I’m rating NT nails a 5 star because I called to see if they were busy he asked me what services I would like told him full set he said come in and we can take you as soon as I got there the owner opened the door for me as I was pushing my son in with the stroller he was so kind asked if I had any ideas or what color I showed him he said come right this way showed me we’re to sit told me it would be about 3-5 minutes. Von came and greeted me asked me what color I was doing and got to it he did such an amazing job. The place was very clean and didn’t smell like a nail salon! I will definitely be going back

Mrs. Russell was absolutely amazing and the whole experience was wonderful and relaxing! My nails look beautiful and are exactly what I wanted, actually better than expected! Highly recommended and just found my forever nail Technician! She knows how to make short nails beautiful and functional! Also, was very gentle, due to me having arthritis!

So I have been here multiple times before and they usually do a great job. But this time the man who did my pedicure did not do a good job at all. The nail polish looks old and some of it came off already. He did ok on my nails but definitely could of been better for what i paid for to get both my nails and toes done which was 108$!!

I love coming to NTs. Henry is almost always there to greet customers and to personalize every experience we have there. I love going to Russel to do my nails because she truly does a phenomenal job at making my natural nails look stunning! But anyone I get has done an amazing job. They are clean and very professional. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my nail needs. Thank you Henry and Russel!

I had been coming here for almost 2 years and really enjoyed it. I drive over an hour to be able to go to the salon with my mother. The last few visits have been very disappointing to say the least. I am a regular and get the same services each time I come however I have been refused appointments or asked to reschedule the last 3 times while others are being helped and then Henry acted as if he was unaware that I was waiting for a manicure after he specifically asked me if I wanted to wait for the manicure tech that I always have used. I then asked why I was being bypassed and was completely ignored. I will not be visiting this salon again.

I was traveling from out of town. They got me in with no appointment. One of the best mani pedi I’ve ever had. Bryan was awesome!!

The salon itself is nice. However, the service is disappointing. When I pay 68 bucks for a pedicure, I expect for my nails to painted properly and to get a decent massage. Nope! Not here. Von, sped through my service like Speedy Gonzalez, luke warm water, a horrible massage (if thats what you want to call it) and to make things worse my Shellac he painted was lumpy! Im so frustrated. I couldnt stay to have them fix it because of lack of time so now Im off to another salon. When a woman leaves from getting a pedicure she should feel relaxed, rejuvenated and pretty...that was not the case for me.

Today was my first time coming here, I usually make a 30 minute trip to my nail salon but couldn’t today so I came here.... BEST DESCISION EVER!!! They have loyalty cards (which I love) even better the service was amazing! The manager was very communicative. Ms.Tina did a full set white powder for me and my eyebrows. My nails are beautiful and my eyebrows are just right! She kept a great conversation with me, and the manager offered me a drink several times. I’m glad I found such a great salon so close to home!

Went here last Saturday for the first time. The day before I called in twice to make an appointment and adjustment and both times Henry was accommodating. I actually ended up coming in earlier, but they didnt mind. Von took care of both my mani and pedi and he was amazing! Very meticulous and nice to talk to. All of the staff are friendly and the spa is extremely clean and beautiful. This is now my nail salon and am happy to help this small business owner!

Went in on a Sunday with my 3 year old daughter and they were very accommodating. Tina did great with my daughter (even put a cute flower on her big toe 💕😍). My toes still look as when I left the salon. (Id day that says a lot due tot he fact that i wear socks and tennis shoes Monday-Friday for work)I will definitely be going back for my next pedicure. 🤗

This morning I called N T last minute asked for prices pedi was $25 and acrylic full color $40. Mind you i had to be at work at 11:30.. i reserved me a chair over the phone when i arrived they were very sweet, gentle and i was very relaxed. I got out at 11:15 :) The workers talk calm sweet and quiet :) unlike all the other nail salons ive been to, they yell across the building or just talk really loud. And they are very clean as well. You go to a nail salon to relax and thats definitely what i got at N T!! :) ill definately be back to N T in a month!! Im very happy h my experience :)

Horrible service. Since we only did a basic pedicure which was not being advertised because they wanted you to use their more expensive services. Mind you they were all priced over $40. Our pedicure was hushed and ended in less than 20 minutes. Never going to use them again

