The lady in the office was courteous and took the time to figure out when the unit was purchased to confirm if it was still under warranty. I decided to abandon the servicing company dispatched by my home warranty. What a night and day difference! I called E Dennis on the eve of the day before they arrived, and they had availability the next morning between 8 and 12. The service tech contacted me at 8:11AM and was at my residence exactly 10 minutes later. He went to work right away and just as quickly identified and resolved the issue. It was wiring, all wrong. He was done before 9AM and it didn’t put a dent in my wallet at all! Best of all, the tech and the company were super friendly and even appeased my request to not disturb my newborn who may have been sleeping upon arrival. Very professional and neighborly folks!

My heating was not working properly after this recent cold snap! My house was staying at around 63 degrees and wouldnt heat up, so I knew something was wrong. Its nice to work with a company that you trust and believe in. At this point they have performed numerous services over the years at my home. Ive never had a bad experience with them, and when I was in a bind after my air conditioner leaking caused over 50k in damage I fired my home warranty service and found E. Dennis. The stress was choking me to death as I died from heat stroke in the middle of summer 😀 Mr. Dennis worked with me to come up with a solution I could afford since my insurance would pay for the damages but not a new AC unit, and since I was already paying for the labor to pull the HVAC out the closet anyway I purchased and replaced the 25 year old furnace component also. His entire team is very knowledgeable and polite, including the office staff. Glad to give them my business.

Appears to be a very straight forward and well managed company due to my experience with customer service representatives, as well as their technicians. The initial technician who came to my home was the only technician that asked for the square footage of the space. The technicians who performed the install were professional and efficient.

James and Matt came by to install a gas line for a generator we are adding. The job was difficult - boring horizontally through 3 concrete walls and having the holes line up so that a pipe could be threaded through the small space between the concrete joists. They took their time, thought it out, measured several times to confirm their accuracy, and completed the job without a hitch. I was very impressed! Thank you!

I do NOT write reviews for anything EVER. However due to the great service I feel it is required. We had one company come out to our house on Sunday they told us we would have to pay a large sum in order to get the unit working. I called E Dennis Monday midmorning and they were able to have a tech come out that afternoon. It took them all of maybe 20 mins to discover and fix what the issue was . Had our heat working that afternoon without spending $3000.00. I recommend this company to anyone.

Upstairs A/C unit was set to heat, however cold air was blowing. Call E Dennis around 9:45am to get on the schedule. Technician call 10 minutes later to tell me he would arrive in 20 minutes. That is service I hadn’t seen in years! Brandon, our technician, followed COVID-19 protocols, came in, assessed the situation and had it repaired and he was on to the next job by 11am. We will definitely use E Dennis again if we have Heating and Air issues. I highly recommend them!

Our heat pump was having issues and over the course of this past month, E. Dennis worked with us to try and fix it and then ultimately put in a brand new unit for us.
