Best service department anywhere. Always friendly and efficient. Best place to purchase vehicles.. this was our second purchase at Tower.... our new F-150 purchased from Pat. He was very helpful and explained all the new features on our new truck couldnt have been any easier. Highly recommend power for a great experience
This was my worst service center experience ever. After owning 20+ new cars and Class 8 trucks in my lifetime, I have spent a considerable amount of time in service centers. I called and confirmed that you had the camera and stickers for my recall so I scheduled the appointment. Silly me thinking that they would hold those for me for my scheduled appointment. I arrived ontime at my scheduled appointment thinking all of the things discussed on the phone would be taken care of. Your people acted like they didnt have any idea of what I was talking about. I was told they did not have the camera or labels for my recall. I drove 130+ miles round trip to get an oil change plus 6+ hours of my day. Needless to say Im not very happy. The attitude of your service person was oh well, you have to come back for the piece we ordered for the bed of the truck. Im wondering if someone with more clout than me came in and my parts were given to them. I thought buying my truck from a small town dealer might come with better service.
Recently we were on vacation in Gold Beach Oregon, towing a 5th wheel trailer, when our F250 diesel truck started having problems with the turbo and the engine light was on. Our closest option was Tower Ford in Coos Bay. They were booked out for weeks in advance, but after hearing our plight, they squeezed us in the next day and fixed our problem and saved our vacation! If I lived in Coos Bay they would definitely have my business.Ron the mechanic, was fantastic and gave me some great future advice for the truck. Bill in service, couldnt have been nicer. Thanks again for your kindness and great service.
Absolutely awful customer service. My husband and I applied for a vehicle over the weekend. That following Monday the sales rep called me and approved us. At that point we were sending paycheck stubs and our interest rate and payment were told to us. The sales rep even told me he would bring it to the hospital, my place of work. Less than an hour later we called to check in and he had sold it to someone else!!! They then made the excuse that they would look for another but were unwilling to cooperate. I have never been to a car lot that has such a poor quality of customer service. I have told EVERYONE I know not to shop here. I then received feedback from many who have already came to the same conclusion. Our cousin who also purchases company pickups brand-new 4-5 at a time will not continue his business there. I guess you dont realize how small of a community it is when you think youre only screwing over small people. Who knew you had to try so hard to give someone money. At least go somewhere where they will be kind and grateful that you are spending your money there. If I could give 0 stars I would. Im not one to leave a review but I couldnt let this one go.
If I could give this negative stars I would. I have never in my life seen such unprofessional, and quite honestly, sad customer service. They make it quite apparent that they are only in the business of being salesmen and making money. I own a Ford vehicle, and am interested in purchasing another make of vehicle. I figured it would be a good idea to take my Ford to see what they would give me for it, and especially considering they previously owned this vehicle and have all precious service records. Apparently they misunderstood that I was trying to sell today, I told them I wasn’t and that I just wanted to know what they would buy it for. He said they would give me the payoff amount, or that I’d get more for a trade-in. I told them I’m not interested in buying one of their vehicles, they inquired why, and I simply told them that I’ve heard of too many bad reviews (personally). The response I got was “why would you sell us a vehicle if you’re not going to buy one” and both men immediately stormed off. They handed me back my keys with out so much as a word, and turned their backs on me. Long story short, they don’t “buy” cars. And it was a terrible experience.
The Parts guy was really cool + helpful. The service guys were absolutely awful. Unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to help. They did not care.

I visited Tower Ford last year while my brother purchased a (new) 2017 Ford F350. This year I went back and traded in my own 2018 Ram 3500 dually for a 2019 Ford F350, which I now wish I had been smart enough to purchase a Ford when I bought the Ram. Much better truck. Sales staff were excellent and professional.
I wouldnt even give them 1 star if it was possible. Horrible customer service and refused to honor fords premium care service contract that I paid a lot of money for when I bought my truck.In response to the owners response, I did contact the dealership and specifically asked for either an owner or GM and got the office manager. I expressed my grievance and told her Id like to see the dealership rectify this at a local level and when Matt the service manager refused to even listen to me and hung-up on me I was forced to call Ford Customer Care. That also got me absolutely nowhere. It seems as if your business just wants the Ford name but not provide the post-purchase support. Horrible customer service.