I think I finally found nice nail salon in Conroe! They have done an amazing job with Decor of the interior, makes u feel like youre in a spa. Very clean place. They take pride in making every customer leave happy and satisfied. Very friendly personal! Paid $35 for new set plus $10 to change color on toes. I found places that are cheaper, but they are so dirty and usually disgusting. This place has lots of real plants which is a big plus in my book (real plants clean air & you really need that in places that use acetone). Many flat screen TVs in the pedicure area, and they run real nice videos for your entertainment. Would be nice if they offered you a drink though - to get even more spa effect... lol

I have been a customer for a year now for nails and pedicures. My nail technician is great and I love my nails, BUT today my pedicure was not done properly, other than a polish change it doesnt look like I had a pedicure at all! The girl did not take time to do the pedicure properly, they got busy all of a sudden and its like she was in hurry to finish with me to move on to the next customer because they were short on staff. When I arrived I was the only customer. My heals are still rough and dry and look like just like they did when I came in. When I told management that I was unhappy with my pedicure and showed him my feet he seemed unconcerned and offered to do them again at another time but wanted me to pay full price today for a lousy job with an offer to do them again in the future. I offered to pay for half of the pedicure because I got half the service. He said no you pay full price because maybe you have more calluses today more than a $32 pedicure. I replied that was ridiculous. So instead of accepting my offer to pay half and keep me as a customer he BLAMED my feet instead of the technician for doing a lousy job. I shouldnt have to come back at a later date to complete or redo the pedicure I paid for today. I will take my business to another salon. Enjoy your $16.00 Mr. Henry!

Way overpriced! They charged me $76 for a pedicure (with regular nail polish) and eyebrows. I asked for the $45 pedicure. Eyebrows are $8 sometimes. Depends on the day, I guess. Like their work but not worth the hassle of getting hustled. Never going back.

Been to 5 different nail salons in Conroe. This place is very clean. The staff was amazing. Anna did my pedicure and shes AWESOME! Very relaxing environment. Well worth the price!!! Will be going back for sure!!!

I’m giving them two stars because they do have talented nail technicians, but the management is a mess. I have been coming here faithfully for seven months because of one individual who works great on my nails and knows what I like. Although because they are always understaffed on the weekends I don’t get who I request when I come in. You will wait a long time to get service and if you do become a regular client, don’t expect them to value your business. I discovered they did not care for my loyalty to their location, l have found a new place where they are much more organized in caring for their clients.

Very friendly staff and the pedicure was wonderful! Good price/value. I got the jelly pedicure and it was fantastic! My nails look great. The salon was very clean. I felt very pampered the entire time...no rush...just very relaxing and welcoming environment. I will definitely go back!

My nails always look fantastic but they do not last long. I should be able to go 3-4 weeks between fills and for some reason by 2 weeks my nails from here are always lifting and coming off. very pricey too, but the atmosphere is nice

I was nervous about finding a new nail salon and after reading the reviews was confident that I had found a good new place. This was my first time going but I really enjoyed watching the interactions with regulars. The owner really takes time to greet customers (by name) as they come in and asks about their life. I watched others with customers as well and was very pleased. Summer was extremely pleasant to work with and I know I will be returning!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE! There is never a wait on weekdays. I recommend Tina or Russel. These 2 ladies are the best at what they do and keep a great conversation!!

Gross place...Didnt clean the Pedicure basin... Just changed the liner after my friend was done with her pedicure. No sterilization of basin or jet!!Poor Fish were in green waterMy wife only got Shellac and pedicure.My friend got a full acrylic set with French tips and a pedicure.... But the full set was $1 cheaper!! No explanation when asked by both parties.Lastly we gave them $85 cash and was informed therest a 10% cash discount... And was given back $5... My wife said I gave you $85, $5 for her. $80 for the service.He then argued no, you only gave me $80... So we explained 10% of $80 is $8 not $5... No response, no $3.Trash place, trash attitude. Stay away

Greeted by very well dressed man. Beautiful and very clean inside. Ms Vicky showed my options for services. I opted for the Cucumber Pedi which was one of their middle of the road options. I really enjoyed the whole experience. She was very gentle and great service. I will be back and certainly will recommend them.

