Amazing and Awesome People!!! I absolutely love this place and I drive almost an hour to get there from where I live but its worth it. I get amazing results at the salon and everyones so friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

I was not pleased with the young ladies attitude, I went for cornrows, but due to my texture because of platinum color, she was not able to performthem. She also stated that she did not like doing boxes braids, that was my original request. Her expertise was Cornrows. So I agreed with the cornrows which she stated that it would be a certain amount. But she was not able to do them. SO we GREED on boxes braids, but I feel the amount was to expensive $$ was a reasonable price, but it not what I was charged. I also felt the she was being a little rough on my head. But I paid her for her service BUT will not go back.

I worked here for ten years. Was oppressed the whole time. Now u have been lied on.....talked about bad but God knows. She..Nicole the owner is still using my pictures of my works to advertise but doesnt want me to succeed let me and my son pay her 320 dollars a week to stay there and work and then kicked me out after i was late one week. But paid her 900 dollars in ten days. Why allow it in the first place? Its because you wouldnt make your new guys leave my clients alone in first place that I ended up homeless. I can only cut one at a time. Now you want to have my listing removed that i had for years and still have my client (star In her head) photos design on your listing to advertise like the person who done the work is still there. Ha. God bless you lady...

This is where my barber is and the place is very spacious with semi private rooms.

Worse haircut in my whole life...so bad that people asked me if I gave myself a haircut...went to another barber to get it fix and I have 2 options, shave my head completely or let it grow a little bit because is so uneven and have some bold spots from the haircut.I had to go back to work and everyone in my office is just giving me hell.Guess I learned my lesson...Stay away!!!

Been going to Hands of Glory Salon with Nicole for over 10 years. Nicole really knows how to make you feel beautiful and she listens to how you really want your hair. Nicole is the only one I trust in doing my hair. She is AWESOME and a GREAT business owner!

No one showedup until 9am. First time here in Dallas and traveled for 15 minutes to this location. Totally disappointed. I have shown picture from my last time cut on my phone, still he messed up completely. As visitor to Dallas, totally disappointed. Not even 1 star eligible. This is on 11/21/17

This place is a gem its tucked away in a corner but the barbers here are great ask for Bo, Shawn or Jeremiah I havent tried out the salons but nails and hair coming out this place always look nice

Good barbers but all of them have their own prices. $15 for a beard trim (No-edge/line-up) is ridiculous.

I dont wanna come back to this place again.

A couple of months ago I took my son here for his first barbershop haircut. Since there are multiple rooms a guy greeted me when I walked in the hallway probably looking lost. He did a great job and my 2 year old gave him no issues but he made him comfy with cartoons and talking to him ( a plus in cutting kids hair). I got his # for future visits. So I texted him a few weeks later and no response. So I went up there thinking maybe he would be there or  someone else could help me. So I go and the room the previous guy was in was closed. So i go to the room before his and I dont remember the guys name (very heavy set guy in the back of the room) asked me how could he help me. I told him I needed to get my sons haircut and he said in very casual way is going to be still. I told him yes he did fine last time I brought him and I would hold him to make him comfy. I didnt like how he said it  and his non-verbal ques afterwards because he seemed like he was reluctant which is fine but atleast play it off. So he started cutting my sons hair and once he saw my 2 year old was not going to give him an issues he warmed up to him and was complimenting how well he was doing and so on. Ok so a few weeks later. I walk in with my son and just sat on the couch thinking when someone was done they would say whos next or acknowledge those on the couch ( look Im new to this barbershop etiquette so I dunno). There were 4 chairs that were occupied and I figured everyone seated were regulars because the last 2 people got in their respective chairs after the previous client was done. So now its just me and my son there. A man walks in and asks can anyone cut him next.....the heavy set guy who cut my sons hair last  (who i was waiting for him to finish the kid about 3 yrs old in his chair) told the man he was done for the day and would have to ask the other gentlemen cutting hair if theyre available. They then stated theyre people in their chair was there last person. I immediately get my son and walk out. Number 1, I am the only person with my son sitting on the couch. Number 2 what happened to acknowledging people when they walk in as a form or customer service. I wont be going back. I found another salon and they greeted me when I walked even if I wasnt there client. I hate to see male owned businesses forget customer service because you got regulars and its Friday and you want to hit the club that night ( this was the conversation amongst 2 barbers that day closet to the door). The cuts my son got there were decent but due to thr lack of customer service on 2 instances Im good. My money wont make or break them as they clearly have clientale theyre more worried about.

Lady z did my hair and she messed it up so bad.She over processed my hair.She was supposed to do a cut and style but she had me looking like a fool.I had to wesr wigs for a whole year until my hair grew back.Well at least in the process i went natural...I guess DONT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HAIR OR CUT...So then the same day a guy cut my son hair here and he couldnt even line him up correctly...I dont know his name but she said he was always at the shop....I guess they will let anyone work here
