Our ac system went out around 10 pm at night .I called BB Air and Heat prepared to leave a voicemail . When I called, I spoke with Ms. Vanessa whom was very sweet & professional. She was able to a technician out here to fix my ac unit that very next morning. The AC Tech ( Benjamin ) that came to repair my system was very helpful and educated me on my hvac system . .Im very pleased with the service I received .

We are very please with b&b services. This way are first time using this company, we called because we where having problems with are ac unit. The office staff was very kind and professional. These guys are scam artists and will take you for a ride. It took me 4 tries to even get them to come to my home to look at my AC unit, and after 3 weeks and over a dozen phone calls, these guys STIL HAVENT EVEN SENT ME A Quote for the repair. They took $100 for a diagnostic fee and I am now pretty sure they didnt even really check anything. They are scam artists and have no idea what they are doing or how to respond to customers in a timely manner. I am having to start from scratch with another AC company and recommend that no one use these guys.

Did not show up the first time. I called to find out why they didnt show up and they rescheduled me for the following day. Then again did not show up. Thanks for wasting my time!

Simply put, these guys are awesome. They were so nice. Great group of guys. The identified my problem and fixed it the same day. I ended up needing and entire unit replacement. Services provided are great, however customer service is ABYSMAL. Never ending cycle of “I’ll call you back.” Ultimately resulted in a refund.

Telemarketer called at 8:30 p.m. When I asked the nature of the call, hung up on me. I called back to learn the company name & she hung up repeatedly.

Everything was excellent! Great prices, great customer service, and great quality work!

Called them on a Saturday and they arrived exactly when they promised. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem. They even replaced the filter and inspected the furnace. We signed up for their annual service checks.

Technician came to my house in the summer of 2010 and installed a fan motor. I didnt relaize it until January of 2013 when it stopped working that it was the wrong motor. They actually came out in February and installed a new motor and after testing they found out it wasnt the motor but the the capapcitor that was bad. They went ahead and installed the new motor and put on a new capapcitor as well. The best part was that it was no additional charge.

These guys have always made every effort to get out AC going, even though its usually on the weekend, or even a Holiday weekend! Thank you B&B !!!
