Last Friday, 7/30/21, my mom’s friend’s car broke down at US 377 and Hightower. They contacted Alliance for a tow. They arrived promptly and had the car loaded in good time. Meanwhile, while waiting, my mom, who is nearing 80, decided she would just walk the remainder of her way home. Now, it is only a mile or so from her house. On any other day I would have been perfectly okay with this. She walks everyday. But, it so happened to be over 90° with a heat index over 100°. Your driver (mom didn’t know his name) stopped by her and told her to get in the truck and he would driver her. He told her it was far too hot for her to be walking. I’d like to thank him for his courtesy and thoughtfulness. He is an asset Alliance Towing.

Eddie Provided great service. He was quick and polite. Took about 30mins to get there, he is the most skilled bed truck driver I have ever seen, it only took a few minutes to get my car onto the truck. Highly recommend this company. Arrived before ETA. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend. I contacted other tow companies prior to this wrecker service and most would not come out, couldnt assist with collision or couldnt tow the vehicle to my home. 2 of snow and ice the night before (a lot for TX, brings us to a halt with wrecks galore), yet Alliance answered the phone straight away. Explained my brakes had failed, they asked if i was in a safe place (I was), said theyd get my car in 45 minutes, but took them only 30 minutes. Driver was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Treated my car like it was my car. Had it delivered to the destination within 30 minutes too.They were what I expected to pay, and I was able to charge the fee to my Debit Card.These guys are good ones!!

I have been using Alliance Auto for over 10 years!!I had a Toyota Camry and now a Toyota RAV 4. From simple stuff all the way to needing a new transmission, they are always FAIR, explanatory about the issues, comparable with pricing, and provide really good service!!But I would be amiss if I didnt share just HOW WONDERFUL Alliance Auto & Towing is...In 2011 when I still had my Camry I was coming from my hometown Little Rock and was halfway back to Dallas when my car starting making this weird noise and the acceleration started declining! I immediately called Francisco and let him listen through the speaker phone. After a few questions, he instantly let me know that my transmission had locked up from my negligence to add oil before leaving Little Rock. I was in Texarkana... STRANDED... and frustrated!Fran said if I could make it halfway between Dallas and Texarkana he would come tow me back. Its 8pm. I said OK. I used my AARP miles to get me to Sulphur Springs and an hour later Fran pulled up with the tow truck.HE GOT UP OUT OF HIS BED TO COME GET ME!!! By the time we made it back to Dallas it was midnight. We took my car to his shop and then he took me home! He replaced my transmission and then helped me sell my Camry! #WowI was already a loyal customer, but after that experience, I was shown that he was a loyal friend! From that day forward, NOONE touches my vehicles and ALL my friends and family go to him now!There is NO better Auto & Towing shop around... You better BELIEVE IT!!
