They installed a clutch fan that I provided. Part wasnt correct so instead of telling me they went ahead and installed it anyways. They ended up using plastic zip ties through a metal radiator. Ill never use this shop again

Absolutely fantastic customer service and very thorough. They actually listened to me and communicated with me the whole time. I went to 3 other places for the same problem with no improvement and 2 of those 3 shops were either very short with me or very rude. I Finally found this place and they did a great job on the bus and were super patient and accomodating with my needs. Got a little bit out of town and had a separate issue occur than what they were working on. I called them and they told me to come right back and got to working on it right away.

Sometimes you have to realized your outmatched, I went to Proven Performance with a special project. Please Mount my pressure washer so it is safely installed but can be removed for service. Of course Proven Performance knocked it out of the park if you need a special project done for your truck there the people to see thanks Randall,Brian and all the guys at Proven Performance. This fabrication is rocksolid

Hell yes these guys are awesome excellent quality mechanical service and a great price, spent thousands at two different GM dealerships they fixed what the problem caused . Proven Performance fixed the problems for a few hundred dollars trucks never run so good !! Andy