Walked in after my vehicle stalled out and the gentleman at the service counter desk, for the life of men I cannot remember his name, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was able to squeeze us in right then and there. The part was in stock and they had my vehicle repaired within the hour. It was very lucky it happened that way, and I appreciate everything they did to get us in and out with ease.
I scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle evaluated to sell without a purchase from this dealer. After arriving, a sales agent introduced himself and offered to help with my next purchase. When he discovered I was there only to sell, the manager he called for (“Yeah, he only wants to sell, he’s not here to buy”) came from the office with lackluster interest to inspect my auto. Upon learning, one out of state, two ex-spouse’s name on the title, he refused to proceed any further with even making an offer. When I asked if he could use docusign or other application to obtain a signature he replied, “Yeah, but I’m not gonna do that”Obviously, they do not buy any vehicle “no matter what you owe” if you do not intend to purchase a vehicle from them.EPIC FAIL TOWER FORD IN COOS BAY!UPDATE: 02/23/2021 I did not contact Tower Ford, as the first impression made a lasting impression. Not only did I find a dealer that professionally handled my transaction, I also bought my new truck from them. Do yourself a favor, dont go to Tower Ford.
Cant go any lower than one, I bought a 2015 f350 in Feb. the truck was freshly serviced and ready to go, in June it was due for an oil change i chose to do it myself, when i removed the drain plug the threads were stripped, i had to order and replace the oil pan, when i contacted the service department they were very un responsive, what do you want us to do about it ? I chose a small town dealer big mistake !!
Got me in..couldnt figure out the humming from the back. Thought bearing. Got new tires, still has the rear hum.

I drove to Oregon from Minnesota and as I entered Oregon my truck started acting up. The ford dealership in Portland told me if I dropped it off, they might be able to look at it within three days. The Ford dealer in Eugene never even answered the phone. These guys said they were booked through the following week but if I was able to get it there, they would squeeze it in. They set me up with a loaner and called not even two hours later and had the truck fixed. Best part, only $220! I got lucky but the service was awesome.
Went in because battery was not holding charge. Someone outside of tower Ford checked the battery and said it was okay, could be alternator . Tower Ford check the battery, check the alternator and said they couldnt find anything wrong and they would have to do a system shutdown. Later they said they couldnt find anything wrong and were working on a loaner car so I could leave it overnight. Then they came back in and said he had his information wrong, it was indeed the battery. They put in a new battery and it seemed fine. Charges were $135 to diagnose the problem plus $135 for the battery. I am extremely disappointed did not diagnose the battery problem to begin with instead charging $135 for labor and Diagnostics. To top it off I never received a warranty on the battery or any other information, the bill only said a new battery, so I have no idea if it is guaranteed and for how long. Spent slmost 2 hours there, at least the waitibg room was open again. This is the first time Ive had unhappy experience with Tower Ford. Normally I am extremely happy with them

Our car was backed into and we were really nervous about who to take it to. We drove in and Spoke with Greg, the manager, and couldnt be happier. We didnt have all the paperwork needed from the insurance company and he took the initiative to call for us even though he was slammed with work. They were able to get us in fast and kept us up to date the whole time. Needless to say, we were shocked they worked on our TOYOTA!!! BEST service EVER and will definitely shout from the roof top on how good this company is.
I have a 2018 f 250 4 x4x. We I brought my truck in for three things 1 was for an oil change and tire rotation number two was to fix the tailgate because the top of it was falling off number three I have a really bad front end shake when Im pulling trailers. So the first thing they didnt even fix the oil change they said Id have to bring it back another date II thing the tailgate they said in good conscience they could not fix my tailgate of it coming apart because they saw two scratches at the top of the tailgate I do not understand number three the wheel shake pulling trailers which is very dangerous they said they dont know what to do or how to fix it and come pick up my truck I do not understand how this place keeps getting big high ratings when this is my first time coming to them and they havent fixed one thing.
Jimmy and Josh were awesome. I bought a new (to me) F150 from their lot. Josh was knowledgeable and helpful, no pressure salesman that worked with me through a couple trucks previously that didnt work out. Jimmy is a magician and somehow pulled off financing terms I couldnt even find myself. When I was driving the truck, I was thinking, theres no way I will be able to get the financing terms I wanted ..but Jimmy did it! The truck has been in for service a few times, and the sales staff agreed to fix a cover leak. The service staff have been awesome, knowledgeable, and honest. Buying a used car always comes with potential risks, but I trust everyone down there. This is a real, honest review, and not one that is motivated by excitement of a new car. I walked away feeling like I got a fair deal on an awesome truck, from an awesome company.

Dealership arranged an Enterprise rental car at no cost for the few days that our Focus was laid up. Highly recommend. (We purchased the Focus at the same dealership in 2018...very quick and professional purchase experience.)

