Jimmy and his crew were amazing during this difficult time. Our house was severely damaged during Hurricane Laura. Jimmy was like an angel sent to comfort us. He met with our adjuster and showed him damage and what needed to be done. It was such a relief to have someone on our side. Jimmy was there to answer all of my questions, and I had a lot. I just can’t thank Jimmy and his crew enough for how wonderful they were to us during this devastating time in our life. He didn’t just do his job, he was a comfort to me when the tears started flowing. Thank you all so much for the emotional support during the clean out of the destruction in our house. It meant the world!Update: Jimmy called at 9am the morning after Hurricane Delta hit to check on us. We needed ServPro again! Delta ripped our tarps off the roof and it rained in the house for 6 hours! Cherrell and Refugio showed up and tore out more of our house. They were once again AMAZING! I can’t say enough about Jimmy and his crew! Then they took care of our elderly neighbors across the street. They were our angels during this difficult time! Thank you all again!!
Recently we had a fire at our home where we lost a lot of our belongings and were devastated to say the least. Many of our things were burned, wet, and covered in smoke and soot. We were very unsure what our next steps were in this whole process and luckily my moms friend told us about Servpro. We called and within the hour a representative arrived and talked us through what we should expect and what we should do next. The crew arrived and began going through our belongings and packing up what was left to save as well as drying up all the water that was left behind. Soon after, Servpro repaired our home and brought our belongings back cleaned and even helped us to unpack! The process is scary and when you arent sure what to do, its comforting to know that these people are there to help.
We had a kitchen fire that caused smoke and fire extinguisher powder to go throughout our downstairs. Jason and his crew are AMAZING! My husband and I have been so impressed with their attention to detail, courtesy, and communication. Excellent job! I can’t imagine anyone doing any better!
If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Be careful and watch closely when they are servicing your place. My rental company hired them after the water tank in the condo above me exploded. While working on of the 3 gentlemen developed sticky fingers, and stole a ring and necklace of mine from Kay Jewelers retailing $350!!! They took the boxes as well!!! I reported it to the company, but Im sure there will be little to no consequences because the individual wont confess. I just want my jewelry back!!! Needless to say, I requested that the 3 gentlemen not return to my place. I feel bad for the guys who really were there to work, but do not know who was innocent. Regardless, one of them is a thief!!! Be careful!!! Youve been warned...
Servpro of Northeast Dallas is one of the best branches of Servpro I have worked with! The office staff is efficient and friendly and are always very welcoming when I need to go by the office! I do have to boast on one employee specifically, and that is Flint Dalton. I have worked with him for 8 years and he has always kept me informed of what is going on with the claims he is handling for me and treats my customers like they are family. I see the work from the insurance side but Flints name and number are posted on my refrigerator in the event something happens at my own house. He is certainly an asset to the company! I had a hot water leak under my house that occurred while I was out of town for a lengthy trip. Servpro was called by my insurance company to dry the crawl space and do the mold remediation. Flint Dalton led the team of people who worked for a number of weeks in and under my house. He did an outstanding job of explaining what needed to be done and keeping me updated on the progress of the job. He was knowledgeable about the requirements for the job and sensitive to making sure I understood each step taken. I appreciated that his focus was to get the repairs done as quickly but carefully as possible so that I could get back into my house.
This office of ServePro did the interior demo on our tornado damaged house recently. They did a great job and cleaned up nicely after they were done. They even put some personal items still in our house in boxes and left them stacked for us. Weve never had to have anything like this done before, but I think theyve proved that this is how it is supposed to go - smoothly.
Not worth 160$ upfront fee. Did nothing that one cant do by him own. Waited for a quote for 2 days. No contact.Poor services, too much said on their whe site but they dont do mold, no plumbing.Stay away
We had issue with one of the walls and windows leaking. When it rains heavily some of the areas used to get moist all over. We happened to call up Servpro to have someone sent to take a look. We had Flint Dalton scheduled to figure out the problem. Flint was very helpful and looked at each and every aspect of the problem I had with. He explained in details source of problem and recommended further options to get the issues resolved.He gave us detailed writeup of the issues, the explanation he provided was very helpful.I am very much satisfied the service provided by Flint Dalton, would definitely recommend Servpro to others. Two thumbs up.

The team at Serv Pro NE Dallas handled the flood at my storage unit and very quickly moved all the stuff away from the water, was able to recovery my stuff and brought in vendors to handle all issues. They were perfect start to finish.

