Absolutely great place open on Saturday until 4:00 PM and Sunday from 9:00 AM till 1:00 PM I dont know of any HVAC business open on the weekend.These guys were great friendly and knowledgeable and had the parts I needed in stock. So if your AC unit breaks down on a Friday night like mine did and your thinking where am I going to get parts to fix it on a Saturday well right here is where A BIG 2 thumbs up thanks guys you came thru when no one else could

I needed an odd - ball, expensive condenser Motor to get my HVAC running again - in AUGUST. Called Dallas HVAC Parts and they said no problem even though they didnt stock it in their store they could have it same day. Then, when I asked them some additional questions, they not only were VERY helpful and informative, they took the time to offer a LOWER COST SOLUTION that I drove down and picked up and had my AC RUNNING (!) again in under 45 minutes.They took the time to do it right. I would highly recommend and would consider them in the future for any HVAC needs

Open on Sunday. Best place ever. Great customer service, I believe the gentlemen’s name was Glen. He was knowledgeable of his inventory. I called to see if he had the part in prior to going across town. When I arrived, he had the part behind the counter waiting on me! I also was unsure if it was my capacitor or the fan motor, I was going to buy both parts. He tested my capacitor and told me that was my issue. I have very little AC experience, but am a fairly avid DIY guy. Condenser Motor went out on one of our units last night (high pitched extremely loud squealing noise intermittently). Called and confirmed they had replacement fan motor for $129. Had already researched that average estimated cost for a technician to replace was $400. Had trouble getting the blade off the motor, so I just took the entire top of my outside unit in as a still-assembled unit: top cover, fan motor and blades. They removed the blade from the motor for me, installed the new motor on my top grill, gave me (for free) a second condenser this unit would require, and then walked me thru the wiring setup when I got it home (slightly different than my original setup). Probably saved me at least an hour of my time. Absolutely a five-star experience. I highly recommend Dallas HVAC Parts and will definitely be back if/when I have any DIY fixes to do on our AC units.

It was a Sunday morning and the temperature outside was 20 degrees and the furnace would not come on. It turned out the fan blades insides the unit had gotten bent up. We went to Dallas HVAC parts that morning. They had the part and helped us change it out with the puller tool. We returned home, installed the new part and the heat came right on. I highly recommend these guys.

Super helpful. Needed a circuit board, that is apparently very hard to find. Called several other suppliers in the area, to be told over and over that it would be several days. Adam found one for me in a matter of minutes. He even went to pick it up from his supplier. Would definitely recommend them for publicly accessible HVAC supplier.

I needed a replacement pump for a Carrier HVAC unit. The part was not in stock but they got it to their store in a couple hours.Somehow the next day I lost track of my receipt. I called and asked if they could provide a replacement, which the graciously did by email almost immediately.Great Service.Note however, if you are purchasing for a non-profit, you might want to find a different supplier. This organization will not accept your Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate.5 stars, except for the tax thing.Update on 10/13A couple days after I posted this review I received an email from the company stating that they would accept the tax exempt status and refunded the tax.

Like some of the other reviews, I had a wonderful experience at Dallas HVAC today. I needed a condenser fan motor, gentleman at the store was so helpful! He put lugs on the wires, made changes to suit the rotation direction of the fan and also cut the motor shaft to the length of my faulty motor, all this without I asking for it!!!Thats what I call customer service and customer delight!He is definitely passionate about his work and goes above and beyond to help customers.He also helped dispose our old (faulty) motor without any hesitation.I would recommend buying from Dallas HVAC, I would go there next time I need anything even though it is on the other end of the metro from where I live.Also, our unit is working now and our house is now cool! I visited this store in 2016 for a compressor fan motor, capacitor, and a few other parts. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the customer service was. The gentleman helped me out, crimped terminal connectors on the motor wires, explained everything, and sent me happily on my way.Fast forward to now (2020): I needed the same parts for my other AC unit. I sent my wife to the store with my paperwork from the last trip, and although she was a bit nervous going (she is a genius level teacher, but HVAC is not in her wheelhouse) she hasnt stopped telling me how polite the guy was and how cool it was of him to walk out to the car to complete the transaction.It is always worth the time to call out business when they go above and beyond with their customer service. This is my go-to hvac shop from now on. 5-stars.(BTW, my house is nice and cold again! Thanks!)

