I love this place! Lisa and Lea does fabulous work. I always get compliments on my nails/toes and the colors. The place is always clean and very sanitary. They have several colors nail/gel polishes and color powders to chose from. Try them out you won’t be disappointed!

Ive come here a few times and while the nail techs are great and professional sometimes that is lacking from the front desk. An appointment is always best, but when calling to make an appointment it always feels like they do not want my business. Its a shame, I recommended alot of people because of the nail techs Ive gotten service from but very rarely do I get good service from the front desk. That would make a great improvement to to this place. Hopefully my review is taken into account because I really do like coming here. But when I am made to feel like my business is not wanted when I am calling ahead for something as simple as making an appointment it makes me want to go somewhere else.

Have been coming here since I moved to the area in June, and I am always impressed with the quality of service and how clean the salon is….like extremely clean which is important during these times. Today I went in for a gel pedicure and got Cindy. She was excellent and I think this was the best pedicure I’ve had yet. So relaxing! They also have a reward program and give a birthday discount. 10/10 recommend!

I’ve been very happy with my two visits to Bellacio! This is my go-to place for manicures, now. The staff is kind & have created gorgeous, quality nails for me each time. And the shop is nice & clean. Definitely visit here for your next nail appointment!

Needed to kill some time so I looked up nail salons in Shenandoah. Bellacio nails came up and just by the pics online, I knew it would be clean. I was pleased to be happily accepted as a walk-in (the place I went to before was fully booked). First impression was: very clean, relaxing, and well decorated. I only got shellac done but my girl Stacy did such a good job. Super neat, professional, gentle-touch and she took her time. The end result was flawless because she really took the time to get it done right. Will definitely be coming back very soon and specifically asking for Stacy!! Loved this place! Good price too.

I find looks on Instagram and they can always recreate. Joanne and Jessica get me looking my best. 5 star for sure!!! The pedicure service was detailed and shaped my toenails to the T. This is my NEW FAVORITE PLACE

I’ve had dip nails done here twice, and they are by far the best I’ve ever had. Joanne is amazing and Leah did a wonderful pedi. The salon is upscale, extremely clean and very accommodating. I’ve referred several friends who have also become regular customers. My search for the perfect salon has been fulfilled!

First time here, and I can say they were absolutely amazing! Very friendly, very professional even tho I picked a complicated design they made sure too make it come too life, im very picky about how my nails turn out but I definitely was not disappointed they went above and beyond and I cant thank the staff enough for making my nail dream come true!

First time here 10 out of 10! They are all great and very kind. It is very clean and a lovely ambiance. You can tell there was a lot of thought in the design. I really enjoyed the pedicure with the shoulder massage! I got a full set with ombre sparkles... Some of the recommendations from my nail tech, Jessica. They came out beautifully! Love it! Nick was also very helpful and gracious. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience and staying late for me! 🥰 They gave me everything I wanted and more. They are exceptional 👏 best ever!!

I came in around 11am on a Saturday and there was no wait for my daughter and I. The service was great and the place is beautiful inside with even a section for little kids. I also liked that I could speak with the lady who provided my service. I believe her name was Lisa. I would recommend her as well.

I’ve been about 4-5 times. The first couple of times were great. The last two times not so much. There’s a new manager I believe or a new staff member that’s pretty rude at times, seems annoyed all the time.The one that was there before was super nice. Also, the past two times my pedicure and manicure were soooo rushed. It’s like all they care about is quantity and not quality anymore. This past time was the worst, they only dipped my nails twice which usually there’s many more layers and this time the color was very light due to them only dipping twice so sure enough it hadn’t even been a week and my nails were already chipping the dip powder off. I’m pretty upset because I go every 2-3 weeks and I get dip powder and pedicure and it’s not cheap so my nails should be lasting more then a week for sure. Not sure if I’ll be going back. I loved the location because it’s so close to my house, cleanliness, and how beautiful it is inside BUT I do care about quality and customer service.

This, by far, was my worse nail salon experience, EVER!!! No one smiled, everyone seemed to hate their job. One nail tech actually took a personal facetime call while with a customer. My daughter wanted ombre nails, worse ever seen. Uneven, and just awful! Will never go there again!!! Not to mention, the price was way more than other better, nicer salons. Management should be reconsidered! Just an all around bad experience!

Nails came out as expected. They are also a clean and neat place in a nice location and offer a wide range of services which is great. Amy is an excellent nail tech and she addressed most of the concerns I had. The pedicure was also good; not as good as my manicure. Took out one star d/t the customer service I received from both the manager and a few other members which felt a little passive aggressive.

I came in for a pedicure. I was greeted at the door and got right to my chair. Kate provided my pedicure. She was friendly and fun to talk to. I have to say this was the best pedicure I’ve had in a long long time. She did an awesome job and was very meticulous about providing the best experience. Her leg and foot massage were wonderful. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. The salon is clean and has a relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great experience. Will definitely be returning.