We had a water heater rupture in our home during our vacation leading to a very large loss in our multi-story home. When we had to relocate for 4 months Jason and his crew handled our packing and moving to our apartment, as well as packing up everything in our home and storing it for the duration of the demolition/reconstruction.Every member of Jasons crew were nice and easy to work with, were accommodating of our schedules (they were even accommodating and gracious when I needed to abort a move-in-progress due to an apartment managing office problem). For the warehoused items all our items were neatly cataloged, sorted by room, and safely packed. After four months we found literally no damage to any of our furniture items and no damage to any of the items in our 60+ boxes. They unpacked all our items exactly where and how they were before.This was a first (and hopefully last) time experience for us, but we were very impressed. Most of all, it was nice being able to count on their quality and reliability in a situation (construction/remodel) with lots of stress and unknown unpleasant surprises.From our experience the tagline Like it never even happened. was completely correct.

I couldnt be happier with Tracy, Gary and refulios service at our wylie house taking care of our hail and water damage. They were extremely nice and prompt and made my wife feel comfortable when i wasnt able to be here. A lightning strike in the middle of the afternoon destroyed my home last June.The past 12 months have been spent trying to repair possessions and relocate our home. Martha Varela and her crew were sent to help us by a wonderful person named Mike Davis, head of the Northeast Dallas office. Martha and her team worked tirelessly to help us salvage what little we could and, at the same time, tried to keep us safe in our burned out, flooded home. I called ServPro because I needed help figuring out why my house felt so humid and why there was mold on my shoes and clothes in 3 of my closets. Was there moisture in the crawl space or was it coming from leaks in my roof? Tracy Griffin came out and crawled under my house and went up into my attic in extreme heat.Tracy was very thorough and professional. He identified the problem areas and helped me come up with a step by step plan to deal with them.I felt like I was in excellent hands during the whole process, and cant thank Tracy enough for his excellent customer service.

Dishonest, uprofessional and incomptent...Two failed inspections, 4-month delay, shoddy workmanship, no transparency, and just an overall horror story.No one ever expects to return to a home engulfed in flames, but thats exactly what happened to us last March when a faulty wire inside the wall claimed our townhome and essentially all of our belongings. And when it does, you have to make crucial decisions super fast with HOA, engineers, insurance, the City, etc.Choosing Dan Mulherns Serv Pro of Northeast Dallas to handle the restoration process was one of these crucial decisions and proved single-handedly to be the absolute WORST choice we could have ever made. The short story is that their lack of professionalism and incompetence resulted in us losing thousands out of pocket, well beyond what insurance was able to cover. Dwayne Hamby, Lead Construction Manager, was fired by the company about 2 weeks before the second of over 8 finish dates for misleading us for an entire month about permits that were never applied for or obtained. When this was discovered, he changed his number completely and has been nowhere to be found, not even by his employer, Serv Pro. These significant delays TRIPLED the amount of time it took to rebuild our home and causing us the substantial financial burden of simultaneously paying a temporary lease and our mortgage for several additional months no longer covered by insurance.Dan was great at first: accommodating, pleasant and helpful when it came to assisting us to navigate the rebuilding process. However, once these delays and permitting issues came about, he took a hands-off approach and could have cared less about our situation. He was unapologetic and nonchalant about his former employees actions and did very little to address major issues.To give you context, our initial projected dates of completion were as follows:- June 30- then July 15th- then July 31st-then August 12th- then August 16th (failed electrical inspection)- then August 18th-then August 20th- then August 24thIn each of these instances, we were told the day before (sometimes the day of) that our home would not be ready on the promised date. This means that eight times, we were scrambling to find a place to stay within 24 hours. And in many instances, we were not updated at all until we actually called and emailed multiple times to confirm nothing had changed. This also means that each time, we had to make arrangements to reschedule our furniture and appliance deliveries, incurring more out of pocket costs in addition to hotel stays.We finally got fed up and fired these guys. And so glad we did. After hiring an inspector who identified several hazardous safety and construction defects, we ended up hiring a competent, professional construction crew once and for all to fix all of these mistakes and shoddy workmanship (horrendous photos to follow). Tens of thousands more out of pocket to redo everything.Serv Pro still hasnt returned our belongings, and are demanding we pay them another $25K (on top of the money we already paid them) for work they didnt do/ do properly. Were so thankful that we have our home again and even more thankful to be done with this company. God forbid anyone ever has to go through a home disaster, but if they do -- choose wisely and learn from our mistake in choosing these guys. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
They showed up when they said they would, and thank god they did. If the water from my water heater was on my hardwood floors any longer they would have been lost!
