As a Property Manager I have cars from other properties park on our grass at night. Valerie is Awesome and so are Our drivers. They do the job that they are contracted to do. Thank you SWAT for all you do to rid our property of illegally parked vehicles. If you are a Property Owner or Property Manager I highly recommend using SWAT!

Very poor customer service, talked over me on the phone and were very rude. They will not take your calls seriously.

Even though they towed my Jeep 2 night in a row I’m still giving them five stars. At the end of the day they’re just doing their job and both times I showed up to retrieve my vehicle the women behind the glass were patient, polite, and helpful.

If you look up the word “inefficient” in the dictionary, you will find this establishment. Their dispatchers are some of the least empathetic people I’ve ever talked to (will tell you you’re arguing with them and then not even tell you how to pick up a car) and they don’t give you all the info up front. You must pay in EXACT amount and they only accept cash, visa and MasterCard. If you use cash, they don’t give change and will keep your money. They make you fill out multiple forms but don’t give them to you while you’re waiting in line so be prepared to wait and hour or so if there are more than 3 people when you arrive. Worst of all, they don’t even bother to look you in the face and instead keep their window blinds pulled shut and force you to talk into a tiny peephole. You have no idea who you’re talking to, you’re just rudely told to fill this form, find out there’s an extra charge for everything, and they aren’t apologetic in the least.

Wifes cars was towed from a handicap parking space at our complex. I am disabled and just had surgery and parked in the same handicap spot we always park in. When we arrived I fell getting out of the vehicle and my wife helped me up stairs. The law requires you to NOT display your handicap placard on your mirror while driving and says so on the placard. When my wife got me upstairs to tend to my fall it got late and we fell asleep and never returned to the car to put up the placard. I informed the lady on the phone that the VALID placard was in the glove box because we had been driving. If the towing company regularly checks our handicap parking spaces then they know we have a placard. When she got ready to leave for work her car was gone. I contacted them and said it was $299.69 to get her car. If I wanted to dispute the tow I cess to contact WYATT TOWING and you cannot locate them anywhere in Dallas through Google. This is the SCAM game they run on people. I would love to have a formal apology in writing from these people. I plan to contact a handicap rights organization to report this scandalous business.I filed a complaint with the state licensing commission on this business.I wish they would be held accountable and have to answer to some governing entity for crook businesses like Southwest Auto Towing.

They towed my vehicle and had me file a dispute via email and when I hadn’t heard anything from them a week after I filed the dispute I called. When MALLORY answered the phone she was very rude and rushing me off the phone as though I were not a person who has paid money to this company. When I told her she did not have to be rude she said “Sorry you feel that way” and hung up the phone.

Long line outside, person at the window didnt seem concerned with speeding up the process. Very condescending when I retrieve my vehicle the doors had been jimmied open. They only accepted exact payment didnt give any change BK. Overall experience was horrible it took 3 hours standing in line in the hot sun just to pay and get my vehicle.

Its a towing impound, what can I say about it that could be good, I wasnt thrilled to be there getting my car from a impound yard!!

Quick and easy, paid the fee, signed what i needed to and retrieved my vehicle with no issue at all. Staff was very respectful and helpful.

Had to wait in line outside under the sun for over 5 hours to get my vehicle. They had 1 girl working the window and she chatted casually with most of the people in line which made it take longer.Expect to wait.

I park in the same spot every day at my apartments... my handicap sticker is on my windshield... it fell and they still towed my car and made me pay full price...even when I showed proof it was in my car...

I always park in the same spot at my apartments an they decide to tow my car saying it wasn’t a parking spot which it did have slant lines showing don’t park but it has parking lines too. Iv had no issues until now apparently

They will tow you in your own spot. But if you call to have them move someone from your paid spot, they take forever.

This company is illegally towing vehicles from apartment complexs. They refuse to release the stolen vehicles until you pay their prices! The onwers need to be arrested. I WILL be filing with the BBB. You guys miss with the wrong one.

