Jessica was very rude to me and my daughter she told me to get out of the salon and dont come back. I went in for my daughter and I to get a deep conditioning treatment,haircut and blow dry.First she wanted to cut her hair dry..Wouldnt it make sense to shampoo and condition then cut and i was willing to pay extra for the blow dry to make sure it is straight..i just wanted a good professional haircut done the right way not half a** she got very loud and rude..I went to Great Clips next door and they took us in with no problem..Who runs this place her or Supercuts?? So unprofessional

Jessica is wonderful, sadly she was out today.The person I saw had no attention for my requests or to detail. My husband asked who butchered my hair when I got home:( I asked for such a simple, minimal trim of ears and neck and she took my hair from cute pixie to sad girl- make sure they aren’t talking instead of paying attention to what they are cutting!!

Got a haircut and wash on Monday. Jessica did an outstanding job. Very professional and precise. I will ask for her the next time. Highly recommend!

Absoultly love lisa she does my hair just how i want it will be coming back for sure because of her also have went to other supercuts an they alway mess my hair up but glad i found this place!!!

I received a very bad haircut from a different hair salon so I came here to see Jenny, to see what she could do. Not only did she fix my haircut she also suggested this Sync shampoo that works well with my hair. Also I was very pleased with the hospitality and how clean the environment was. Definitely worth an hour drive And will definitely be back.

This place exceeds my expectations! I’ve never had a bad experience at this Supercuts location, and after reading some of the negative reviews that were posted for this place, which mostly consists of fake 1 star reviews, (seriously just read some of the ignorance...) but then there are others that walk a very thin and questionable line to say the least.The prices are very reasonable, the stylists are all polite and professional, and without a doubt, I highly recommend this Supercuts salon!

Was very expensive, every little thing cost extra. My hair was very wet after she cut it and I asked if she could blow dry it and she said it cost extra....for a $17.00 hair cut I should get my hair blow dried included since I also paid $6 to have it shampooed. The lady was nice but quiet and I did not have to wait when I went in. Will not be going back.

Always love going here, the manager Lisa is so sweet and everyone there cares about their customers. I cant wait for my next hair cut!

I get my haircut here, whenever I actually get my haircut, I like my afro, all the time an they are very friendly and do a great job. Lisa does a good job of making sitting in a chair for 20 minutes seem like its only 15 minutes :)

I dont know about any other staff member but Asian old Lady name Dawn is very very unproffesional. I dont even want to give a sigle star. This lady first needs to learn some manners about customer service. Thats All!!!! Not going to any of the super cuts and also i will tell others about this too. A request to an owner/mangement Please hire those people who can atleast treat customers good. We come to you to look good, better but if u will be rude n unproffesional then where we will go?? We spend money doesnot get it for free. Please be responsible not careless. Thankyou

The haircut my son got was bad but the ladys attitude was worse. Definitely not going back. I wish i got her name but she is in the last chair to the right, she is very rude and cares not an ounce for customer satisfaction.

Not as good as it used to be. Good staff left and only ones left are ones who care more about leaving for the day than to do a decent job. Simply regrettable and awful. They will rush and give you a shoddy haircut. Very disappointed.

$25 for a shampoo and blow dry.... Went in because I have a broken arm and cant wash my hair in the shower right now. Couldnt believe the price! What a rip off.

Zero 🌟 my husband went in for a haircut on 7-3-2019 somewhere between 5:30 and 6:30 pm .. when he got home I saw that on the back of his head the hair was so uneven ... I tried calling them at 6:15pm to talk to them about it but, no one answered the phone even though the website said they were there until 8:00pm .. they must have been in such a hurry to leave for the holiday .. they did such a poor job and he probably tipped 5.00 smh

Checked in online. Arrive at suggested time 20 mins later. Wait at shop for 15 minutes and then they take another customer back. Didnt want to wait another 20 minutes so I left.
