Been a long time customer, have had the VIP monthly package and still continue to go after a good barber I liked left this place, a big REASON kept going and kept membership is due to Jen and Julia, they make my experience comfortable and happy to be a loyal customer. They have good energy and good conversation while I get my clean haircut and the shaves on point. Hope they get more help at salon tho, gets busy some times and it’s hard on them when only have two barbers. Either way recommend the place!

Julia hooks it up here, and she restored my faith in barbers touching my beard. 11/10 would recommend getting cut by Julia!

My second visit to same location, requested a shave and shampoo. Lady at desk advised me that she cannot do a shave however a shampoo maybe. I told my stylist after she was finished she just said all done. I did request a shampoo when I met the stylist. I will not be using this business ever again.

I am disappointed with the service, I have set a time for haircuts as I did not have time to sit and wait for space to become free. I arrived at the appointed time, but it was busy and I was told to wait 20-25 minutes. I just turned around and left! thanks for your service

Cool ambiance, get a drink or two while you wait and keep entertained with tvs and games. Hair cut was ok, I wasnt super impressed but then again I am very particular about my hair. May try a different barber next time.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. When I walked in I was not greeted nor offered a drink. I set an appointment over the phone for 5:45 pm, and by 6:15 3 people who had gotten there after me gotten taken care of right away. The girls that were working there treated me very poorly when I asked why other people that got there after me were getting taken care of before me. Such a shame since this place is my go-to. Never coming back to this location.

Julia was absolutely awesome today! Best beard trim I’ve ever gotten!

Great customer service. The staff is very professional. Took about 30 mins to get in get a hair cut and beard trim and it looks great. My beard hair is very curly and hard to tame but Julia did an extremely good job at shaping and making it look better. Definitely going back as often as possible.

The staff are all incredibly friendly and the haircut I got was excellent. Not to mention the great ambiance and two drinks to go with the haircut.

They welcome walk ins! With my busy schedule I’m never able to schedule appointments. It’s a great spot with good access to 45.

So happy I switched from my old place. Its worth the drive to Conroe from Humble. Talore does such a great job and is so personable and professional. The bar is also great.

28 dollars for a trim, and didnt even attempt to do anything else like clean the hair off of me.

Got fungal infection from the male barber. Didnt know it until I went back for second cut. That stylish was the one who told me about the rash and what causes it. The previous guy didnt clean his gear well before doing my hair.

ZERO STARS. Do. Not. Go. Yall. There was so much miscommunication between the staff. Wanted this to be a Fathers Day date for my son and his Dad so I bought a $100 gift certificate. I verified WHEN I purchased the gift certificate that they could make an appointment and have their services at the same time. My husband CALLED and MADE an appointment with a staff member. When they arrived, another staff member said reservations were not taken. NO apology, NO customer service skills what so ever. After an hour, they finally got my sons feet soaking....and he soaked.....and soaked....for 45 minutes and NOBODY came over to let them know what was up or offer any apologies for the delay. So they left. I work in customer service and this is an embarrassment to the TuneUp brand.

Taylore did an amazing job! Found my new go-to! Will definitely be coming back on the regular.

This place has poor management I have been a customer for a long time now and today I finally threw the towel in with them every time I have a set appointment it is never met even close and they allow walk ins to skip you if there friends like your appointment is pointless 1 hour 15 minutes past my appointment while the chair was open at my time !!!!! Also yes I re checked in to see plenty of times was told we hate fridays ......

Great place for guys to go get a haircut, beard trim, eyebrow wax, pedicure, and a bunch of other things. Youre allowed to have a drink or two when youre there as well! Stylists are friendly and know what theyre doing.

This establishment is outside my neighborhood and convenient to get a haircut on the way home. I came in to get me and my sons haircut. The place looks nice and has some games to keep you entertained while you wait. Beer they had was good, since I am a dark beer drinker and my son had a couple sodas. I got to the salon at 4:50PM and I did not leave until 8:10PM. I waited 2 1/2 hours for MY cut. My son had to leave because he was getting cranky, tired and hungry. I initially asked the lady how long the wait would be, noticing they only had 2 stylists working. She couldnt tell me, so I asked how many people were in front of me. She said 4-5. Thinking it shouldnt be too long, maybe an 1-1 1/2 hours, I stayed giving that they had entertainment to wait. One stylist was wizzing through people, on average about 15-20 min per cut, the other one took 1 HOUR PER PERSON! While I was there he did 2 cuts!Last they have a VIP for 120 dollars a month which allows you to skip lines. If I had my suspicions are correct, they intentionally do this to entice customers into getting such silly thing.If your a manager and reading this, you need to get more staff or schedule accordingly. I would also suggest giving people estimate times and stop allowing call-ins or appointments until your are staffed properly. Horrible ownership of this establishment will be your downfall. I dont care if you just opened and are trying to settle in. Dont open if you cant accomidate your customers or set restrictions to make everyone happy or content. 2 1/2 hour wait is insane for a 25 dollar haircut. Ill go back to Sports Clips and wait for 30-45 minutes. At least I know I will get home to eat dinner on time.If your a customer reading this, I highly recommend you call ahead and ask for a realistic time. If they cant give it to you then dont go. If you see 2 stylists and 3-4 people, your in for a 2-3 hour wait.

This has to be the worst run company in the world... been going here for 6 months and I never have the same stylist the get transferred or quit... how are you ever going to build a business defined by regular business if you dont ever keep your stylists... this place will be out of business before march bet on it...

Been there four times, the wait was never more than 10 minutes. Had a diff stylist every time, but they all did a great job...the latest one to cut my hair and beard was Liz. Best results yet!