Great service and price!! The two men at the counter helped me get correct capacitor and fan motor even though the serial & model numbers were illegible. They even removed the fan from the motor and clipped off excess wiring to make it easy to install. Great place to go for advice, service, and parts!

These guys are great! My capacitor went bad during a holiday weekend leaving us with no AC in TX prime heat. I emailed them late at night on 4th of July to see if they had the one I needed in stock. A gentleman named Glenn responded a few minutes later..talk about quick and genuine service! Them being open on Sunday is icing on top, and this saved us from another day without AC. A number of years ago one of my 3 A/C units stopped working. Since it was August in Dallas, no AC Repair company could fit me in for 3 days. After poking around a bit on the Internet the fact that the fan was blowing inside but the unit outside wasn’t working suggested it might be the capacitor. After shutting off the circuit breaker at the panel and pulling the fuse outside, I took the corner panel off the unit outside to find the capacitor plumped up. After a trip to see Glen at Dallas HVAC and less than $50 I was back in business. A week later, my 2nd unit went out and the following spring my 3rd unit went out.....same thing on all 3......so for less than a single Trip Charge for a repair company I was able to do it my self. I’m in a new house now and had the same issue last fall and again today. Today’s capacitor replacement had an additional complication but Brevin (tech extraordinaire) patiently walked me through isolating the issue and solving it. CAN’T THANK THESE GUYS ENOUGH........if you are the least bit handy you can save a lot of money. Highly recommend!!

Our A/C stopped on a Friday night. Diagnosed the problem on Saturday morning then tried to find a HVAC parts store that is open Saturday afternoon in the Metroplex. Next to impossible. Dallas HVAC saved the day and weekend. Picked up a condenser fan motor and 50/5 capacitor. They even crimped on new quick disconnects on the fan motor and shortened the new motor shaft to the length of my old motor. The A/C is running better than ever. Like many of the other reviewers, my AC failed Saturday evening, and I debugged it Sunday morning and determined I needed a new capacitor (which I couldnt believe as a year ago, I had it replaced by a professional). I look around everywhere for an 80/5 cap, and of course, no one has one (big box stores, hardware stores, etc). Finally, I run across Dallas HVAC Parts on the web, and see they are open on Sunday. Like many people here, I cant believe it, so I call them, confirm the hours, and then head down there (I live > 20 miles away). They pulled a new 80/5 cap out of inventory and handed it to me. They even tested the suspect cap and confirmed it was, indeed, bad (which it was, after installing the new cap, unit works flawlessly again). Two gentlemen working there, both were nice. I had been psyching myself up for the cost... In the past, when Ive gone to trade-focused shops, they rake you over the coals if you dont have an account. I was pleasantly surprised by their price, which I thought was very fair, especially given their Sunday hours!

The guys at Dallas HVAC were an absolute pleasure to do business with. I used their online form late at night after my AC fan motor stopped working, and Adam had a reply to me first thing in the morning. He answered all of my additional questions in a very timely manner over email. When I came in the next day, I met Glenn for the first time. He was very professional and helpful in finding the motor, and when I asked about buying a replacement fan (because I couldnt get mine off), he asked if I had it, and said Bring it in, Ill get it off for you...and did using a special tool at no charge. He also prepped the motor, cut the shaft to length, and capped off the unused wires free of charge. If you need AC help or you need parts, call these guys....they are very helpful, professional, and worth every penny.

Sunday am bright and early and there is a line 5 people deep when I got there and 5 when I left. Fortunately everyone in line was in good spirits considering their ac wasnt working. The phone was ringing off the hook. This man was helping 2 people in the store (testing caps, and waiting for transactions to go thru) simultaneously and answering are you open and do you have my capacitor on the phone and was _still_ courteous and 100% helpful and knowledgeable. I went to this place to buy a capacitor. There is an old guy there with an extremely bad attitude. He treats you as if you owe him something. If possible, avoid this old guy and ask the young guy to help you.

