helped ease the stress of having had the house flooded. Very appreciative of this company and everything they did for us.

I woke up in the middle of the night to more then half my home filled with standing water. I called Servpro at 2 AM and a team headed straight over to start extracting the water. They explained everything in great details and kept me full of knowledge throughout the whole process. I found that their whole team between the crews, the office, and the management were all very helpful. The general manager was also very helpful with all of my needs.I recommend them to all of my family and friends.I will definitely use them again in the future!

I reached out to this Servpro because they handled my first water damage and did an amazing job. I called them out again and they rushed right over in the middle of the night to help get all of the water out of my home. There technicians and managers are very helpful. Had an unexpected water leak from my bathroom that ended up damaging my bedroom floor. Ive done business with these guys before so I was sure I would get a great service. I was more than pleased. They provided a special formula to kill any mold or bacteria since I have carpet in my bedroom and it worked great. Their equipment to clean up the water damage was perfect for the job. If you see nothing else of this review just know this: If you are asking yourself, Should I call Servpro of North Irving? the answer is yes. You should call Servpro of North Irving.To add a little more detail, in November we discovered that our closet was full of water. Also, our neighbor had disappeared in the middle of the night - I mean gone. Every stick of furniture, as if by magic, had vanished. The only thing left behind was a hole in the upstairs plumbing, which poured enough water to collapse the floor below, dumping water into the entire first floor like a very undesirable indoor waterfall. This eventually flooded the first floor and, as physics would have it, brought water through the wall and into our apartment. Our apartment manager, sadly, was not impressed and despite a lot of emails, phone calls, etc, nothing was done. I was out of options so I just called Servpro.TJ came out for a free inspection at exactly the scheduled time, knew everything there was to know about water damage / mold, and was generous with his time and expertise. He explained what should have been done initially and what could be done now. In the end, he applied a spray of Sporocidin right then and there - as part of the free inspection. The moldy smell is gone and we can live in our apartment for a few more months.Thank you TJ and thank you Servpro. If I find myself in a similar situation again, I know who Ill be calling first thing.

Had an unexpected damage at my home the company was fast and very comforting in this terrible time. Kameron was very helpful and understanding made sure we were happy with the work.

3 months later, repair and restoration are still not complete! Inflated attempts to fraud our insurance company requesting way more than necessary, not truthful about install dates and having to chase down a rep to get an answer, subpar construction work, all of these just a quick summary of the hassles with this location. USAA will definitely be receiving a full report of issues as well, hopefully theyll choose to remove from preferred vendor list.

Ive called on Servpro of North Irving before when I had a small water damage at my house, and they responded so quickly and did a good job that I thought Id try them again. This time I needed help cleaning my linens. They are too big for my washing machine and I couldnt get them cleaned correctly. After I found out they also sanitize pet beds, I decided to give that a try. They picked up and dropped off everything at my house and were very nice and professional. When I asked how they were going to clean my items, they gave me a full explanation and showed me a video on the spot. A few days later, everything came back smelling great and feeling light and fresh. My pet beds are also x-large and it wasnt a problem for them. They got rid of their stains and now they look cleaner than when I got them from the store. My house smells great now with the fragrance they used (which is optional and free, but it smells so good its worth getting). They even gave my dogs a box of treats! Ill call on this Servpro office for anything else I need in the future. I recommend them highly.

Always late and hard to reach. They spam you with phone calls to ask you to pay but they dont even finish their job. Person on the phone was rude.

This Servpro is the most advanced franchise in Dallas I could find! I ended up working with them because another Servpro could do my water damage but not mold. This franchise could do EVERYTHING for me and I would rather work with just one business than hire a bunch of different people to put my house back together. I hired this franchise to do the entire project and they did a great job. I thought every Servpro franchise was the same, but thats not true! This one actually does everything and is the only one Ill call if I ever have another flood. The process takes a while because they have to get everything approved by insurance before they do the work but theres no way around that!

Biggest scam! Do Not use Serve pro! I received my textile items back smelling of smoke, and ALLL my leather items were ruined! Not because of the smoke damage but because serve pro is not qualified to clean orrestore leather items. I mean all items, Shoes (30+ pairs), belts, purses.Poor Quality and No sense of urgency to get your items back to you after a disaster happens. They DO NOT even keep an inventory of your belongings!! Lost several of my belongings! Entire pairs of shoes! They returned single shoes to me haha! Such a scam! Theyre making a killing from the insurance companies and are destroying property.After Months of having my property and insisting they took inventory and photos of everything and brand and necessary details for the insurance... the attached photo shows their detailed inventory.
