I went for haircut and hair color.dell claims she has 40 years experience, but my hair looks disgusting. My hair was cut uneven. My left side was longer than my right side. I told her what color I wanted. Instead I got red, brown, green, and gray hair. . Asked for a refund and she refused to do this. I went to another hair salon and asked if they could fix my hair. They looked at it and said they could but it would be very expensive. Please think twice before going here. I suggest checking with friends and see who they used. Sign outside frequents TGF, but after I got my receipt said cost cutters. I have gone to TGF for many years with happy results. Rebdcca and Juani were verygood

Needed hair cuts for the whole family qith back to school starting on Monday we were short on time but they took us on a Sat and took care of all of us they were great and we walked out looking fresh

I made a appointment on Wednesday and when I showed up there was no one there and I waited 5 minutes before I left.

In the moment I loved my haircut because my hair had a ton of split ends, but after the initial adoration of my hair I realized I had a whole chunk that was about 2 or 2 and a half inches longer than the rest that I had to cut off myself. The lady who cut my hair was very sweet and understanding that I didnt want her to cut more than necessary off my long hair, but she didnt know how to cut wavy/curly hair. Also long hair is an extra charge.

I’ve been getting my haircut here awhile even with inconsistent haircuts from each person. Now with this Covid thing it says they are open. However it’s just friends that they are letting in. The door stays locked. A lady walked right by me and she said they are by appointment only. The door was unlocked by the person inside for her. There’s no sign stated anywhere saying that. Then the lady inside walks out and says they are closed until June 5th. I guess unless your a friend it’s june 5th. However when you call they don’t answer the phones either. Won’t be getting my hair cut here anymore. To many other places. Save your time, go somewhere else.

They dont wash your hair and the Lady that cut mine did a Lousy job. 24 dollars Waisted!!!

Relative short wait time. Apparently this is no longer TGF and now is “Cost Cutters “. Very unfortunate because now only one stylist works there and she doesn’t take the time to cut your hair the way you want it. She allows 20 minutes for shampoo and cut and basically just trims it. Won’t be back

I paid $200 to get highlights, low lights and a trim. The color was great. I specifically said that I wanted my hair all one length, NO LAYERS and as little off as possible. I literally have the WORST HAIRCUT. I had a job interview the next day and my haircut is so awful. It is so short (was lower back length) now its shorter than my shoulders. There are so many layers and none of them are even. In mortified and sad. I cant do anything about it until my hair grows back unfortunately. It barely will even go into a ponytail so I can hide it. Btw I told her it looked short and she said once it dried it would be better (not the case). I shouldve seen it dry before I left but I was there for over 4 hours already and had to pick my child up from school.

Great haircut but this is the second time their credit card machine was out and I was forced to pay cash.

Called a few days ago and scheduled an appointment for an updo for a wedding I’m attending near the area. When scheduling the appointment they quoted me a price and took my name but didn’t ask for my number or anything. I was running late today (the day of the appointment) and was calling to let them know. The answered the phone and immediately started off being rude and then proceeded to let me know they did not have my name in the books. They asked me to repeat my name several times and each time they asked for it to be repeated, they got ruder each time. Finally someone else came on the phone to help and tried to contact the manager after hearing that I was upset that I drove over an hour for a hair appointment that apparently wasn’t happening. Eventually the manager called me back and let me know that I was scheduled at a different location. Which is fine. But here are my concerns- 1st, why not check the other location first before telling me I didn’t have an appointment? 2nd, why get rude with me for simply explaining that I was running late and immediately stating I didn’t have an appointment because y’all were busy? I appreciated the manager calling me herself, but her staff was very unprofessional and resulted in me taking my business elsewhere.

I started going here because they open ON TIME unlike supercuts that opens whenever they feel like arriving!The ladies here are great! I miss going on Tuesday for the $12 hair cuts but I dont mind paying more on the weekend since they do a great job.

I went in to have my hair highlighted and the manager left the bleach on my hair and then remembered she forgot an appointment that required her to leave she asked the hairdresser beside her to rinse me out when I was done when the hairdresser finally got over to me she started renting out my hair and handfuls of it fell out in the bowl when I looked in the mirror all of my hair had fallen out and I returned back to my office bald. I looked worse than a cancer patient my secretary took me to get a wig which I wore for 6 months until my hair regrow. Two weeks later I went back and discuss the situation with the manager who had originally put the color on my hair and the only thing she said was Im sorry. I should have reported her to the board and have her license removed as well as reported her to the owner of the company I would avoid this place if it were the last place on the Earth I am not a disgruntled client I did not complain about her and I paid the $100 fee. Let this serve as a severe warning for anybody going there.

Veronica is the BEST stylist. I trust her implicitly. Her staff is really well put together. I definitely recommend checking them out.

I literally just called to ask the price of a haircut and the lady said, We dont cater to your kind. and sounded like she set the phone down. A different woman picked up the phone and i told her i was just calling to ask the price of a haircut but NOW I wasnt sure i wanted to nting my kid there. Asked her what is going on? What was the first woman talking about and what kind did they not cater to?? Sounded like she laid the phone down. I dont know whats going on at this place, but Im not going there. Cazy people: STAY AWAY.

I had went to one near a Krogers on loop 336 w. Im new to the area so not sure but I will tell you this, never again. My stylist was Kim and she did not cut my hair the way I wanted it. I showed her a picture of myself with the particular cut and instead I look like an old lady. Then they nickel and dime you for everything, to flat iron its an extra 15 and this conditioner is an extra blah blah. I wanted my hair sleek and short instead I got short and puffy. They need to go back to beauty school. I know what I like and what ever happened to the customer is always right. Never again!!!!

This place doesnt even deserve one star. My sons hair is a disaster. Youd think they got their license to cut hair from a cracker jack box. I wouldnt even take my dog there to get groomed, or a rat. I will be calling state and they WILL lose their license to cut hair. The worst ever!!!! A 2 yr old can cut their hair better than these morons can!

Super bad attitude, not helpful and not professional at all. Called the salon for information, this is the impression I received from the girl who answered the phone on September 7th afternoon around 5:40pm. For sure will not go back.

I called them to ask a few questions about the way I wanted to do my hair and they didnt seem very knowledgeable. I went somewhere else. But Im giving a review mostly because the spot on the map is inaccurate. This a church. The closest tgf salon is actually on the 336 loop next to krogers. No where close.

Becca chopped my hair off.. It looks like a 4 year old cut it with toy scissors.. I asked for a refund and she gets rude with me saying she’s a professional and the manager and refuses to give me my money back.. Awful

The stylist said she couldnt cut my hair the way I wanted it because my hair wasnt long enough. Told her I just wanted a trim then, and she didnt wet my hair or anything. It felt like she just winged it. Very unprofessional. I still have dead ends..
