I have been insured with State Farm for many many years. This August 1st I smashed my car and called them. The excellent response and quickness of handling my problem was outstanding! I called them the evening of the 1st and by 9:30 am on the 2nd my car was picked up and taken to be repaired and I was in a rental car! Such excellent service deserves to be highly commended! This is one of the reasons why I have stayed with State Farm for so long, Thank you Mary Kendall Bittle and you wonderful team!

Do not use this office. Ive used this office a year and a half. and everytime I have needed to call I have dreaded it. The staff is all women and behave very ungraceful. There is zero customer service manners.I have autism spectrum disorder and if you need a better explanation of something they have 0 patience for you.Over the 6 different times Ive probably called in a year and a half I have been not allowed to talk to explain to them what I dont understand so they can explain it better. I have been yelled at. I have been hung up on.this is pretty much every time. even when I prepare myself beforehand when calling and try to keep them calm and from going 0-100.Finally had enough today and found another agent.Seems specifically the problem is Lindsey and if Mary Bittle actually gets on the phone and talks to you shes just as heated.statefarms good, this office bad