Amazing customer service! My blower motor went bad on the Sunday before memorial day and surprisingly they were open on the holiday. About once a decade I find a place that treats me like royalty and delivers 100% customer satisfaction. Dallas HVAC Parts saved the day for me and did it with a smile. They went above and beyond at helping me remove the motor from the squirrel cage and even went the extra step of showing me how to wire it. They put the bracket back on for me too. They really are amazing! My usual ac guy wanted $585 to replace the blower motor and Dallas HVAC Parts sold me a motor for $129 and It worked perfectly. Not only open on Sunday, but was super helpful, removed the fan prop which involved medieval effort at no additional charge! 1 man on duty and he was multitasking manual labor, DIY questions, cashier, and AC therapist. When my blower motor went out on my HVAC I called Dallas HVAC Parts, they had the motor and capacitor in stock and for an excellent price. When I arrived they asked about the wiring to make sure nothing needed to be changed before I took the part home. I had taken a picture of it on my phone and they verified it was set up to work correctly. Took it home, installed it and it works great.Fast forward to today, turned on the heater and no blower fan. Started checking different components thinking something might be blown, after a few hours I got smart and called Dallas HVAC. Told the tech what I had done and he recommended checking the wiring on the circuit board to make sure there wasnt a bad relay or board. After looking closely at the wiring, I had put parked the red wire instead of connecting it to heat. It seems the simplest solution was what I should have been looking at first lol.Needless to say, I have received excellent customer service from Dallas HVAC as well as the best pricing on what I needed. They are very willing to help out and were kind enough not to laugh at me for making a very amateurish mistake. I highly recommend Dallas HVAC for parts as well as their service. They are the best place in the Dallas area for any HVAC parts or service needs.

This place is great. I went here to buy a motor for an AC condenser which I couldnt buy anywhere else because I dont have a HVAC license. They provided a universal motor which was very economical. Not only did they help me with tips to install they connected the wire harness from the old unit which made it even easier to replace the motor. First off, they were the only open place on Saturday over a long weekend. You couldnt tell they were as busy as they were when talking to them on the phone because they gave great service, like I was the only customer. Bought the part I needed and they made sure that not only was I prepared for the replacement, but I called back and a technician helped me with all of the wiring I would need to figure out along with making sure that it was all mounted the same way. All in all, I saved over $500 from having a tech come out as an emergency call for a solution that was easy enough to do myself. I would absolutely go there again for any problems I have with HVAC and will recommend them to anyone else I know.

I needed a capacitor and a new fan motor, so I called early Saturday morning and they had the parts waiting for me when I arrived. In early May, 2016 I needed a new a/c fan motor. Confirmed by phone that they had one. Took the old one with me for comparison. I think the counter guys name was Gruenan? He not only sold me the motor at a fair price but took it and the old one into the shop and installed my fan blade onto the new motor. Wasnt an easy fix and took them some time and effort to mount it. He even checked my old capacitor. Could not have asked for better service. I understand the owners son runs the a/c repair shop next door. I will be shopping with them for a new a/c-heat system. Give them a fair chance to help you out and I dont think you will be disappointed. :)

My son went to buy heater element kit but It need to be ordered and take a few week. He can not wait that long because temperature would be close to freeze. The guy check old heater element and told him that he did not have to change the whole things. He told my son to change only bad parts. Now my furnace is working again. These guys are AWESOME! They repaired my fan module and tested the fan/module to ensure everything worked. I just finished re-installing it and Ive got cold AC again. They saved me over $1400 based on the quote I received from a service company. And they saved me from some hot days/nights.

Last sunday i had a service company come out to my home because my furnace stopped working and the person told me i needed a inducer motor and it would cost me $565.00. There was no way i could afford that so i called Dallas HVC parts and they said they had one for $155.00. So i went there and talked to Glenn about my furnace and he said it sounded like all i needed was a flame sensor and he would show me how to install it and the inducer motor as well. And for me to install the sensor first and if that was all i needed to bring back the inducer motor for a refund. I installed the sensor, which was easy to do and IT WORKED!
