Ive had StateFarm for years and after moving to SC and finding this agency, I am cancelling indefinitely. I called Customer Service to get information on why my account was no longer being charged, they explained that my insurance has lapsed because it was not on auto pay. I called Dans office and spoke to James Bergen where I explained the situation and he said, I sent you an email and I stated I dont check my emails because of the volume of emails (I also have different emails for businesses etc.) and James said that isnt good enough . . . excuse me? Isnt good enough for what?WARNING: Do not talk to this State Farm agent - you will regret it.

Do not use this State Farm Agent!!!!Use anyone else . . . you will regret speaking to them. They are commission hungry and dont care about anything else. They want to charge you for services you never had!

James Bergen at this office is an extremely unprofessional, not responsive and gives terrible advice. Do not use this agency!!!
