We got a quote immediately after we asked for it and the quote was exact. When they came out to clean our ducts they were prompt, hard working, and thorough in our house! They pulled out wads and wads of dirt and dust, cleaned out mold, and everything in between. I would definitely recommend these guys for cleaning your AC ducts.

They were very nice and professional and did an excellent job. We have a small 1000 sq toot home and it took them less than an hour. They called when they were ready to come out and were there right when expected. I highly recommend their service!

From the beginning to the end, I had a very pleasant experience with this company. Making appointment was easy and the representatives at the office were courteous and very nice.Technician, Camron, called to ensure he is coming on time and was very thorough in explaining the process. He took the pictures and spent time explaining the process and making recommendations. The whole process took much less than expected as Frank also had his assistant doing the work while he spent time talking to me. Really, kudos to Cameron for making this experience a very pleasant one as using a new company is always nerve wrecking.

These guys did a great job! They were thorough, polite, and took the time to explain all they were doing every step of the way (tools used, cleaning process, etc.). They were sure to cover and protect all of our furniture and vacuumed each room as they finished. Our air ducts are super clean and we noticed an improvement in our air quality and circulation immediately. They also cleaned our dryer vent -- it was amazing (and frightening) what they cleared out of our dryer duct, which I clean fairly regularly. They let you know all pricing up front, so there were no $urprises. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their air ducts or dryer vents cleaned =)

Over charged! For a deep cleaning and sanitation of the coils using spray cans of cleaning solution. Unit is still dirty. And that 99.00 special to clean all duct work has turn into 55.00 per vent cover times 7. I wont be using this company anymore. In total I had paid 1018.00 for a coil cleaning of the ac unit with duct cleaning. And the tech had did all this work in under 2 hours when he told me that it will take 3 hrs to do. I had left him in my vacant empty home that I am selling. NOT HAPPY

Pure airways cleaned my air ducts and mold treated my airducts systems. I was a bit skeptical before the treatment was done. However I can now 100% say I can feel a difference especially with my allergies. The crew showed up on time and more importantly cleaned up after themselves. I cant tell you how many times I have had contractors leave a mess after they were done. Juliet was a pleasure to work with and kept me informed through out the process. Great value, and highly recommended.

This company used a robocall service to call my cell phone, which I never signed up for a call or solicitation. When I asked the person to have someone responsible call me back, she said the owner was a very busy ma, and might not return my call. Well, I am quite busy as well, and I really dont appreciate being blasted on my personal cell phone for Duct Cleaning. If they are too busy to simply explain how I got on their list and cant promise to not call again or return a call, why would you want to use them?

I really liked everyone that I interacted with that works with Pure Airways Services . I was able to book the appointment for the day I requested, with Nelly who seemed really personable over the phone. They called me 30 minutes before arrival which was nice. Camron and Loyd were the technicians that came out and they were both very friendly. Camron was very friendly and helpful. He let me know his recommendations as far as pet treatment areas and wasnt pushy at all. Both Camron and Loyd were very friendly and both said I appreciate you (as a customer Im assuming). The services were very reasonably priced. The Air ducts look great. I will give them a call if I need Air duct cleaned again!

These guys are truly the real deal. Im the building manager of a large commercial building in downtown Dallas and these guys came in a really took care of business. Pure Airways did a fantastic job. They were polite, respectful and definitely professionals.

I was looking for a company that could cleaning my air duct systen and check for mold. I called three different companies that were offering prices so cheap I thought surely they would be a scam. Then I called Pure Airways Dallas and they offered a free inspection before they offered their quote. They came over the same day, arrived on time, did a full inspection of my house, showed me pictures of my duct interior, and did a free energy efficiency check of my house. I found out that Im paying a lot for electricity because I had a few holes in my duct system and my insulation wasnt covering important areas in my attic because it was really old! They reinsulated my entire acttic, cleaned my duct system, and patched the holes. My whole family inckuding the dog used to suffer from allergies, now we are all breathing easy. They gave me a decent price for the job, they respected my house, didnt leave any dirt after they left and like they promised my energy bill went down 30%!Thank you pure airways !!!