They took more money from me then they was supposed to and didnt give the my change back and they was not supposed to tow my in the front and now my tries are miss up now and because did that I cant go to work I think I should be concerned my money they told me to $188 and I paid $200 and in top of that I paid her $206.00 I would like to get my car fixed.

Was told one price to get my car out and upon arrival learned it was much higher. Feel that they should have honored the price stated. And dont have a person on the phone stating prices that are incorrect.

This place is clearly trying to make money. 5 cars were brought in while I was waiting to get my car back. It’s also weird talking to the receptionist inside since she’s higher up and all the Windows are covered so you don’t even see who you’re talking to. Like its not bad enough that your car got towed and you now have to pay money you never planned on, they make you wait for like forever and end up treating you like youre not worth the dust beneath your feet. I felt so sad. All I did was forget to register my car.

Depending on youre apt or their monthly scheduled right around 12am when it goes from the 3rd to the 4th on midnight they tow youre car if you forget about a sticker. I got towed at 12:04am they have people running in between cars with flashlights checking for stickers and passes.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. The woman at the front desk is extremely unprofessional and I don’t think I’ve ever met someone so rude. A ‘Karen’ does not compare. The people towing TOSS and DAMAGE your car while towing it. They will not provide video evidence. The worst towing company I have ever witnessed/had to deal with. I wish I had recorded the encounters I had with this company. Expect for your vehicle to be damaged after having it towed by this place.

Someone parked in my reserved spot, called for a tow. Showed up in 20 minutes and the service guys were even funny! Loved it!

Horrible! The lady working there was extremely rude. Cussed at me for no reason and locked my sister in the tow yard. We had to call the police to get her out. This was all after we paid for the car to get out!

My vehicle was towed illegally. I received a 24-hour permit and it was still towed. Also, when I requested information on where I could file a complaint, Jennifer refused to give me that information. Im going to pursue legal action. Im furious because my vehicle was damaged in the towing process. It now has a dent and the front tire was almost flat.

Showed up on a Saturday with about 30 other carless customers with appropriate papers needed to retrieve my vehicle. Process took a bit and they are only storage facility not the towing company so any disbutes or question are referred to towers. I inspected my car for any scratches or dents and inside for any missing items. Everything checked out to be fine. Was a hike to find my car in there auto graveyard which they just point to the back. Lesson learned at my expense.

Southwest Auto Tow (SWAT ) Goodnight Lane. DALLAS TX, illegally towed my Avis rental from the Residence at Northgate in Irving, Texas. On 5/19/18.There were 6 other vehicles towed from the Residences at Northgate the very same night.I have before and after photos on entrance and exit gates with no Internationsl Tow signs, photos of staff vehicles with no resident permits but they had SWAT stickers and some vehicles appear to be parked onsite overnight.I also have a recording of a conversation with office staff stating all the employees had the SWAT stickers. And I have a voicemail left by Hope, a SWAT manager, wanting to refund me for nearly a third of what it actually cost me. In addition, I have a voicemail from Ryan at SWAT wanting to refund me for the tow and court cost. $463.00 plus $41.00 does not equal $1303.10 which is what the tow cost me. I also have incured other expenses related to this illegal tow.I filed a tow appeal with my local Justice of the Peace. I hope to recover all and make the Court aware of the other 6 owner / operators whose vehicles were towed as well. This company towed my car from the apartment complex that I’ve lived in for a year and a half. I also had a parking decal on my car. They charged me $300 and the clerk was extremely rude!

Got illegally towed by these clowns on Saturday, went in to pick up my truck on SUNDAY and theyre trying to claim it was held for 3 days. It wasnt even a full 24 hours! I sent an email for a tow repeal but I doubt that will get answered. My total payment was for $394 for an inoperable vehicle that I just so ironically drove off the property! Like it was working the entire time! These people need to be put out of business.

