I took my sister who has pretty long hair to get a slight trim and maybe a couple of long layers... The girl literally cut the tips I mean like less than a centimeter and had no clue on how to add the layers I left with a quarter of a hair cut and walked out. Terrible! The Facemaker is so much better, nicer, more professional, and just go I recommend going there.

Went here for the first time recently for a hair cut. When I got home I noticed a spot that was a little off. Called and was told I could come back to fix it. When I did go back I was still treated with the same great customer service and the young lady fixed the issue without any complaint. While it wasnt a perfect start it was a perfect end. Thank you ladies for the wonderful service. Ill be bringing my mom soon for her hair as well and I will absolutely be back for my next service!

Made an appointment with my favorite hairdresser and when I showed up, she was speaking with some people that walked in instead of making an appointment. Asked if she could help and told her I was her appointment. She chose to cut them instead of stand by her appointment. They were not even seated. I showed up 5 minutes early. In my opinion that is very unprofessional. I would have waited if they were in her chair and almost done. When I called her later, she did not care.

They dont do beards because of covid 19.

Stylist did not cut my hair even or do what I asked. She said come back if I dont like it. Well I went home to straighten it and it was uneven. I went back and asked her to just give me a straight cut all around to even it and it was still crooked. The other stylists stepped in and tried and she could not do it even either. So now i have longer hair on one side of my head then the rest she did get the back even which was the original problem. If i let them keep cutting, my hair would be up to my ears and it started down by my shoulders. I will not recommend this place and will not go back. I deserve my money back so i can get it properly fixed!!!

It looks like a toddler took a pair of safety scissors to my hair. She wouldn’t turn me toward the mirror while she was cutting so I couldn’t see what she was doing then when I asked for her to make it less choppy (considering the front and back were 2 different lengths) she just sighed and made one cut, which did nothing to fix it. I guess that’s what I get for trusting a place located in a Walmart.

First time there, my haircut was perfect!! I had been trying for over a year to find a stylist who could cut my hair and I found right here !

Wouldnt let me into the store without a mask on. Thank you so much for accomidating this persons special needs by not listening to me when I said I wasnt able to wear one.

The worst stylist ever. Ty is the name on the receipt. She seriously needs to be evaluated before cutting any more womens hair. I asked for simple layering and even provided several picture references. I ended up with an uneven mullet. A very sad ponytail and bobbypins is my new style. I am so very sad. I cant let my hair down with out crying. Worst mothers day make over ever. Please do not get your hair cut by her.

Amanda did a good job on my highlights, bright and beautiful...she also recommended products that won’t dry out my hair and keep the blonde bright.

All I wanted was one all over color- brown. I had virgin hair except for year old highlights on the very tips, maybe an inch. She managed to turn 4 inches of my roots BRIGHT red and the the bottom 8 inches of my hair almost black. Except the highlights, those still showed through! Im really not sure how what she did was even possible but it was terrible and it cost me over $100. If you actually care about your hair DO NOT go here!

I was on vacation visiting with a friend and stopped in last minute. I was greeted with a friendly welcome immediately! I was taken care of by the manager, her name was Veronica and I couldnt have been happier with my hair!

Not satisfied. I paid over $50 for 3 kids to get their hair trimmed. She didn’t shampoo or even spray their hair. Just a dry cut!

I cannot believe I paid $20 for this. The job was patchy, uneven, and hastily done. Conroe has the worst hair salons, and this is by far the worst.

Told me to come an hour later. Came back and was told the person that came was eating. I was going to wait but I have to trust my hair to a person who is not motivated? I dont know about that...

The African American woman that works at this location fried my daughters hair!. Very unhappy!!! Not to mention she smelled very strong of Marijuana! I was warned and I Will not return!
