Fitopia is a perfect combination of all the essential assets of a supreme weight loss program! You have accountability, nutrition counseling, excellent workouts, superb training, encouraging atmosphere... I worked harder than I even thought possible and sweat more than I ever have... And I reached my first goal. I lost 30 pounds in 6 weeks!! But its not just my success, I worked the program, and Fitopia is the real success, I would recommend it to anyone willing to work hard and make a real change!

My experience at Fitopia has been truly amazing! I still cannot believe that I lost 21 pounds in 6 weeks!!!Before joining Fitopia I was working out at the gym by myself but would never know what to do. I just ended up running on the treadmill most days, and that was not helping me drop any weight. I heard about Fitopia from a good friend and was initially a bit skeptical. 20 lbs in 6 weeks seemed too far to be true! I went to the orientation not knowing what to expect. I was not even sure if I had 20 lbs to lose. When I met George he totally convinced me that I could easily drop 20 lbs and all I needed was some dedication and hardwork. I decided to take up the challenge. I was shocked to see that I weighed 196.6 lbs. The first two weeks by far were the toughest. But George and Christina were always around to work with you and would tweak the exercises and meals that would work better for your body. Christinas nutrition plan is simply the best! She introduced me to a variety of food and recipes that I never knew existed! And being a vegetarian was not difficult to find protein. She worked with me on my regular meals at home and told me how to portion control my meals. The best part of Fitopia is the group of like minded individuals all working towards the same goal. There was so much support within each group and also a sense of competition to outdo each other! This was really motivating for me! By week 3, I started performing better with the workouts and food as well. At the end of it, here I am 21 lbs lighter!!! Thanks to George and Christina! I just completed my 6 weeks weight loss challenge. My start weight was 151 and after 6 weeks of proper eating and grilling workouts, my end weight was 130.4! A total loss of approximately 121 pounds! Its quite the transformation. This wellness and fitness center really works. The intimate workout sessions and the personal attention that these trainers give you really makes the difference between failure and success. When starting the program, I was extremely motivated to see what my body could change to. I think Christina and Georges encouragements and attention really helped continue that motivation throughout the 6 weeks and beyond.Overall, in the 6 weeks, you will learn how to listen to your bodys hunger scale. You will re-learn how and what to eat. Lastly, you will been sweating buckets for an hour a day, 5 days a week, for 6 weeks. I encourage everybody to challenge themselves by trying the Fitopia lifestyle change. I had a wonderful experience. The workouts were challenging (but they could also be modified to your fitness level) and posting all your meals on their Facebook page really makes you accountable for what you eat. At the end of the day, this program will allow you to lose weight naturally.

I had a great experience at Fitopia. I lost 27 pounds in 6 weeks by eating clean and working out. Its a good mix of high intensity interval training, cardio, and strength training. George and Christina keep you going with proper information and motivation. All you have to do is be determined and follow their instructions. It actually becomes entertaining and addicting after a while! It just took a little discipline to plan meals ahead and find an extra hour in my day to workout. Two thumbs up for Fitopia.

I tried several diets and weight loss programs including Atkins, GM diet etc. Nothing really worked in my case and I lost all my hopes on losing my over weight which I have had for past 5 years. I heard about Fitopia from one of my office colleagues and thought to give it a try but with no hope. I was skeptical on this program and felt would probably like the same ones i tried before.After waiting for few days, I looked at few reviews and weight loss stories from Fitopia which made me to rethink, i decided to give it a try. George and Christina are really cool people and explained about the program on the first day. I felt it is more of workouts rather the diet that helps. but It is mixed of both that go parallel.I started the program after the detailed demo from the Fitopia team.First week was obviously tough but once passed, you are in it and never feel like skipping any of the sessions. It is really went smooth and cool and you need to work hard though.The days are passing and i was literally seeing the changes in my body.This motivated me and felt like never lose any hopes to reach my goal. I made it !!! . Have lost 21 pounds in just 6 weeks.This is really cool..Guys you must try it. No loss for you except the Weight Loss !!!

I completed the six week challenge and I am so happy I decided to do it. I learned that hard work and eating clean really are the best ways to lose weight and tone your body. I lost a total of 13 lbs of fat and 7 inches off of my waist! I am stronger and faster that I have ever been in my life! I love how the classes keep you motivated and challenged throughout the six weeks. Also the camaraderie that occurs with the other participants is encouraging. Christina & George also help with tweaks to your eating plan to help break through those dreaded plateaus. I am currently completing my second six week challenge and am getting stronger and more fit by the day. Look for my next post and updated pictures!