I pay monthly for a reserved space yet people will still park in my space even though its clearly marked. Ive had to call Southwest on several occasions and always received courteous service, especially when Ernestine takes my call. I appreciate her professionalism and quick response. Thanks for always taking care of me when someone cant follow the community rules.

I must admit, I arrived here with a bit of apprehension. Surprisingly, the experience was nothing short of perfect! The price that I was given over the phone is the price I paid in person. The attendant was very quick and efficient. I never want my car towed but this is the place to wanna deal with!

I am honestly just trying to get someone to answer me. I have called to ask questions and they say they do not answer questions over the phone. So I sent an email, weeks have gone by and no one has answered. I called again to speak on this and was told they couldnt help. What am I supposed to do here? My boyfriends car was towed, in a normal guest spot charges didnt match what was posted on their building, and then his bumper got damaged. So while I am super frustrated with whats happening, Im really just trying to get someone to speak to me on these items.

This towing company I will call THE WICKED ONES they work for an apartment building complex the Glenn heights apartments on Markville Road in Dallas, Tx. Now they tow people cars for parking for more then 2 weeks, not because they are not registered but because you are not allowed to park in the visitor spots for just a short period of time. Dont tell there residents this, and they black out some visitors parking spots on the ground where the visitors park and then say its for the tenants to try and confuse the visitors this towing company give the apartment kick back money which is that every towed car the apartments get half of the tow fees. Ran by evil, scam behavior people . I am a resident where they towed my vehicle . The resident is full of signs on how to register a car for visitor parking . The website they have is non working site that these towers are well aware of . I believe they preyed on my vehicle because it was towed early, I parked it early one night and before 12 pm I noticed it was gone . But here is the thing I had papers and notes of my vehicle saying that I am a resident and I just bought the car and the leasing office was closed and that I would get a parking pass in the morning because the website does not work . . They still took my car, the lady on the phone tried to tell me there’s nothing they can do even though their website don’t work . That’s janky behavior and really stealing because it’s a set up at this point . My apartment called and got it handled to where I don’t have to pay but guess what I go to pick it up the line is long and not moving and it seems intentional when one person is in line for 45 minutes and takes 45 minutes to give access to someone car, each person will be seen at the window for 45 minutes and it seems purposely done because guess what it’s 105 degrees outside, only 5 people are picking up a car and are literally waiting forever in this exhausting heat while the one person takes her precious tome to take a payment . It’s sad and ridicule evil and money hungry some companies are . That’s not right and very grimy behavior . Will pray for the spirits that work here because that’s very evil to make people wait hours to get access to their car. So greedy they can only have one person on the clock at a time

Back in 2017 my car got towed while I was at my Dad and step-moms apartment celebrating THANKSGIVING. I wasnt there for even two hours!! While I admit I was parked in a space that is for residents, however there was NO VISITOR parking in the entire complex (Ive parked in spots like this every week for two years and never had this happen to me); especially given that its Thanksgiving, you would think that we would have some leeway right? Ooh no. I was one out of four cars that got towed that night.BTW the only way that they got into the gated community, was going through a BROKEN gate. So not only did they not get permission from the apartment to enter the premises, they entered in the shadiest way they could. I got charged $320 for not even 24 hours when it was towed.F*CK YOU.

My car was towed by Southwest. Cool they were doing their job. When I went to recover my property from the vehicle all my personal property had been stolen. Jump box, hydraulic Jack, Jack stands, tools, and even a air mattress and pump. These people are nothing but criminals.

We had the unfortunate situation of having our car towed because we did not see the sign about towing or approved parking. What was a very difficult situation was made better when we met Ernestina at the towing facility when we went to retrieve our vehicle. She was kind, professional, and made the bad situation better with her service.She is truly a gem in what is certainly a difficult situation.