Went in to just get a regular french manicure which turned out horrible.. the nails were crooked and you could see through the pink where the glued on fake nail was I went back a few hours later to either get a refund or have them fix it all he did was paint over the french manicure with an ugly dark silver color was an absolute waste of $50, would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Dont go here if you expect them to open on time. This was the second visit with a 9 AM appointment. It was their suggestion for nine oclock. Still sitting in the parking lot at 9:10. Shows total lack of respect for others time. I left and wont go back. They arent the only game in town.

Absolutely great service. There was a wait but its the nail shop so its expected but I was offered water and the manager continued to check on me as I waited. They started with me ASAP. I had a picture of how I wanted my nails. I showed David. He studied the photo for a few moments then promptly got to it.Im a skeptic when it comes to nail shop. So I wasnt expecting much. But omg my nails came out absolutely perfect especially compared to the pic I showed (I uploaded it with the image that inspired me all though I made changes to mine)Super impressed with the entire service.

8 stars !! If that were possible. I found a jewel of a nail salon. These people were so customer service oriented and so professional. Wish I had found them long ago. Also great with my special needs adult daughters. Interacted with her so well and they were so kind.

Not great. I went to NT because of their 5-star rating. My initial impression was a good one. I was greeted by a friendly lady and offered water or soda while I waited. The facility is very nice and appears to be very clean. I went in knowing what I wanted from a picture on Pinterest. I chose what I felt would be the correct color (and was to get a snowflake design on one nail). Kim, the nail technician looked at the picture (even took a picture of it with her own phone) and understood what I wanted. My problems proceeded as follows: 1. I requested a coffin shape. My nails were not cut evenly on the sides. It looked like half of them were growing in different directions. 2. Kim told me that the color I picked was not like the picture and she recommended a different color. I questioned this because the color she picked out has sparkles. She assured me it wouldnt be sparkly when she was done. I trusted she knew more than I did so I went with her choice and the color turned out looking more of a raisin shade than red. 3. I asked her not to make my nails flat on top and to give them more of a rounded shape. I got 6 or 7 flat nails and the rest were slightly rounded. 4. I asked her to soften the corners of my nails a bit so that they werent so sharp. She said that she didnt want to because as I use my hands they would soften on their own. 5. I had red residue all around my cuticles when I left. I doubt I will be going back.

The guy who did my nails was Tony, I told him I wanted my nails short for work. Instead of him asking me he told me I needed to get them long because my nails were wide. Ive been getting my nails done for 20 years now,I know what I want and like. I hate it when they try to tell me what I like. Really?? Then on top of that he cut the side of my finger. It was hurting for 2 days. They are also way too expensive, they wanted 70 dollars for this pink and black zebra design. I will never pay that for nails . I really miss the nail salons in Houston. They do everything from air brushing to eagle nails, and they do your nails just as you desire. Wont go back here.

Recently moved to the area and made the mistake of trying another nail salon before finding this one.Such an amazing place. The services the offer are great and they do a fantastic job! EVERYTIME I get my nails done they last and Im hard on them! I highly recommend

Im always greeted immediately as I enter the Salon and beverages are offered. My nail tech, Stephanie, is very good at what she does. She can do any nail design placed before her. Im very comfortable there and Im very well treated.

I got a manicure and pedicure. The nail polish from my pedicure was put on so horrible and had so many layers of it that the next day after I showered, some of it came off. The lady was doing it in a very rudely manner. My nails were cut crooked. Regret paying $42 for that. With my manicure the lady made my finger bleed three times and was in a rush while doing it. Not only my my toenails were cut crooked but the acrylic nails I got done, too. And regret paying $50 for that. Honestly horrible service. The owner and owner’s kid had a great way of greeting customers, but the lady doing the job was just bad.

To much money for quality you can get at other nail places. They also have a lot of turnover and will say your nail tech is on vacation but they never come back. 🥺

DO NOT GET ANY WORK FROM DANNY! He is the worst person in my life to do nails! I have real nails that are long and he filed down the sides way too much! So much so that he grinded down into flesh. Now my nails are way out of the shape they are supposed to be in! They arent even, shaped, nor all the same length. I just went in for a refill and got charged $45. Just plain black refill. Not even my whole nail has polish on it, like how do you not paint the whole nail. There are a bunch of bubbles in the clear coat too. Plus just got them done and they already look grown out, so I need them redone! Im so pissed

My cousins and I Are on a cousins trip. We went here for pedicures and were treated very well. It was by far the best pedicure experience I have had. They took 6 walk-ins without batting an eye and made our cousins’ weekend awesome. We were served pina coladas and given refills. The were kind, courteous and very welcoming. He even took group pics for us.

