Adi came to home on 9/12/21 and so professional and courteous. He made sure to be careful with my items, he cleaned up the dust and debris afterwards and asked me to call him within 48 hrs to see how I was feeling since he cleaned the mold from my vents. I appreciate the fact that he was patient and had no issues with my questions to see pictures etc. Once it was determined that I needed a deep cleaning of my air ducts rather than a general surface cleaning for dust only, Adi told me he wanted me to take my time to think about it and he could come back once I was ready. He asked me to do my research check around for quotes and get back to him no pressure. For this reason, I chose to have him do the job immediately.

Adi was such a pleasure to work with. We had another company out to give us a quote and without even removing the vents they said we should replace the ducts for $8,000! Adi actually took the time to look into multiple vents for us to ensure we didn’t need to replace them and he could get them clean! He was professional, on time and had patience when I had to leave to get additional keys to enter the property. Additional he cleaned our chimney and dryer vent while he was out. Highly recommend Organic Home Services and Adi if you can request him!

I bought my very first home about 8 months ago and am enjoying the surprises that a homeowner gets to experience. One of those is that of the air duct vents. I looked for reputable home service companies on Google and found Organic Home Service Company. I scheduled an appointment with a concern dealing with the exhaust air duct for my dryer. I mentioned my concern about the general air conditioning heating ducts in the house and not knowing when they last were cleaned to my wonderful home service rep, Adi Markovich. Adi brought in his equipment and took a look and suggested that it be done. He reassured me the reasons why it needed to be done and actually showed me in his explanation. Going back to the dryer duct concern oh, he went outside to ensure I still could use the current. Because it was an old cover and I was ready to get rid of it and just get it all brand new and he said thats not necessary just needs to be fitted in a certain way. He fixed that it was an easy five minute fix. Then I agreed to have the air ducts cleaned out since he was here. Adi even suggested changing our air filter and making sure we buy the higher quality so the air stays more purified in the house. We had some problems with the flooring when we moved in and had to have all the floors redone including carpet in the house. Remember me talking about the joys of homeownership? Of course you know I was being sarcastic because it has been a nightmare with the house with item after item having to be worked on. But I will tell you the air is so much easier to breathe and you definitely get your moneys worth and definitely the customer service using organic home service.