Truly a life changing experience!! My wife and I joined together. I was highly skeptical in being able to lose the 20lbs. in six weeks. Mostly because I didnt think I was disciplined enough to eat healthy. I normally ate anything, and everything, at any time of the day. I LOVE to eat. When you get the evaluation, you meet with Christina, and she goes over what your eating habits are like. She then shows you what you can eat and how much you can eat (She said I could still eat my bacon!!). I was really surprised on what youre still able to eat. I weighed in at 190.2 lbs. I thought it was going to be impossible to get to 170 lbs. Christina said the biggest thing is losing weight is accountability, and I can definitely lose it. The workouts with George were actually fun, but also hard. My first days I almost threw up after the workout. George and Christina are on you through out, which is what somebody looking to lose weight really needs. Just finished the challenge with my wife, she lost a total of 20 lbs. and I lost 21 lbs. and feel and look amazing. If you feel like youve tried everything to lose weight, give Fitopia a try. They are the real deal.

When I first found out about the 6 week challenge with Fitopia, I was a bit skeptical that I could even lose 20 lbs in the 6 weeks. It definitely is not an easy thing to do, especially with the commitment and willpower it would take to stick true to the diet plan. However, I decided that it was worth the risk and believed this program would help me achieve my goal to live a healthier lifestyle. George and Christina were always very enthusiastic and positive, and their energy definitely helped during my AM workouts. They pushed me at times I wanted to give up, and always made sure I got the most of every workout. They always emphasized proper form above all else to help ensure that we didn’t risk any unnecessary injuries. I saw my strength improve day after day and could feel the difference when playing sports with my friends. They kept up with my progress throughout the 6 weeks, and made sure to make any adjustments to my diet if I seemed to be having any problems or running into plateaus. The simple diet plan they devised helped make dieting more fun than I had ever tried previously, and eating healthy became a lot easier than I had anticipated. Following their advice, I saw the pounds drop fairly quickly and never really worried about my progress. I am now 25 lbs lighter (whoo-hoo!) and pretty much lost mostly unnecessary body fat all around my body. I have more energy than ever before, and spend my weekends looking for activities to do rather than sleeping in and snacking on the couch. Thank you George and Christina for all of your help, and I recommend Fitopia to anyone looking to get in shape and lose that unwanted weight. Try their 6 week challenge; you’re going to love it!

This is my story: I hit 182 pounds being pregnant with my second child. After the birth of my son this April, I only lost a mere 20 pounds. Three months later breastfeeding and I was still only 30 pounds down. I wanted to get pregnant again, but at the rate I was losing (or not losing) weight, I knew I had to make some drastic change. Ive seen Fitopia ads on my Facebook during my third trimester and thought nothing of it. When it popped up again 6 weeks ago, I knew I had to give it a try.I was very skeptical at the orientation, of myself and of the whole program. Ive heard of weight loss supplements that advertise 20 pounds weight loss in 6 weeks, even 4 weeks, but I didnt really believe that plain diet and exercise could really do the trick. To be honest, when I joined the program, I did it in blind faith. I seriously didnt think I could do it!But I did it! And Im so thankful that I did!Flash forward to the first day of the challenge. I was on the ground panting and ready to pass out after only the warm-up! Jesus, our trainer, took one look at me and thought this girl was not going to make it through the first day, let alone the challenge! But I pushed, and pushed, and pushed. Before the challenge, I didnt even own a sports bra! I didnt even wear socks to my weigh in. Thats how much I knew of working out. Before the challenge, I didnt believe that nutrition could play such a big part in rapid weight loss! (I thought it would take much longer to see results!) Better and much much healthier than using any diet pill!!!Accountability, thats what Fitopia has taught me. Accountability for myself, for my diet, for my exercise, for my weight loss. I am now 24.4 pounds down in just 6 weeks. It is so unbelievable Im still having a hard time registering. But it works! I chose the 7:00 AM classes and have no idea how I was able to make it through the first week of workouts. They were very challenging and there was no easing into it. The plan is to shock the body and they definitely did it. I was sore for an entire week and walked around my office like an old man. The food was a different story. My wife is an excellent cook and she took to the entire plan and came up with some great meal ideas. Theres no way that I wouldve succeeded without her. I found the meals to be very appetizing and I wasnt hungry throughout the day. I drank lots of water and snacked at various points but stopped eating after dinner. It didnt take long to get used to a small breakfast, AM snack, larger lunch, PM snack, and lighter dinner. Even eating out was possible as steak or chicken without butter and steamed veggies can be found at almost every restaurant.After the first week, the soreness stopped and the workouts, while still tough, were becoming easier. I had a great group that worked out with every day and George & Christina also made it fun and motivating. I had considerable weight loss the first two weeks and that really kept me motivated to follow the diet to a T. It took additional dedication as most of every Sunday was spent stopping at 4 different stores for the right food and then back home to prepare multiple meals for the week ahead. Again, more big props to my lovely wife here.It was after 2 weeks in the program where I really stated to feel big changes. I just felt much better. I wasnt tired in the morning and I had energy all day. I quit drinking coffee and didnt need that heartburn pill anymore. I noticed the workouts getting easier and easier and my body becoming much more flexible and in shape. I told George that I was changing my goal from 20 pounds to being able be under 270 pound at my final weigh in.After 6 weeks, I finished the program at 267. 8 pounds, losing an unbelievable 39.4 pounds. My body fat went down by 11% and I lost 8 inches from my waist. More importantly, this is just a start as I have a new lifestyle that includes daily exercise and eating healthy foods in small portions. Thanks Fitopia!

