Came to this salon for the first time to get a mani and pedi and was not happy with results. Gel mani was awful didn’t even clean up around looks like a kid painted my nails. I Should’ve just painted them myself over all I paid $70. With that I could’ve just gotten acrylics. Very disappointed

I came in there one day and got acrylic nails with dip powder. The lady that did my nails started off good and then got to the dip and it was kind of a mess but I blame it on the clumpy nail polish. The did a good job and I was satisfied when I left. 3 days later, they started to chip and come off and the more I looked at them the more I realized, they werent the right length or shape I asked for. I called and told them what happened, and they told me to come in that day and that they would fix them for me. I ended up having them redone by Larry and another lady. They did a phenomenal job, and they didnt charge me a thing to have them fixed but I did leave them a good tip. I have been coming here for months and I love this place and they never disappoint. I will definitely keep coming back because they do indeed take very good care of their customers.

I been going to this nail salon since they opened and I will not go anywhere else. They are amazing. Always so nice and they do a wonderful job.

I came in for a gel refill. The nails I showed that I wanted ended up being a lot shorter than what I asked for which made my nails look stubby and thick. Gel refill was also $45 which is the highest Ive ever paid. The quality of the nails were great, I just wish she would have followed the picture I showed her and I wish it wasnt as expensive.

Absolutely love this place. The man fixed my nails to a shorter liking after getting them done somewhere else. He even fixed my broken toe nail.

The man that did my nails went outside and blew a snot rocket in the parking lot and didnt wash his hands or change his gloves. i watched him. he did my nails really puffy and thick and said he’d thin them out which didn’t help. the bottom of my thumb nail was sticking up off my original nail. my eyelash extensions that i got same day lasted longer than my nails. i got gel nails

They offer a wide variety of colors to pick and choose from and safety and cleanliness are of the utmost importance. I had a great experience. It was clean, everyone was laughing and had good energy. My nail tech kept asking if I was liking how they were turning out before continuing. She took her time even though it was closing time. She was very thorough. Another lady getting her nails done by the guy who works there, kept complimenting his work and saying she loved them. So, I will def be coming back.

Please note: They close at 6pm on Saturday. But they excepted me at 6. And the guy who did my pedicure took his time and massage my foot so good. You would have thought I was his first customer of the day. He was so particular with ever toe.I tipped him 20.00 bucks. Excellent service.

As soon as I walked in the door I felt welcome everyone was super busy in all it took me 1.5 hrs to get a brand new set of shellac nails thats with no appointment not to bad considering every chair was taken for quality of nails is wonderful I will definitely be going back!❤❤❤

Considering the Covid situation Vivid nails impressed me. They took your temperature, had you sign a consent. Made sure you washed your hands. The people receiving pedicures are totally separated from the nail techs. You are seated 6 ft apart. The staff wears masks and gloves. There also the plexi glass between you. The nail tech said she checks her temp and staffs daily po prior to opening. They are doing what they can and more in my opinion for the public and their own safety. Thanks Vivid Nails

Great, friendly staff. Excellent value for price. I wont be back though because the young lady who was assigned to my chair did not know how to do gel polish, and thats all I do. I watched her try to apply the color without any base several times, wipe it off and try again. When I suggested she should try the base coat first, the lady behind her rolled over and said, she can do that if youd like. I said, most definitely, she needs to do it right. That is how gel polish is applied...base glue coat (where the term shellac comes from) which binds the color to your nails, then color, then top coat for shine. No excuse that she didnt know this. Do not employ a young lady if you cannot train her. It is the owner or managers responsibility to make sure all staff know what theyre doing. Also the rolling tables with supplies were quite dirty, but equipment was coming out of a sanitizer bag, and the tubs were used with liners which I appreciate. Busy place, so my experience may just be a fluke. Just keep an eye on the process if youre getting gel done, otherwise it defeats the purpose of paying extra for it to last.

Shellac done on Saturday & today is Monday and I have several chips. I have several swipe marks they didn’t clean off well while doing the French tip line on the natural nail. Not precise detail or work at all. Very unsatisfied. Will find a new place and I used to love this nail salon.

Went with my mom back in September, for her birthday. She got a fungus on her big toe. Im assuming since they use they never sanitize the polish brush between people or use brushes specifically for that purpose.

