Fedora has been my agent for over 10 years and I have never had an issue. Ive filed a homeowners claim as well as a few cars claims... oops... and they have been nothing but OVER THE TOP professional and helpful!!! They have taken care of my teenage drivers and know them by name. And this office TRULY knows their customers... my grandmother passed, my name wasnt even in the obituary, but yet they took the time to send me a sympathy card. It is rare in this day and age to find a company that takes the time to KNOW YOU and simply doesnt count you as a number or dollar amount. I recently purchased a car policy with them and Ive gotten nothing less than professional, quality oriented service. The agent was very concerned about my needs and offered to help in any way she could. The time it took to process everything was under 15 minutes and my down payment and monthly premium are way less than what Ive been paying my other carrier, and I didnt have to change my coverage limits. I would definitely eecomnend Allstate to family and friends!!
