Best haircut experience I’ve ever had. A lot of other places have not gotten it right but my fears have been wiped away thanks to Rita and Boardroom Salon.

I made a reservation and drove all the way to the location. When I got there, I was told that my appointment was at a different time than I booked. 30 minutes later, the lady came and said that She was sorry as my appointment was deleted and she wasnt sure who deleted it!. I wasted my entire afternoon for this appointment.

Went in for a beard trim, shampoo/ scalp massage and hand grooming and Danny crushed it! Very pleased with how it all turned out and she was able to offer some great conversation the whole time. Definitely recommended.

Melissa is the best, highly recommend her if you’re looking for your next haircut!!

Ive been a member here for about a month and Ive honestly been underwhelmed with the overall member experience. I think Boardroom is generally overpriced for mens haircuts ($45 to 60) and especially boys cuts ($35), even with the nice extras they offer with their haircut packages. Some stylists are definitely better at what they do than others. Tara, Edward and Amanda have all done a nice job for me. Its just been kinda hit or miss with others.

Heard about the Boardroom on the Ticket, and visited for the first time this evening. I was a little nervous because Ive been going to the same stylist for over 10 years, and I have a professional headshot scheduled for tomorrow. So this evening was a big deal. I sprung for the Benchmark and had a wonderful experience with Amanda. Amanda cut my hair just like I like it, did a great neck massage and shave, then the facial massage and hand massage were so relaxing!! Totally relaxing and worth every penny.

This place is great! I recommend Chaney if she is available! She made me feel right at home and did a great job.I got a haircut, neck shave, hand wax, arm massage, shampoo, and head massage. I left feeling confident and looking great!Go ahead and treat yourself. Well worth it!!

A level of service that I have never personally experienced before. Sarah was a real pleasure... perfect haircut, I think it was like four iterations of hot towels and massage, then thick lather and single-blade razor shave (smooth as a babys bottom). Eyebrows, mustache and goatee trim, and waxed those old man hairs from my ears. The I went to Cookie who gave me the pedicure of pedicures... shes either a great actor or totally enjoys her job and seriously works at it. My feet have never been so neat and callous-free... the tenderness for a couple days after was totally worth it. I highly recommend.

I just finished my Benchmark haircut with Amanda. WOW! The level of care and attention she devoted to me was unprecedented! Incredible massage hot towel and all! Some other great additions was the paraffin wax hand massage and face massage! Complete relaxation!See you again soon Amanda!!

I have been going to great clips for many years but decided to finally try somewhere new. I was a bit nervous to try a new stylist ontop of a new hair style. My stylist was Deidra. She made me feel comfortable and listened to what I wanted and looked at my photos. I got the hair wash, cut, beard trim and style. She was really great and did an amazing job helping me try out something new. Definitely a much better experience than great clips. I will definitely be back again for all my hair needs from now on and will suggest this place in the future.

Appt system is flawed. I made an appt, the website took all of my info, but when I showed up, after a 30 minute drive, they said sorryNever again.

Everyone at the boardroom treated me wonderfully from the time I walked through the door until the time left. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The women did an amazing job on my hair and if you never had a straight razor shave I recommend it to anyone! What a great experience. Thank you and I will be back.

Awesome experience! Angelica did a great job. I left a new man. Very relaxing and peaceful, especially while getting my hair washed and conditioned. The whole staff was courteous. Couldnt ask for more out of a hair salon.

Emily and the staff at the Men’s Boardroom are tremendous. I have been going there for the last 8 or so months and I have never been more satisfied with the haircut experience. I am a typical guy and while I have always taken pride in my appearance, I have never enjoyed getting my haircut. That has changed since I was recommended by a co-worker to check out the Boardroom. The biggest thing for me is that they understand men’s hair and provide consultation that I trust. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed, but most importantly I love my haircut. Definitely worth every penny and Emily is a fantastic stylist!

Visited with some high expectations but was really disappointed. The shop was surprisingly dirty and the whole process seemed rushed. I’m not happy at all with the cut and the staff seemed anxious to get everyone out of the door. Maybe other locations are better, but this was a huge disappointment.

I have been a customer of the boardroom for over 10 years. Last week I received the worst haircut in my life. The hairstylist was generally nice but she does not have the skills to work at the Boardroom. That or she played a practical joke on me. The haircut is that bad. Uneven. 1/4 of the top of my head in the back is shaved. I look like a rooster. After 2 phone messages for the manager I have not received a phone call back. Thus, my first Google review ever. I recommend avoiding this location unless you have a stylist you can trust. There are apparently some very inexperienced stylists in the mix. Buyer beware.

I absolutely love having a membership here! I was terrified to find a new barber when I moved. When I arrived, I was extremely nervous as it usually takes barbers a few tries before I am even somewhat happy. I was introduced to Cookie, who listened to what I wanted and took the time to get it right the very first try. She told me about the membership options, which I was quick to sign up for. Cookie and the Boardroom Salon Inwood are now part of my weekly routine.

I have been having my hair cut by Emily Galliford at The Board Room on Lovers Lane for 2 years. She does a fantastic job and it is always a pleasure to see her. It is easy to make an appointment and, best of all, they have always been running on time. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes in their comfortable waiting area with my complimentary drink. Time is important to me and I appreciate their being punctual. I could not recommend Emily or the Boardroom at Lovers Lane more highly!

When I started getting my hair cut at The Boardroom a year and a half ago, the stylist zeroed in on a style that works well for me. People who had never said anything about my hair started giving me compliments. I sprang for the annual Benchmark membership, and now go every single week. Its one part of my weekly routine that I look forward to. For probably the first time in my life my hair never gets raggedy and misshapen between haircuts.

Had an absolutely amazing experience for my first time, I will definitely be going back. Can’t thank Maureen enough for the great experience. Quite a priceless experience, I highly recommend going.

Staff was nice but the hair cut was terrible. My first experience here was great but not happy with the 2nd hair cut. For the price I would expect a better hair cut. I had to go to a different salon for adjustments. Would not go here again.

I have to say the first time I went to this salon I was not impressed. I really let them know about it politely before I left. I was willing to give them a second chance as they apologized for the short comings. I have been their patron now for over two years and they never missed a beat. Giving others a second worked for me.

[UPDATED]:While my first haircut from Boardroom was not up to par, the salon reached out to me and made things right. The latest haircut I received was far better than the first one, and is worthy of a better review.

Once I got an Executive Membership, I was hooked. Since a haircut, head, face, and arm massage take just an hour, I come here religiously every 10 days. Doing the math, thats roughly $20 to TREAT YO SELF three times a month and look perpetually clean and tailored! FWIW, that also equates to 2 subpar haircuts at Floyds per month.Rita is my gal for haircuts, and Emily does a mean facial. Try it out and tell them Eddy sent you.

Have been here several times for a haircut and it gets better each time. The atmosphere is masculine but comfortable. The front desk staff is always welcoming and plesant. Having free beer doesnt hurt! The stylists are always friendly and profesional and most importantly they do a great job on my hair. I usually get the express but the benchmark is nice if you got the time. There isnt a better place in Dallas for a man to get a haircut than here!