This place used to be great! However I’m very disappointed with how my nails turned out. I went in on Saturday to have my nails done. Normally my shellac lasts 2 weeks before any breakage starts. By Monday 1 nail was half off, I went in Monday to have it redone, it looked great. Tuesday afternoon there is a huge crack in the same nail I just had redone. I decided not to waste my time getting it redone and live with it. Well as of this morning 2 other nails are half off and the same nail with the crack has 2 more in it. If you want quality work that will last, i recommend going elsewhere.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. I was waiting up front and a customer was walking out of the door she had just paid and used the restroom before leaving and her shirt was stuck in her pants and I witnessed first hand they started speaking whatever language they speak and LAUGHING about this lady who just spent her hard earned money in there. The girl BUSTED out laughing( it was quiet in there) and it was super rude. This is proof they are one of the places that like to talk about people thinking nobody knows cause they aren’t speaking English.

Up front pricing and Pepsi is an awesome Technician. I was extremely impressed with the work and will definitely going back.

So we decided to come on a Sunday, last minute (which I should’ve known was a bad idea) but I called ahead of time. Was told absolutely no wait they took our name. We get there they’re packed. Told us to sit. They proceeded to take 3 people ahead of us. Waited 20 minutes. Still no word how much longer (even though we were told no wait over the phone and drove like 2 minutes to get there). We walked out. Don’t tell people there’s no wait if there is!! I would’ve rather known and expected the wait than wasted my time.

I really wanted to like this place, it looks beautiful, and is close to home. However, they are just not there yet. The color selection is not 100% yet and my nails broke after just 1 week when I normally can go about 3 weeks.I will probably try them again in another 6months or so, hopefully then they will have some of their kinks worked out.

I have been a loyal customer since 2013 - Vicky is amazing and always does my nails to perfection! The team is friendly, accommodating and always ready with a smile. I have changed my nails too many times to count and Vicky is always ready to make that change for me or remind me that I always go back to my signature color anyway (which I need her to do that for me). My daughter also comes here and whether she is doing shellac or acrylic, Barry is her favorite and her nails always look fantastic. There have been some other reviews here stating that team is rude but I have never witnessed that in over 6 years. If anything, they are more tolerant that I would be of the kids running around screaming, people talking so loudly on their phones, kids with loud toys in the shop, etc. People need to remember, this is a salon where people just want to relax with a manicure and/or pedicure. Customers should be more respectful of other customers and the team. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

I absolutely LOVE Vivid Nails. Sarah does my nails and they always last over a month before I need a refill. The customer service is awesome. I have never had a bad experience. I have always been told that if a customer isnt satisfied with any service provided by Vivid Nails to ask to speak with Sarah and she will be glad to take care of your concern. I always get compliments on my nails.

Rude staff . Not kid friendly. Two ladies told my child to keep her voice down and she wasn’t talking it was her toy computer . My child is only 2 years old . You don’t address a child you address the mother if you have an issue ! Never again !

I give it one star only because I cant give it a zero. Worse service I ever received. First off I called for pricing and was told one price but when I finished getting my nails done I was told a different price. Secondly, I was walking to the nail polish wall to find a color and was rudely told to sit down that I didnt need a color to pick out a gel polish. I didnt ask for gel polish nor did I want it. You cant force people to get what you want them to have. Then I had to ask her to clean out the nasty chair she tried to make me sit in. The staff was so rude. They werent even accommodating or anything. Being that Im a business owner myself with my own clothing boutique, I would have definitely given better customer service. I would never return here nor reccomend anyone to come here.

This place is awesome. Ive been there several times and have always loved the way Ive been treated and my nails always look amazing. My pedicure from this salon was comfortable and lasted more than 4 weeks. The staff, although not very fluent in English, is always hospitable and genuine. They always make sure Im comfortable, greet me with a smile and friendliness, and ensure that Im offered a cold beverage. They even throw away used nail files or offer you the nail file used on you so it wont go to waste. They clean their stations after every nail seesion (Ive witnessed this first-hand because my skin is highly sensitive and thats one of the major things I look for). Shame on those who have anything bad to say about these hardworking individuals and their business. I love Vivid Nails. They have a customer in me until Im old and gray!