The Service Department shines the most here. Friendly, fast appointments and professional work. Guys at the counter are great and technicians friendly and helpful. They take the time to listen and work with you to get repair and service work done correctly.Their diesel mechanic Ron is exceptional and has been taking care of my F550 for many years. They also take great care of my 2017 Escape.
The guys in the service area are great. Very fast to respond on questions and returning phone calls or calling about updates. Very easy to talk to, never felt like just another customer. I set up oil change and check on my transmission. I told them my oil change due light was coming on even though I still had about 1000 miles to go according to sticker from last one.They did not do my oil change. They only did transmission check with computer and test drive and charged me 54 dollars.When I told them I had ordered oil change also they did not even offer to do it that day.UNHAPPY
Great service and friendly staff. I take my Escape in for service and find it a good experience. Service is in a reasonable time frame and since I have extended warranty the cost is very reasonable. Highly recommend Tower . Purchased my car there too and would do it again when ready.
Our salesman was very knowledgeable about the car choices and very patient. The only thing I feel that could have been improved, was that all financial costs be upfront and not after your decision. Had I of known about the warranty costs, I would have opted for the new car instead of the used vehicle.

I dread going anywhere near tower Ford and their terrible service. I bought a used 2016 Ford Fusion, and they sent me on my way without any gas, and with garbage crammed into the seats of my car. But before all of this the finance guy had overcharged my debit card by over 900$ as an accident which I then had to go to my bank and back 3 times to get fixed. I then have had to deal with the parts and service department for a couple bad batteries that were under warranty and they have done nothing but give me the run around for when I can get my batteries back or if theyll honor the warranty. I seriously DO NOT recommend this dealer for anything.
The service is great and my car is in the best of shape. The people kept me informed and I am very pleased with the results.
I bought a 2017 does escape brand new, at 30,000 miles the motor needes replacing thank goodness I bought the Ford extended warranty so I dosnt have to pay out of pocket. That was in September, now here in March the engine needs pressure tested again and the axel needs replaced. Told the dealership I was unhappy, they offered me $12,000 for the car when I owe $23,000 so I am now stuck with a Ford certified lemon for another 3 years, or until the car spontaneously self destructs. My 1sr Ford I ever bought and probably my last, but hey they have a great service department.
They helped us out with everything we needed and was friendly and courteous in doing it.

UPDATE: I called Amy Larson after receiving the response from the owner below and was told that was an automated response from google and there was absolutely no interest in making it right.After looking into buying a mini suv for months, I bought a Honda CRV a few months ago from Tower Ford. The customer service was nice but my salesman was new and he couldnt answer a few of my questions about the vehicle. I did check for recalls, test drove it and I went over the car fax before purchasing. About a day or two of driving I felt something wrong with it, I found out Honda had posted a service bulletin on this vehicle for an issue within the transmission. The problem was only noticeable under certain driving circumstances but there was an extended warranty for the issue. I was so upset I spent a huge chunk of money on a vehicle with transmission problems!! I called Tower ford and their sales manager told me to bring it in to their service shop and they will fix it. I brought it in, they took it to Honda and Honda serviced the vehicle. That was nice they didnt give me any trouble with getting it fixed and even gave me a rental. Although it was a huge inconvenience to make multiple trips from hours away to deal with problems on my new car! I dont know if Tower Ford neglected to get the vehicle serviced on purpose or if they were ignorant to the problem but either way I wouldnt trust them enough to buy another vehicle there.

Totally satisfied with the service I received. Problem was diagnosed promptly and repairs were satisfying.. I was provided transportation while waiting for my repairs and customer service was polite, considerate and made me feel welcomed.
Billy and the service department are A+ material. Headed through town on a long road trip and my car threw up a temperature sensor error code. I took the car by Tower and Billy got me hooked up and out asap. If I ever find myself back in Coos Bay, I will give Tower my business.
There were a few minor cosmetic issues in the interior such as the ash tray not closing that werent pointed out to me. But thats partially my fault for not giving the vehicle a closer look on the inside and being more focused on what was under the hood and underneath. And who knows? Maybe theyll fix it for me if I ask nicely lol. The sales and finance staff were great to work with and got me the truck I wanted with the payment I wanted in less than 2 hours. Thats impressively fast coming from someone who has worked in car sales before. Overall it has been a very good and very friendly experience so far. As long as the vehicle I purchased doesnt give me any issues Ill remain a happy customer and go to them for all my car buying needs.