I have been here twice now and both times my experience was great. Staff is very friendly and always introduces themselves. It’s very clean with a nice ambience. I like that they show you how long your massage is and I don’t feel like they rush me through, even when the time is done. They have really taken the time to be attentive to their customers. Highly recommend them!

I have gone to Bellacio twice now and each time the staff is always kind and welcoming. Each time, they have been accommodating and helpful even without an appointment. The cleanliness is excellent and they use hygiene bags in all of their foot spas. Hand sanitizer is readily available for all patrons as well as antibacterial soap.

This salon is A+ Professional, Clean, and most important of all, Excellent Quality. I have been here 3 times now since opening. They are consistent! Every employee does quality work and confirms you are happy! Manager always checks in and has even picked out my nail color on more than one occasion, just by knowing what Im looking for. My daughter had a nail appointment to start as my pedicure was ending. They told me I could stay in the massage chair until her appointment was done- I slept an hour and a half and took the best, hardest nap I have had in YEARS. My daughter woke me up when it was all over and I wasn’t sure where I was! Thank you Stacy for such a relaxing pedicure experience- super gentle, no poking or pain (just some silly tickles on my crazy sensitive feet!) I received a gift card to Bellacio for Christmas and I’m sorry I waited so long to use it because really, it was a fantastic gift! Highly recommend- beautiful, clean salon with aseptic technique, free drink service, everything was done with the grandest amount of care and professionalism. And my daughter’s nails turned out just lovely, they did a knock out job on the nail art- If you need nails ask for Vivian and toes ask for Stacy, both did excellent work! Huge thank you to my cousin Crystal for the best Christmas gift she ever gave me (though I’d always love a 5-pound candy cane!)

My family and I went here recently for a birthday celebration. We walked in as a group of 4 and asked for manicures and pedicures. The manager immediately seemed frustrated that we didn’t have a reservation and asked us to come back an hour later. We agreed and came back at the time asked. When we came back, the manager immediately said we only had an hour to work with so we couldn’t get our manicures. I still wanted my fingernails done so I got a shorter pedicure to ensure that I could get my manicure. The manager agreed and seated us but then didn’t tell me I couldn’t get my manicure until after my pedicure when we were all almost done. I had to deny so my family, who I rode with, wouldn’t have to wait on me. The entire time we were getting our pedicures, the manager walked around us to ensure we were on schedule - it was not relaxing. Finally, my nail was messed up and it was treated like a burden to fix. Customer service was very poor. If you want a relaxing environment for you nail care experience, I do not recommend coming here.

My mom & I went in for a pedi & refill on nails.The girl that did my ombré refill had no idea how to do ombré, also the manager of the place was very rude & unprofessional towards my mom. Do not recommend anyone going here! :)

We were helped by Kate, Kayla, and Vivian. I messed up my nail and Ekin Sky fixed it. This place is extremely organized and very efficient...which I like. They use liners for the pedicure foot baths...which I love. There is a person who is assigned cleaning and he wiped everything down every few minutes (even the mini fridge). I will definitely be going back again.

The nail tech who did my pedicure recommended a different color that would show better and I’m so glad she gave her input as opposed to letting me pick something that wouldn’t show up well. Poor horrible customer service !! The ppl over there are rude ! If you want any request even if you are polite, they will roll their eyes at you ! They even talk behind your back in their native Vietnamese language and make fun of you .

I recently treated my mom and myself to a mani/pedi afternoon here. This was our first time in, and we were both so impressed by the quality and the service. The atmosphere is very relaxing, no TV talk shows blaring. They played acoustic music with a slideshow of nature scenes on the screens. The women that did our mani/pedis took their time and were very conscientious. They set timers for the massages, which we both remarked on because many places rub up and down your calf 3 times and call that a massage. We both got gel polish, and it was hands down the best polish job either of us have ever gotten. This is definitely our new go-to. Thank y’all!

I wish I could give more stars because the place was beautiful the girls who did my full set mani and pedi were great but I think the guy at the front was having a bad moment because he wasnt welcoming we actually seemed to bother him when we walked in me and my boyfriend noticed the coldness and it was our first time there so huge turn off so I hope he is having a better day but I will give the place another chance since I live down the street.Updatr: went back and have excellent service all the way around loved the nails the drinks the vibe was amazing will definitely keep coming back

First impression, it is beautiful inside and very clean. We had pedi manis, which felt amazing. I didnt catch the name of my daughters technician but I had Cindy and Helen for my services. They were both so kind and made sure I enjoyed my service. Ekin Sky even took the time to help my very indecisive self choose my colors. All around it was worth giving them a shot and I will certainly be returning. Oh and if you have younger children they have the kiddie pedicure chairs, 4 at least, so Ill bring my little one next time.
