Been trying to get the kid to get his haircut for weeks and FINALLY got him there yesterday! I have had several friends recommend Pancho, so I went and it was great. I dont know the Barbers name but he has Gomez tattooed on his arm, he was very nice, very patient and my kid loved his haircut and said he wants to come back here next time! I recommend.

Amazing! Respectful and Great Customer Service. Was there yesterday at 3:30 pm.My 10 year son has Autism. Its not easy formy son to get a haircut. The barber made my son very comfortable. Needed a cut. Found these guys on on the net. Did a walk in. Yes, walk in has to wait and I had to wait a little while. But that is okay. These guys are old school. Big throw down for Faded Times Barber. In all my travels, I do not believe I have had a cut like that before. No 10 minute in and out job there. They take it as a work of art. Jose D. cut my hair . . . seems like everyone knows Jose. Ill be back.

Dont take CC, but very thorough, one guy very talkative, others relatively quiet.Had plastic shower curtains between each station, other places dont have that, s little overkill, IMO.

I came into the shop searching for a new barber in the Dallas area from Houston. This barbershop is legit and fast. I will definitely be making this shop my weekly place to get a haircut.

First time coming here after being on the look for a new barber. The cut was great and barber was respectful. Price is better than the barber I have been going to and others.

Called and asked if they had availability, they said yes so I came on my lunch break and was there within 10 minutes of the phone call. When I arrived they said they had some guy outside who needed a cut and that it would be at least an hour. Wasted my time by not simply telling me they didnt have availability.

In response to the bad reviews... 1. Most Barber Shops are CLOSED Monday’s. They open as a courtesy, so maybe you went on a holiday or maybe you just wanted to be weird instead of calling the number on the door sign.2. You’re not even in TX, who are you reviewing? 3. Call before you come, and if sent away... ALWAYS ask to talk to the owner.4. Appointments are always available, just expect to pay a little more to skip the line.

Messed up place! If you want to spend all day in here do come! First I call in to make a reservation, they said I could just walk in! Waiting in here for almost 2 hours and they keep taking people they know, and tell you they had appointments. Really bad service. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