Predatory and illegal towing practices. These guys don’t care if they illegally tow your vehicle as long as you pay their fee. After reading some reviews I can honestly say I fell victim to their predatory business model. All I can do as this point is file a dispute but who knows how long they will take to reimburse my money. Scumbags.

Who likes getting their vehicle towed? Yeah, not me. My brother dropped the ball and parked at the wrong spot about four days ago. I called asking if they had a white ram with kentucky plates the lady answering the phone didnt put me on hold or anything. She immediately told me it was there and when I asked what the total would be she was clear and concise. Upon arrival my brother signed papers and what not and we were outta there within fifteen minutes. IN AND OUT JUST LIKE THAT! Refer to BBB regarding their company, they have many complaints that are consistent along the lines of doing working illegally. Not to mention that they received an F with the BBB. I understand why now- the tow truck driver was recording me without my consent. That is ILLEGAL. These people have no lives but to go around and look for cars to tow. This is what no business does to ya. Maybe, y’all should fix ya’ll’s customer service skills and then business will come to you instead of being desperate and towing legal cars.

Look, nobody likes their car getting towed. These guys simply do what businesses and the state tell them to do and its the law. Chances are you got towed because you failed to do something you could have prevented. I wont give them 1 star because I didnt renew my registration and my apartments dont allow that in their garage for a reasonable reason. So Im reviewing the customer service and the business, not the butt end of my feelings.The guy at the front window was great. I asked if they had discounts for unemployed people and he said no, but gave me an application because they were hiring. He made some jokes about money and jobs and lightened the mood quickly. The business was easy to find and my truck was undamaged. What else is there to say? Its my fault I was towed, just like it was probably yours too. For what its worth, getting my truck out was easy and timely.

Vehicle was towed and stored here with proper resident registration. Both times in 3 days, had to pay $170 to receive vehicle. Both times vehicle was dragged from spot. Both times it was parked in a muddy dirt dump which ruined my 24hr old $600 wax job. Mud dripping from my tail lights and mirrors. Etc.

Southwest Auto Tow auctions are held with an online platform business named LSO but all inpounded vehicles are held on their business premises at Goodnight lane. My no start vehicle was erroneously towed by Southwest Auto Tow (SWAT) from where my vehicle was supposedly being serviced. This bodyshop business, Motion Automotive (M.A.@camp wisdom rd) sold it along with a few other vehicles to SWAT a few days after I had left there and relocked it after the brand new battery was stolen from it. Mgr Mike at M.A. stated to me that he was still working on it, but hes not responsible for what happens after business hours. I replied that he was the only one with my truck keys and that the windows were not broken. So whos to say that it happened after hours. I made several attempts with SWAT to obtain my truck at the expense of M.A. Multiple voice and email messages were completely ignored by SWAT manager Hope and Mgr Mike at M.A. And M.A. continued to change their generic gmail accounts. Plus my calls were at one point to M.A. were being blocked by Mgr Mike until we made a visit there and video taped our visit there. On several occasions I had asked SWAT for permission to retrieve all of my personal documents that had my security information on them. And was told that I had til August 01, 2020 to obtain my documents. Yet I left several voice messages to the auction person Kady/Katy (people @dispatch said that she didnt have a business email and that I was to always call them. I made several attempts two days before the final auction day to go and retrieve my documents but was ignored by Katy/Kady, and Zanna was very rude, unprofessional and abrupt by finally telling me that it was too late and that my vehicle was already sold earlier. And that they had other customers to deal with and that she was ending the call, so she hung up on me.

I went to grocery shop in downtown and was in the store for about 10 minutes. When I walked out my car was towed because I didn’t pay but the employees of the grocery store where clueless when I asked if we had to pay. Anyways I called several times to check if they had my car and they wouldn’t answer and once they did the lady hung up on me. Got there and they took forever. They damaged my car as well. Terrible service.