Wow this program is the best wight loss program out there in the 6 week challenge I lost almost 21 lbs I couldnt believe it I always tried and tried different ways to get fit but nothing was working for me until I found fitopia the first week I was there was the hardest my whole body was sore but that was a good thing because that meant I was attacking my all my weak areas in the second week I felt much better and then week after week I felt a lot better I felt more energized and stronger as the challenge went on they kept track of my numbers I started seeing improvement and that motivated me even more I lost 20 lbs in just over a week!! Then I couldnt lose more so Christina sat with me went over my meals and made a few changes and that helped me to lose the rest of my lbs and this just shows how much they want to help they care enough to go person by person to give everyone there own meal plan. George will train and show you proper ways of lifting and doing workouts!! I really recommend this to anyone out there ready to start a healthy living style if I can do it anyone can do it!! Over the last 8 years, I had gained 80 lbs from a combination of bad choices and ignorance. During that time, I lost all of my confidence which led me to confine myself at home and exclude myself from all social situations. It was definitely a low point in my life. In early 2013, my doctor informed me of my high cholesterol and that I was on my way to having high blood pressure. I had then made the decision to start taking care of myself. I painfully managed to lose 30 lbs over the first 3 months through every diet imaginable and by my friends dragging me to the gym and fitness boot-camps. It was hard and I dreaded every moment of it. Working out was an embarrassing chore and dieting often meant I was starving for most of the day. I then hit a plateau and was stuck at 188 lbs for 9 months. Nothing was working! Then my coworker introduced me to Fitopia. I saw her amazing results and I was intrigued.When starting my 6 week challenge, I was skeptical... not of the program but of myself. My biggest enemies have always been my inability to keep myself accountable and the hatred I held for diet and exercise. To my surprise, the program was fun and easy!! Not only did I lose 21 lbs in 6 weeks, my entire outlook has changed on dieting, exercising, and especially about myself. I constantly compliments on my weight loss and Ive gained my long lost confidence back!Christina and George have really nailed weight loss and fitness down to a science. Christina will work with you to develop meal plans specific to your body type, and guess what... you can eat!! A lot!! (As long as its the right stuff for you). Youre also required to post everything you eat in a private group forum so Christina can continue to monitor whats working for you and what isnt. Not only did this keep me accountable, I got to share and borrow great recipes from other Fitopians. I never knew healthy food could taste so good. I always assumed healthy food meant dried, nasty rabbit food. Ive never been so happy to be proven wrong.As for the exercising, George does an amazing job creating fun workouts that really kick your butt. The workout is different every day, making the time go by quickly. Like Christinas custom diets, George will adjust your workout to make it the most effective for you to reach your goals. The fun, upbeat energy in the classes dont make exercising feel like a chore at all. I honestly looked forward to going to class every day and quickly learned to love my sore muscles. That is something I never thought I would say.Beyond the technicalities of the program, my favorite part about Fitopia is the people. George and Christina are energetic, good hearted people who genuinely care about your well-being. They make you feel like family and I never feel insecure there like I do at the gym or in fitness boot-camps. If my abs arent sore from working out, theyre sore from laughing. Fitopia always has an entertaining and lively atmosphere... a rare gem in the industry.I love Fitopia and definitely recommend it to everyone. Thank you Christina and George. The 6 week challenge at the onset seemed a little insane to drop 20lbs in 6 weeks! But here I am at the end of it, down 20lbs and feeling great. I had gotten to a point where my workout routines weren’t effective even though I thought I was eating better than I used to. I just wasn’t excited about my results. George and Christina offered me this challenge and of course, who wants to tell themselves they can’t do something?!I went in for my initial consult and was a little concerned, overwhelmed, and stressed out, but I knew I had to try. So I took a deep breath and signed on the dotted line. It has been one of the best decisions I’ve made about and for my health in a really long time. The 6 weeks required total commitment to me and my health and I highly recommend it to someone who is looking to kick start their health routine. I felt extremely accomplished at the end of it because I had managed to keep up with my volatile work schedule, bought and moved into a house and travelled over the weekends. It took a little bit of planning and a lot of commitment but I saw results so it kept me going. I hit some plateaus along the way, but George and Christina helped make some tweaks to my diet and at no point did I feel like I was starving or eating bland foods. Flavor in food was key for me as I am a person who loves my spices, sauces, and flavors!Lastly, the workouts, they were very doable, the first week consists of safe training and technique and a lot of sore muscles and the rest of the weeks were dedicated to pushing you to be better than yourself on a daily basis. AND, it was a fun time with your workout buddies. I went from never lifting weights to Pressing 35lbs, Squatting 60lbs and Deadlifting 100lbs and no I didn’t bulk up, I still lost inchessss! You should definitely at least come try the 6 week challenge, fair disclaimer: you WILL get addicted.