We have been in here two times with minor car problems and a technician took the time to come out, diagnose and fix the problem on the spot at no cost. While getting an oil change, I was told there was a factory repair needed so they fixed that while I was there as opposed to having to make another appointment. Friendly people. Great service.

I recently had to take my ford ranger to Tower Ford for the airbag recall. To say the least, the customer service and performance was awful. I received the first recall that said I needed to get the airbags changed so I called and they said 1-2 months for parts. A week later, I received another recall notice saying not to drive my vehicle and to call ford immediately. I called them and they said I had to have my truck towed that day so they could fix it. I was at work and had to leave so I could meet the tow truck driver, it seemed like there was a big rush. My husband and I did not hear from Tower ford for a week so we called to make sure they even had our truck and to inquire about how long it would take to fix. The service department was very rude to my husband and told him it would be a week before parts were in and then they changed it to we dont know when they will be in. They called us about a week later saying my truck was done. We showed up to get it and there was a new door ding in the passenger door. My husband mentioned it and the guy working just dismissed the comment. I drove off the lot and the airbag light was on. I had to bring the truck back to find out that they didnt clip in the airbags correctly. Also the dash on the passenger side looked like someone roughly ripped it off. It no longer fits like is used to. I will never return to Tower Ford for any services.
We purchase and have all of our company vehicles serviced at Tower Ford. The crew do a great job and treat us like family. They also do a great job of supporting local business in our community.

Made appointment on line for oil and lube. Arrived on time gal at sevice center said did not have reservation. Told her about confirmation and she said she didnt have it. I understand mix-ups happen but her attitude was I dont care if you go somewhere else Ive been having my truck serviced at Ford for many years in other areas but this is first time we ran into this. Were looking to move up to a f-350 and we were going to check out inventory while we waited but I guarantee I would never buy a truck from Tower seeing the service after sale you would get
I have a 2013 Explorer that I bought from a Ford dealers used car lot in Portland, and Tower Ford provides all my service for this great car. Friendly, knowledgeable service advisors make sure the work is done on time and for the cost agreed to. I cant say anything about sales, Ive never bought a car here, but I can recommend Tower Ford for service.
Tower ford COOS BAY Oregon what a rip off they were asked if they could fix my passenger side window and they said yes at a much lower price than it turned out to be anyway I thought I would stick with the dealer because this was my first brand new vehicle, it cost over 300 dollars, and a few months later it stops working so I take it in and they fix it again, I expect no charge because I never had a problem with any of the other windows, but they didnt see it that way, Iasked why they didnt stand behind there product and work and they said well we didnt build it. I am pretty sure their sign said Tower ford. any way I took it to an independent mechanic and it cost 40 bucks its been 8 years with no issues and I will never use Tower for anything, they should be proud!!

They get 5 stars as they have always been helpful to me. My last problem I drove right in without calling to to have a new low light beam installed and they got right on it and I was good to go. They have always been there for me when I had a problem.
Recent periodic maintenance and a repaint after a little paint scrape both were done beautifully. I was particularly pleased with how the body shop detailed the car after the paint job.

Quality work at quoted price. There were black boot scuff marks on the drivers floor mat. The marks cleaned up easily at home.

They did not want to work a deal because it was too late in the day. If I was the owner I would fire all of them. If there doing that there not making the company money

Tower Ford takes care of people. My parents recently had their car in for a warranty issue. The car had been repaired for another non-related issue by a Ford Dealer in Eugene. There were several parts of the car damaged during the repairs in Eugene that went unresolved. Matt Larson took it upon himself to amend these issues for my parents at no charge to them. This was all on his own with no prompting or asking. Really appreciate these folks and how they take care of their customers. Thanks Tower!

They fixed the issue with my truck, however female service advisor (forgot her name) was rude and borderline lazy. Fortunately the other service advisor (I think his name was Mike) was very personable and was willing to look up potential warranty coverage for the issue identified for the truck.
We sold my mothers barely used car here. It was efficient, but I felt it was worth more than they paid us for it. A mediocre experience.

No parts for 92 Ford F-150
I had warranty work done as well as oil change. I was completely satisfied with the work performed. The customer service at the desk was prompt and straight forward. They let me know that a loner car was due back around 10 so my friend and I walked to her friends apartment down the street and when I phoned at 10:15 was told the car was ready. At 1:15 Christine called before her break to let me know my car was ready and the paper work would be done in about 20 minutes. It was 3:00 before the paper work was finished. This is why I only give 4 stars.