It sucked! The only lady at one of the 2 windows let us, LSO Auction pickups, stand outside in the heat, no notice posted outside of their offices, building or 12 fencing, until the window for LSO Auction, which is located inside their 12 fencing closed at 2:45pm and only then did I asked the person in front of me if I might go ahead of them and inquire where I actually do pick For LSO auction pickups. Then I was informed that I had to go I side the security fence and they were already closed. So dont be fooled you have to go to the window behind the fence then stand in line.

Firstly, the towing company is supposed to reach out to the apartment renter if they find an unregistered car that is on the frequent visitor roster, which I am. Theyve called other times when I wasnt even parked there because they saw a car that was the same model as opposed to checking the license plate. So I wouldnt be surprised if they towed registered cars, if for example the car year or color was wrong in the registration even if the plate was correct, and judging by other reviews that appears to happen often.Look I get its their job to tow when someone isnt registered for parking and I get people dont like that, however thats not what Im upset about. Im upset they didnt follow their own procedure that the apartment pays them to follow. When I called in, I was as nice to the lady as possible, because Ive been in jobs like that and I get what its like and Im sure they got alot of rough calls. But this lady was so rude. On the phone, she mumbled some question about my car and I asked her to repeat and she yelled at me. And before I hung up, I thanked her as politely as possible and gives md an a huh.Thats not where it ends. When I got there, there is trash all over front of the business, and I dont mean the towed car lot, I am saying the front of the business.I suppose theres not much one can do to not give them your business other than let your apartment complex know how bad this place is. I had to park my vehicle in a open parking lot of a fast food restaurant due to my apartment complex being completely full, the vehicle was parked for 1 hour and they towed it away. It was 8 miles away and they kept it roughly 4 hours, they charged nearly $200. If you go make sure your using a card that matches the name of the owner of vehicle other wise you will have to use their atm that charges $5 extra to pull cash out and then the towing business doesn’t carry change so you maybe forced to over pay. And btw the lady working the desk has manners similar to anyone you’ve encountered at the dmv....

It was an ok experience, that’s until we noticed their was something wrong with the car we had taken the car to the auto shop a few days prior with no problems. So tell me how a car with no problems a few hours before has problems now, tell me. So listen be careful were you park your car they will take it without notice good luck! I would recommend going as fast as you can find any ride to get your car the same day, you will end up paying more in the long run! Don’t wait!

This company towed my car from my own parking space at my own apartment complex and charged me 300 bucks to get it out. I hope this place burns to the ground crooked pos. The woman behind the bulletproof glass has a major attitude problem as well.

I understand that these people deal with frustrated customers like myself all day, but their rudeness doesnt help the situation. On top of it all, I got charged for TWO days of fees despite my car not even getting there until probably 10:37 last night, and I picked it up at 12:50pm today (14 hours total). She said its calendar-based rather than time-based, but thats ridiculous. Its a good thing these people dont have to generate business for themselves because no one would be their customer.Theyre making a killing. What a rip-off.

It was awful. The first night we moved into our apartments they towed my car some time after 10pm and we went to pick it up before 5pm the next day and they charged for the towing AND two days storage. And the person I talked to on the phone to get directions and how I needed to pay was horribly rude. It was a dump. And we found out the apartment complex didnt report my car. The tow company just goes through and tows anything in the parking garage without a parking sticker - which I had just received that afternoon.

Im reviewing the storage facility. Only. I dont think anyone likes their car being towed so. The facility was easy to navigate and locate cars. The yard was organized. Cars were marked with numbers. The aisles were wide and free. Overall it met my expectations. There are usually disgruntled Customers outside fussing about the fees. But that is the nature of the business.

Unethical. Poor business practices. Typical tow truck company stuff. They did have a new level of bottom feeder practice though: they require cash payments for some things but do not provide change. So I ended up paying $20 for a $6 form on top of the outrageous towing charges. The other option was to walk to a “nearby” gas station. No idea how these places still exist today.