Im from out of town but I must say I will fly back just to come to this nail salon. Great service, great friendly staff, was very helpful in helping me select what I wanted. I will definitely comecback.👍

Very friendly, always very sterilized equipment and they do a great job.

Came here for a manicure and pedicure and was absolutely appalled with the service. They mocked my feet and hardly acknowledged that I was there at all. The cleanliness of the shop is seldom to none. Seriously, come here if you would like to be judged and talked about. This staff is wholly disrespectful and the prices are far too high considering what you have to go through to get a somewhat-okay manicure/pedicure.

The only person I use here is a guy, cant remember his name, he usually sits on the left in the desk thats closest to the door and had like black hair with a little blonde in it, hes the only good one there. One time when I was here while getting my nails done another guy comes up and ask if I want my eyebrows done and I said no so he just kept standing there and he was like do you need a mirror which was so disrespectful, I felt harassed, I felt completely uncomfortable and then one time I was getting my feet done and the woman used an object that you have to like scrape on your feet to get dead skin off and she used it on the middle of my foot which hurt so bad when its only suppose to be used on my heal where the dead skin actually is, it pissed me off so bad. Most of the workers here need to learn how to treat their customers better.

I will certainly never return here. Their prices & services are not listed anywhere on their walls. I came in needing eyebrow and lip wax. A person asked me what I wanted then directed me to sit at a nail station sitting opposite someone that was in the middle of getting their nails done! Then a very nice young woman walked up to me and displayed that this was the place to get waxed..... at a nail station in the middle of the entire salon where multiple people were looking. It was incredibly embarrassing to be watched during this. There was not a table or place to lay, so I sat upright as she moved my face to try to place wax where it needed to go. Needless to say that this caused my eyebrows to now be basically flat! After she waved she did not trim what was left with scissors and barely tweezed hairs left over. I watched her make facesand talk with other people around me. Not only did she do a mediocre job, but she had an audience watching it! Never again.

First off this place smelled horrible, I understand its a nail salon but this was absolutely awful. My manicurist walked out not once but twice to take a smoke break and then did such a poor job on my nails. It was obvious he was in a hurry, didnt do what I asked and was very rude. One and only time Ill be here.

I got just a normal manicure but once I drove off I notice the painting job pretty bad. Everything else was good but my nails look like I painted them...

They were over priced, $16 for a shitty basic manicure. Space was cramped, not relaxing at all. Barely understood English, I know that sounds super rude but it was very hard to communicate basic requests. I wont be back. Only plus theyre open on Sunday and my pedicure was adequate.

Horrible service, went in for a pedicure and i had shellac on my toes instead of them soaking my toes to remove the polish she was peeling them off my nails. they have a horrible attitude when you try to tell them thats not what you want or need to have it done, they want to do it their way and we pay for the service to get what we want, but not at this place.

As my 3 stars stated it was okay. Just moved here looking for new nail places to call my own!The pedicure felt amazing, the scrubs and stones felt amazing. Towards the end I realized that they didnt use the grater to get my dead skin off my heal (which was pretty bad) just this little mesh, rectangle square thing. So later tonight as I was feeling my feet, they arent soft and still slight cracky.The guy said I had a bad ingrown nail. Okay, thanks for letting me know but, he kept going on about it. Then said something to the other tech who was working on my hands. He even mentioned it to me. YES I HAVENT HAD A SITTER IN AGES. So I finally was able to get out and get my nails done. Im 9 months pregnant, lol I can barely reach my feet.Then started talking in there language. Laughing. Made me uncomfortable.Then I had asked about the wax they submerge your hands and feet into. I only wanted my hands and they did both. $7 each.I had full blue nails, with one white nail. I just wanted an anchor. The tech said let me make it look good well thats okay but at what cost? He added silver stripes and a a rhinestone. I really DISLIKE them a lot.I also thought a manicure (which I wanted) Is where they cut off the dead skin and all that jazz. NOPE. Still there.Shape is nice, nails arent to thick. Toe color matches my nails perfect ❤️ toes are cute. I get to check out and it was $103. I had a deluxe pedicure ($40) and then my nails. Probably wont return.
