After being with All-state for almost a year I finally left them! Dont do business with the crook! Wind damage on my roof and they wanted to only give me 42 dollars for a 13k roof but Shawn had friends in the roofing business that would give me a great deal! He cussed me out on the phone with my wife right there on speaker! We have informed all of friends to switch over to State Farm with jay bernard! At least they will get me a new roof no questions asked!!

I cannot recommend Shawn enough! We will only use him for all of our insurance needs! So attentive and quick to respond!

I have been with Allstate for over 30+ yrs for auto and home. I had the pleasure of working with the Dyanne Frasier Agency in Mountain Home for a little over a year. Much to my surprise, i walk into the Mt.Home office yesterday because we had a major problem with a double bill that Allstate has been promising my money back for more than 7 days. Yesterday, I met Shawn Evans and explained my problem and situation. He then introduced me to Raymond, his new office manager. Shawn told me that if my problem was not corrected by this afternoon, that he would personally refund my money...well, I get to the office and both Shawn and Dyanne are in a meeting (surprise they knew I was heading that way), told them that I would take Shawn up on his offer....Allstate has been holding my double payment for 7 full days now, turned my bank account upside down, costs me numerous overdrafts and non payments for this error. Well, I’m sitting in Raymond’s office and getting the BS I’m sorry ma’am, I don’t understand why it’s not there, and the fake smile. Oh, but hey...just got this email that it will be another 2 days with the smile, like nothings wrong!Is Allstate going to pay all the extra fees this has cost me because I paid cash and asked them NOT to draft my account. 4 days later, account drafted, overdrawn, fees, fees, fees...This Ray,one refused to pick up the phone and try to resolve my problem at all. REFUSED,,, already looking for. New agent. What jerks, and to be 2 days new to town, deal the way he dealt with a customer of over 30 years. Way to go Raymond and Shawn. I hope if anyone of Dyanne customers have to deal with these 2 new guys better turn around and run... I hope you have no problems with them, their attitude, etc. as I have had. I walked out of there feeling like they could have cared less about me as a customer. Well I thought i was in good hands with Allstate! Not these 2...I am now looking for a new agent!good luck to you Dyanne!

I have used a competing leading insurance company for 15 plus years. I am not a person of change. But my husband and I were buying a new home and began shopping around for insurance quotes. I will make this review as short as I can. We had our homeowners with Allstate Insurance. Our Agent is in Conway Arkansas.We had hail damage. Many of our neighbors were approved, by their insurance companies, for a new roof. We had Allstate and were turned down. Several weeks after we were turned down, we had a very high winds that tore off a large section of our roof. We called Allstate again and were told that we could only claim a section of the roof damage and that it would cost less than our deductible. The adjustor told my husband, and the roofing contractor that was present, that it would be in our best interest to not carry through with this claim because the damage was less than our deductible. The adjustor told my husband that this claim would look bad on our record. The adjustor advised us to not make the claim. My husband agreed and told the adjustor to tear up the claim. A roofing contractor, that was present, heard this too so I do have a witness.After denying our claim, my husband received an email, from our agent in Conway Arkansas, that said our insurance was being raised almost $300.00. My husband and I were shocked and decided to find another insurance company.My neighbor sells State Farm and wanted to give us a quote. My neighbor called me back and said that State Farm would not insure us because we had two claims with Allstate. It was very upsetting that Allstate broke their promise about getting rid of the claims. Why should we be burdened with a bad record? Why should we even have a bad record when we received no money? We have never received money from Allstate. We had to call several other insurance companies and were overly scrutinized because of this bad mark on our record.I talked with our Allstate agent and the adjuster about the stress and inconvenience of trying to get insurance which was caused by them keeping the claims on our record. I told him they broke their promise to us. It cost nothing to say you are sorry for causing us stress and inconvenience. My husband and I were disappointed about our claim being denied but we accepted it and went to the bank to get a loan to replace the roof. What really upset us was raising our insurance almost $300.00 and putting a bad mark on our record for other insurance companies to find. Even more upsetting was no apology for breaking their promise and causing us stress and hardship.
