My vehicle just sat the whole time. The owner has no communication skills whatsoever. I called to check on the status of my vehicle only to be told they would get to it. I went into the office on day 6 and told the owner if he didnt have time to work on my vehicle to just say so and I would have it towed some place else. He said he thought it was an electrical issue of some sort. He apparently doesnt know much about electrical issues but called a business acquaintance who was going to print out some diagrams for him. I again asked him politely to please stay in touch with me. I never received a phone call....nothing.Finally after my vehicle sat for 8 days I went into the office and asked if I could pay him for what little time he did put into it and get my keys ai I could have it towed someplace else. I was thankful, however that he didnt charge me anything. This business came highly recommended. I was not a satisfied customer. I will not recommend Action Automotive to my friends and family.

They had my 2 of my motor for over 8 months kept promising to to fix it. They had the poorest communication. Had to have the police involved just to get all my stuff back with damages and parts spread out in buckets and they even lost one of my motors cops had to warn them to get it back. found out the owner didnt even know about the side deals his mechanic was doing. I am glad they got shut down.

This is the most honest automotive shop in town. It may take a while to get in but if you arent in a rush its worth the wait. The costs are always fair.

Chuck is amazing, he doesnt charge what he doesnt think he deserves and does a great job correctly, he will even show you any problems and why they should be fixed. This is the most trustworthy automotive repair I have ever been to.

Have had a few cars fixed here and, even sen some referrals their way and never had an issue. Until this last visit when I dropped off my car in early June, communicated the need for updates on progress and even ordered the lock cylinder under the owners recommendation. Tells me he is busy but, if he had to guess the repair should take about a week(Monday to Friday) I never received a call, called myself a few times and only ever received terrible customer service and irritation from the owner that I was interrupting him. Four and a half weeks later I show up and my car is parked across the street, not scheduled for any lift time while only being able to be given the solid information that it wont be done today. So, I took it to a mechanic behind Stock Pot and they installed the cylinder over the weekend. I remember the owner trying to make excuses like its too hot to work and when I explained the necessity of a car for sales he said You lose one client and client two. He lost one client forever hopefully he gains two! Never had an owners personality and attitude turn on a dime from one experience to the next like this.

Pressed in wheel races, removed U-joints. Its the only place Id go to have work done.

This shop is just fantastic to work with very polite and honest people with a good humored shop environment.