The dedication (and addiction lol) of the Fitopians never ceases to amaze me. Sure, we have mantras like Just follow the damned instructions, and Men like, women like, numbers dont and we get killer BODY TRANSFORMATION RESULTS EVERY SINGLE TIME, sure we offer personal training and weight loss in Costa Mesa, but that really isnt what we are all about.We are about a culture of fit, fun, healthy people living their lives in Southern California.

I had almost decided to pass up on attending the Fitopia orientation simply because it was too good to be true Someone, here was offering free personal training for 6 weeks and guaranteeing that at the end of 6 weeks you would lose 20lbs if you followed all their instructions. Sounds fishy? Well, am I glad I finally went for the orientation??? It was a no nonsense, straightforward deal from the get-go. You follow certain rules (nothing crazy here!) and do your due diligence for 6 weeks and you will see results.I must admit my first week was the toughest. By mid-week I wasnt sure I would be able to do it anymore but George and Christina kept pushing me and encouraging me throughout the program. I weighed at 149.2 lbs at the start of the program and my BMI was on the higher side of the normal range. I walked out of Fitopia telling George that i did not have 20lbs to lose and i wouldnt be able to do it. George convinced me that i did have 20lbs of fat to lose from my body and asked me to give it a try. I accepted the challenge and 6 weeks later when I got on that weighing scale I had lost 20lbs and was 129lbs!!!I would gladly recommend Fitopia to anybody out there. Oh, did i mention I am a vegetarian? Protein was always a challenge for me but Christina was always there to answer all my questions and gave me excellent tips and suggestions on the nutrition.So if you need to lose wait, dont procrastinate and head to Fitopia! If I can do it, you can too!!!

Dont think you can lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks? Well, you can and Im proof! I came across Fitopia one day and saw that George and Christina promised that if I joined their challenge I could lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks for FREE! I thought to myself, WOW! A free weight loss program, personal trainer, nutritionist and a gym all for free? I was already one foot in their door. But whats that catch, right? Accountability. Thats what. After meeting with George and Christina and hearing about how simple it is to lose weight and get fit with hard work and accountability, I joined. Christina set up a meal plan for me that was easy to follow. Fitopia offers a FB page dedicated to tons of delish Fitopia approved recipes that follow the meal plan. George sets up workouts that are fun and effective but arent always easy. I made friends and had good laughs. I surprised myself with the amount of strength I gained and the inches I lost. I have a new found love of lifting! It was only a couple weeks in before I started to feel and look better. Fitopia is exactly what I needed. They keep you motivated and always hold you accountable for your own personal results. If you want to get fit and lose weight for free then FITOPIA is exactly what you need. My experience at Fitopia’s 6 weeks challenge was very rewarding. I found out about Fitopia from my sister who also completed the program with me. At first, I was a skeptic since it sounded too good to be true because these programs could only be done or happens on a TV shows like “The biggest loser” or something similarly. However, I decided to give it a try after talking Fitopia’s team and seeing the results of their past clients. I’m glad that I did because now I’m 21lbs lighter.Right at the beginning, Fitopia’s food specialist Christina would customize your weekly meals. She made it super simple by breaking down the food categories and group them in a chart can easy to follow. With that chart, you have hundreds of possibility to make your meals fit your liking. For those who have cooking disability like me, Christina will give you tips and recipes that will enable or discover your cooking ability. This is a big part of the program since 80% of your result will depend on this.After the meals planning, you do the weight in and measurements with Fitopia’s trainer George. George is not your typical trainer since he’s more like a scientist who designs each workout to maximize your fat burn and build strength in a short time period. All of his workout sessions were less than 45 minutes and they were very high intensity.So after 6 weeks, I lost a total of 21 pounds and gain tons of energy. I highly recommend this program for anyone who seriously wants to make a body transformation. It doesn’t matter how old you are or how much you weigh, Fitopia will make it work for you