They did my nails quickly, they did them well and I had a wonderful conversation with a young lady that did my nails excellent excellent job!

I wish I could give them no stars but I can’t! Horrible service!! My nails started to lift in less than a week. Went in to get it fixed and after waiting an hour and a half they took care of everyone BEFORE me that came in AFTER me. I waited that long and still didn’t get my nails fixed as they were nearing closing time and began to complain and discuss the issue of who told me to come in while they were busy over the phone in front of me(very unprofessional)!

I went in last Saturday and I had Tina do my pedicure and solar nail set she did a very good job I will go back again, everybody is always friendly and professional 😊.

Not happy at all!! Went on Sunday and nail polish started peeling off same day. By Monday evening I had 4 nails total with polish left on. Went back last night Tuesday, since theyre closed on Mondays, and had them redone. This morning three nails have already peeled off! Not going to waste my time going back for a 3rd time.

The place is nice the nail tech I had was rude, not approachable at all tried to communicate with her to make time go by and she wasnt having it acted like sje was too good to talk to me .. I know this place is very over priced, but you have to think you get what you pay for. I’d rather pay more and know my stuff will last than pay cheap and have nails break off within 2 weeks . Just moved here and this the only nail place I have been to in Conroe. They do a great job! And you get shoulder massage with the mani and a stone massage with a basic pedi. I just wished pricing was more open. Prices are higher than I am used to paying in NC. But, this salon does not post prices anywhere.

Me and my friends had been searching Conroe for hours looking for a nail salon. I found NT nails on google and contacted them to see if they had any available chairs. The woman who answered the phone was polite and nice. Sure! Come here! We can take care of you!. We arrived at the nail salon 20 mins. before closing and they still took us in. The salon had a very calming ambiance to it. Sitting in there made me forget about all the frustration i was feeling from driving around all day. The owner also gave us coupons, which is always a plus! I would give 10 stars if I could.

I have been coming to this salon for many years. Recently I have been in search of another salon that has fair prices. I have found that the quality of work at this salon is better than any Salon in the Conroe Willis area. The customer service is excellent and everyone is friendly. The reason I have given a one-star rating is because I feel like every time I go in there I am not priced off of any pricing that they have for all of their customers. I feel like they charge a outrageous ridiculous amount thinking Im a person with money. I have thought this for a long time and therefore started searching for somewhere to go. Everyone that I know that goes to the salon says the same thing that they are priced depending on the day and whatever they feel like pricing out theres no prices listed like there are in other salons . I just went back to have my nails done because I wanted quality work and knew Id be forced to pay their outrageous rates. My sister was in town and her and her girlfriend came with me they got pedicures and they were charged $140 for two pedicures with shellac nail polish and one toe design. I was charge 132.00 for refill pedi with shellac and design on 2 fingers on each hand. This does not include our tip. The pedicures we got where the cheapest pedicures they were $32 a piece we had a clear discussion on how much our pedicures would be. At the time of checkout she added $20 per person for shellac on the pedicures and $15 per toe for one toe nail design which were only stars because its July 4th they glued a few stars on one of my sisters toes and then painted some stars on her girlfriends toe. I am embarrassed that I referred somebody to go there and they were taking advantage of because this establishment charges customers by what they think they can get away with them paying not by a price sheet that is fair and equal to the market of their competitors. I will never return to this establishment again. I did text Lynn and give her the opportunity to make it right but nothing came out of it. I was ripped off and my sisters were as well. Many of my girlfriends feel the same way and have since stopped going.

I didnt think it was possible to leave a pedicure with my feet in worse shape than when I started. I wish I could post a picture to show how shredded the bottoms of my feet are. The technician hurt me several times, but I couldnt communicate that to her because she speaks no English except ok, baby?. Services at this place are a waste of time and money. Please consider spending your hard- earned money elsewhere.
