I set my appointment online for 10:30am. Got there at 10:15am and was checking in. The lady stopped working on her customers hair and came straight to me with an aggressive tone. Asking me if i had an appointment and i said yes.She rolled her eyes. She said they were busy and it would take at least an hour. I said yall might want to fix your website and it was pretty obvious she didnt want my business. If she would have simply said i am sorry maam I will look into that. Do you mind coming back in an hour i would have been more receptive.

I took my two grandsons in for haircuts today. Worst experience of my life in a salon. We were prepared with pictures of what we wanted and suggested alternatives just in case. Neither said they couldnt accomplish either style. Both boys were completed by stylist that left long hairs at the base of the head. Longs around both ears. Neither style matched what we asked..NOT even close. Neither stylist even spoke a word to help these boys feel comfortable. Ive used these salons in other walmarts in this area and I have NEVER left being embarrassed enough to find a sports clips to fix what they can. In the end Ive spend $85 for two boys to have their cut twice in one day! Do not recommend and every station dirty.

Ive been having haircuts, full permanent color and other services at this salon location for close to two years. Excellent quality, professional work, from kind and friendly stylist has been my experience every time.I hope that they will be ready and able to reopen soon.

What’s your problem, I asked to trim an inch of my sons hair but keep the style he had. Even 5 years old can do it. For 12 bucks, should be able to do a basic cut. If not go work somewhere else.

Poor customer service. Its Sunday. This is the only place still open so I make the 15 minute drive there to get a quick haircut. I got there 10 mins before they closed and she refused to give me a haircut. Sorry were closed. I turned around and looked at the clock on the wall that clearly showed I was there before 6:00. Nope. Refused. Ill be sure to write a review!

Fantastic place! Rebecca did a great job on my hair. Everyone is friendly and price was unbelievably affordable; Makes it easy to tip the stylist a little more for a great cut!

Dont let the fact that SmartStyle is inside of a Wal-Mart deter you. It is an excellent place to go for a haircut and/or eyebrow waxing on a budget. I have had both done at this location. The stylists there really listen to what you are telling them and will ask questions and even show you different hairstyle photographs to ensure that everyone is on the same page.

Ms. Houston gave a fabulous cut to my 16 year old son and we were very pleased with both her skill and professionalism not to mention her kindness in how she handled my 4 year old getting ahold of the sink sprayer when we weren’t looking😜 it was a wonderful experience and we will be back to see her again

Just walked in for a trim,and Jennifer was EXTREMELY RUDE, asked what I wanted and told her I wanted a trim with the back cut in a Bob style,she said thats not what a Bob was, conversation was argumentavited and was told YOUR NOT LISITING TO ME, have NEVER been talked to that way before.will never go back, have been going to this Wal-Mart 2 years and have never had a problem till now.She was sloppy, hair not combed, coughing, in sorry if she was sick but stay home if you dont feel good dont take it out on customers

I had a horrible experience.. I dont know about all hairdresser but the Asian one who did mine had a very bad attitude, pulled my hair really hard.. I just had shampoo and hair trimmed with a light blow-dry. the price was clearly written 14.97 but she charged me saying 44.6$$.. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