I remember seeing a Facebook ad about a free weight loss challenge in Orange County. I’d been telling myself for a year that I just needed something to keep me accountable and help re-light that endorphin flame. I was sitting on my couch, miserable and suffering from many symptoms that come with being overweight. Swelling ankles, acne, heartburn, fatigue, my clothes didn’t fit, and I had just been told by my doctor that I was pre-diabetic and if I didn’t lose the weight I would need to be on meds!! Not only did I sign up for the orientation, I blindly pleaded to FITOPIA that I would be an ideal candidate.I felt like the only skeptical person in the orientation but I think 99% of the group that morning signed up without a second thought… and I jumped on the bandwagon too. My initial appointment before the workout included the dreaded weigh in, measurements and fat testing. It also included a very informative briefing on nutrition, what to avoid, what to include, and what needed to be eliminated from my diet. Then I was inducted into the Fitopia private group page which holds all the secrets to motivation, encouragement, and examples of what will lead to success in the challenge. This was KEY to my completion of the program. Not to mention Christina Lam, is not shy in reinforcing what the portions should be like and also has great ideas of how you can mix it up so you don’t get bored.There is something about group workouts that make you feel supported yet there is still a challenging aspect that pushes you to better yourself. George Mystakas, is an amazing trainer and all the workouts flow really well. Dare I say that sometimes they even seem to go by quickly? I have made friends through this program as well, that I look forward to seeing and being challenged and supported by each day in our groups. I noticed a difference in the first week, and it just kept getting better everyday. This program gave me what I needed to be accountable and it lit my endorphin flame! Regardless of plateaus, or the occasional over salted meal I completed the Fitopia 6 week challenge and lost 20.4 pounds! I have a closet full of clothes that fit again, I have more energy than ever before, and most importantly I feel healthier. Im looking forward to continuing a personal program with Fitopia.

THE GIST: YES, YOU REALLY CAN LOSE 20 POUNDS IN 6-WEEKS! I did it! You eat right and you exercise for 1 hour a day - 5 times a week at Fitopias gym for 6 weeks straight. Theres no real secret to losing weight everyone... I lost the 22 pounds in 6- weeks by following everything with George Mystakas and Christina Lam (the owners) told me to do. NO CHEATING AND NO MISSING ANY WORKOUTS IS THE KEY.OVERALL: I did the 6 WEEK CHALLENGE from mid-January 2014 through February 2014 and the program really works if you would like to shed some pounds in a QUICK and HEALTHY fashion. It really is a lifestyle change program because I will continue to follow this type of eating/fitness regimen beyond the 6 WEEK CHALLENGE. I like to see results for my hard work in a short amount of time and this program/trainers gave me AMAZING results. I have not been below 145 pounds since I was in middle school, so it was really great to see it is actually possible through the 6 WEEK CHALLENGE and full dedication.FOOD DETAILS: Christina will personally set up some simple meal plans for you to follow and you are informed what to and not to eat for 6 weeks. There is a Facebook private group you are asked to join so you post photos of everything you eat during the challenge so Christina can ensure you are eating the correct foods/portions, share meal ideas and see what other challengers are eating (accountability matters). The meal suggestions are not hard to follow and will not break the bank -- you eat normal foods you can buy at any grocery store. Its ALMOST like eating a paleo diet....almost. You follow your meal plans 7 days a week for 6 weeks.. NO CHEATING! If you cheat.. you are only cheating yourself from meeting the 20 lbs 6-WEEK CHALLENGE goal. You get to eat every meal... its not a starvation challenge.WORKOUT DETAILS: George is the main person guiding and teaching you proper form and workouts while Christina helps out as well. You come to Fitopias fitness center for 1 hour a day, 5 days a week where the duo whips your butt into shape. Do not judge the gym by its size, you will get the full workout you expect from signing up for a 6-WEEK CHALLENGE! The workouts are a mixture of cardio/weight training and some heavy lifting training (press/deadlifts/squats) throughout the week. If you have been to boot camps before, it is a similar workout as other boot camps BUT I do think the workouts at Fitopia are more focused and personal since the gym is smaller in size and the group I was working out with at the 6-7AM class was no more than 5 people total, therefore you get more personal training time with George and Christina (who will push you HARD for your own fitness good).LAST WORDS: You can do it. - Townie from The Waterboy
