My stylist Marie took extra special care of me and she did above and beyond with my fade and it’s the best thing I’ve heard in a very very long time.I’m very very happy with her. Also I’m very particular about my fades

Only one person working at that time of day and the cuts were not all that. The hair cuts where ok but not that type of hair cut where you feel good walking out. It just didnt even feel worth mentioning, Plus youre supposed to get a hot towel treatment after the hair cut as advertised and we werent even asked if we would like the hot towel.Going to try a few other places around the area before I go back to them which i doubt I would.

Cathy is amazing! I go here everytime for my cut and wont let anyone else cut my hair but Cathy. She is amazingly professional and very good at her job!!

Today we met Miss Cathy at supercuts to get a new look. She was amazing & listened carefully to exactly what 👑Bri👑 (& i) wanted. The cut was enjoyable with the stylist making conversation w/ 👑Bri👑 & making her feel like a valued customer. I definitely felt like we got exactly what we wanted & had a much more favorable experience than we have had at other places. I will be returning to see her for highlights & feathering, ASAP! I am not going to lie and I have to admit my 9 year old son is difficult to get his hair cut, he has always hated it and unfortunately has not grown out of it, I been to a couple of places who r just wonderful they r so patient and nice with him that I feel comfortable but because they were not available I decided to take him here because its close to my house and I needed his haircut that weekend but I regret setting a foot in there, The lady who cut my sons hair was not friendly from the beginning than she started growing more impatient and rude towards him. I understand she was getting frustrated but maybe be a little more professional and let people know you are not up to a challenge to deal with situations like this. I will never go back to this super cuts ever again.

The manager cut my hair, hes Good! IDK how long hes going to work there before he figures out hes to good for franchise cuts. He asked all the questions I like along the way, did my neckline the way I like. His equipment was the most expensive/quality Ive seen Someone use on me at a Supercuts. And I cut my own hair unless there is a specific occasion, so that says alot.

Jonathan cut my hair and did an EXCELLENT job!!! Hands down the best hair cut Ive ever had. He was very nice and even told me different ways I can style my hair if Im ever in a hurry. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dont waste your time making an appointment. I made one today for 5:15 and they had their door locked and lights dimmed at 4:30 even though they dont close until 6. I will be letting everyone I know not to come to this establishment.

I went in this past Saturday at 3:30i wanted to dye and cut my hair. Jenni was the only one there she was in a rush I told her what I wanted she gives me the book of colors they had. I picked a color them shes like. I not sure if it will take cause your hair is dark. We did it anyway then shes like u dont think I will be able to hair dry it cause I have a client waiting so she was going to just let me walk out like a wet dog. I feel if she didnt have the time she should of told me and we could of made an appointment for Sunday or something instead of me paying $84.00 and the only thing that was done right was my haircut!! I called on Monday shes like we dont do corrections Humm well if you would of took your time and done it right the 1st time we wouldnt have to get it corrected. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

They don’t honor appointments here. Apparently walk ins come first and your appointment doesn’t matter. As for services we did receive a kids hair cut here in the past and they did a good job.

Well, I honestly have to say I Enjoyed my professional service by Cathy. I have been to other expensive places and never felt confident of the person who was cutting my hair or dying it but Cathy has the Touch! She is Wonderful but I do have to say Please whoever is above her take Good Care of people like her or you can truly loose the best employees and therefore make a bad impact on your business. I have a saying take Good care of Good employees and your employees will take good care of customers.. Thank you CathyI never trust just anyone but You on the other hand are Awsome!

Cathy did a fabulous job styling my hair. I’ve had her do it twice and I’m fixing to schedule with her again.I’m not a big maintenance person except my hair and I absolutely love her styling techniques.See you soon Cathy!!!

I went in and got my haircut from Kathy she was very professional and very outgoing. She took her time and was very patient she cut our hair and hooked my son up as well with an awesome haircut. Every time Ive gone for a hair cut or color, I always have Cathy. She knows what color is good on me and hair cut. I use to go to Super cut in Spring and the manager there chopped up my hair and I was very dissatisfied. It was there that I met Cathy. I will follow her where ever she goes. She has a great personality.

I made an appointment online and when I got there the stylist told me someone else had my appointment time and I would have to wait. He wasn’t even apologetic just said he can’t fix system errors. Very very rude staff. They also never answer the phone because I called twice to try to confirm the appointment.

Came in for a color, not sure exactly what I wanted but Cathy helped me chose a color that looks great on me! Will def be back for another color.

I have been to this new location twice now. Once for a haircut and once for a color treatment. Both experiences were great, they really know what they are doing!

One of the worst experiences I’ve had a barber shop or salon, whatever y’all call it. Not exactly the hair cut I wanted with very poor customer service. It will be very unlikely to see my appearance at a SuperCuts again.

Service was great but I did not get what I asked for and got the opposite i asked for 2 inches off and some long layers and i got 4 inches off and alot of short layersp l was disappointed and will not return back.

The lady was careful not to cut to much and didnt mess up my hair
