I brought my newly purchased vintage 996 in for a check up at Auto Strasse and Robert gave her the once over. I was impressed at his diagnostics of the faults to be corrected and his professional handling of priorities first. Oil and fluids, brakes and basic safety and functionality checks were taken care of and fairy priced in 90 minutes. I was left with a professional set of To Dos for the next appointment, including engine mount work that did not emerge from my vehicle purchase report elsewhere. He even checked out the cabin filter and replaced it with the correct part. The old filter in from elsewhere was some kind of Ford/GM compromise on the cheap. I was at home with the intimate and family oriented experience at Auto Strasse, which comes without sacrifice of Porsche quality standards or expertise. Robert and his team are surrounded in the shop by everything from 914s to GT3s and clearly has a loyal following. This is my shop from now on.

First of all thanks to Robert and his team for helping me get back to Oklahoma. My car suffered some water pump issue leaving me stranded in Palm Springs. After helping me secure towing, the car arrived at the shop where it quickly became apparent that we needed to bring the engine down in order to trouble shoot all possible issues in an efficient way.After diagnostic, we also agree to use the opportunity to have the engine down and perform all preventive maintenance. Dealer recommended replacing both rotors and pads (both front and rear) on my 2106 Macan S. Robert quickly assessed the rotors as good. He got me in and out within the same day on short notice after a phone call first thing in the morning. If you own a Porsche, this is the place. You’ll see all models both old and new. Auto Strasse will be my go to for future service needs.

I recently had my car serviced at Auto Strasse and had a wonderful experience (which usually does not coincide with car repair services). Can I be any clearer? If you have a 911 you should take it to Robert. End of story. I first heard about this gentleman through Beverly Hills Porsche. They probably take their tough cases to him. No seriously. Whether you need a new window regulator or an engine rebuild, he can handle it. If his prices are too expensive for you, try the dealer. Otherwise be safe and drive your Prius. A lot of 911’s will die when Robert retires.

Excellent quality; excellent value.Robert and his mechanics do a top-notch, trustworthy, engineering focused job. They concentrate on the necessary and try to keep the job as low cost as possible. Of course they know Porsches inside and out and know all of the potential weakpoints that need to be fixed over time.I brought in a broken down, limping, creaking Cayenne turbo S and left with a quiet, smooth, speed rocket that floats across the terrain!New cardan shaft, coolant lines, wheel bushings and bearings and lower arm supports. Noises and vibrations gone; super responsive. All at less than 1/2 the cost of the local dealer estimates.Dont expect a free carwash though LOL This place is zero marketing focus, 100% engineering focus :)

This is my third Porsche over the years and they are the best and the most reasonable. Down to earth people. Every time you go in they do an engine diagnostics at no additional charge via the OBDI plug.

My Carrera S is still under warranty. I took it in for routine service and they did a great job. I’ve owned previous Porsches and this is the first time I took any of them to an independent garage. Robert and his crew know what they are doing and will not suggest unnecessary repairs or service. They only work on Porsche’s. I will continue to use them and have the utmost confidence in them. I needed an inspection done on a 911 Carrera prior to purchasing the vehicle they took me in right away did an impressive full vehicle inspection with report and pictures on findings helped me make the decision on whether to purchase the vehicle or not very thorough prompt and highly knowledgeable as well as reasonable pricing.

New customer. Robert was great. Just purchased a new vehicle and the window regulator went out on a Saturday Morning. Called him at 9 Am on a Saturday and he said come on down. First thing he did was a computer check and he went over the whole computer info on the vehicle for no charge. He replaced the window regulator are a reasonable price. I will be coming back. Many years ago I found Robert through a Porsche Dealership. I was unhappy with a specific person who is no longer at the dealership and spoke to a tow truck serviceman that was there. That was a blessing. Robert is the ultimate professional and the only person that services our Porsche.

I came in because my gear knob seemed broken. The main guy took the gear knob council apart and realize that was pocket change in there. What amazed me was his honesty in telling me that that was the case because I know a lot of shops would probably take that as an opportunity to charge me for a new clutch and everything else. These guys are genuine and I would recommend this shop to any Porsche owner.

Great experience for an oil change. Took about an hour and price was very reasonable. They even did an inspection too. Would definitely recommend.

They are honest and take care of things, but I wouldnt recommend them for a transmission. They outsourced it and whoever did it didnt do it right. They tried to take care of it, but in the end it still had issues. Sold car.
