TCS was quick, thorough and efficient. Their quote was significantly lower for the same unit quoted by another company in the area. Plus they do not use pushy salespeople. The were able to install the same day and their employees were exceptional! Their staff was polite, respectful and courteous. We will be using them again we need to replace our downstairs unit. All I can say is WOW. The tech came out on a holiday weekend when the AC stopped blowing cold air. The tech arrived very quickly. He was very professional and polite “Yes Sir” and answered all my questions. Straight up with what needed to be done not like the other company’s trying to do repairs not needed!! Cant say enough good things about TCS. Kenny showed up first thing this morning right on time. He got to work, identified what was going on, assured us it would all be ok, did the work to fix it, and then let us know exactly what happened and how to look for it in the future. We had water coming through the ceiling and it was due to the drain being clogged and the unit in the attic being tilted wrong way so water was flowing improperly. Kenny got it all fixed and did so like a real pro. TCS will def be who we use for our ac needs in the future.

Chad is a joy to deal with. Responded quickly and got the job done. The A/C went out during the pandemic....his crew wore masks, used spray sanitizer and put down cloth covers to keep the floors clean. They also did an excellent job of clean up when the installation was complete. Good price on the unit too!

We had just returned from an out of state family emergency and our daughter told us it was cold in the house. My husband checked the heater and it did not come on, we had already had trouble with it and hoped it would last the winter. It didnt. My husband, and please dont ask me how he does this, got on the computer and found yall and called. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Carlos came almost right away and was very helpful. He checked everything and kept an open communication with my husband. What seemed like a matter of minutes, he had diagnosed the problem and gave us a solution. We needed a new heater, we figured that, but we didnt figure we would get a new heater right away. Awesome!! Carlos replaced the heater, even taking away the old one. AND for the first time in a long time we were all warm!! I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Oh and did I mention, this was the same company that came and worked on my Churchs A/C. Yes, thats right and they were wonderful too.

Very good company! Carlos and his son, who is learning the trade, came out when our ac quit cooling. In June and in Texas, it didn’t take long for our house to heat up to 84 degrees. Carlos was able to determine there was a small leak. Was able to get us and running the same night. Kim was very prompt in answering an online questionnaire and had us scheduled the next day. These guys were fantastic. I called late at night cause my outside unit wasn’t working and they told me they could come late that night as I had two people ahead of me or I could be first call in the morning between 9 and 10 I told them morning. They got to my house before 830 which was awesome cause my house was a furnace. They fixed everything and had it up and running in no time, and we’re very professional and very polite I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to other people. Great company!

Once again I find myself reaching out to compliment these guys. They are indeed the best. I know I wrote in over 4 years ago but doing so again just shows the level of consistency TCS offers year after year. These guys ALWAYS come through. Again last week I had an emergency. AC circuit breaker kept kicking off! Chad said one of his guys would be here within the hour. He was and it took about 10 minutes to fix. Carlos and his apprentice son could not have been more professional or helpful or HONEST! My problem was a wire shorting out because the insulation had burned through. Carlos showed me what had happened and it was already fixed. He could have told me it required some expensive repairs but he didnt. This outfit runs on integrity. Ive been relying on them for nearly 20 years now. During that time I have probably had at least 6 or 7 different technicians. All of them were knowledgeable, professional and competent. As I said - the best!

After my A/C failing late on the Friday before Labor day weekend, I called several service providers and TCS was the first to respond that they could respond on Sat. morning. My A/C init was going out out and found out it was the compressor overheating. TCS had some come out that night around 7 pm. Tech was extremely friendly, he was able to answer my questions. Then worked with Mr. Chad and the next steps, he did not pressure me on buying a new in and outdoor units. He said they could fix my unit but I would be throwing away my money, which I agreed with him. Already spent over $400 on a new motor and over $250 on a new fan blade for the outdoor unit. Talked with the wife and agreed to purchase a new unite. Mr. Chad had his techs come out the next day and had the old units taken out and the new units installed in less than 4 hours. My new unit now blows a whole lot stronger in the house and does not take long to cool down. What took hours to cool the house off a couple of degrees now only takes 10 to 15 minutes. I am so happy and proud to have met Mr. Chad, he has been an amazing person and his techs were very professional and nice to the customer.

TCS has to be the best ac/heat company I’ve EVER used ! My heater hasn’t worked properly in months & my air had been freezing up so I called Chad on Thursday afternoon & his guys were out within a couple of hours. Domino explained what was going on & what needed to be done but my system was sooo old & outdated that there was no repairing! They found me the best deal/financing options on a brand new unit & were out early Friday morning! The whole process took less than 24 hours & I could not be more pleased! Thank you TCS!

I called at about my AC being down at 7:30pm and by 7:45pm someone was knocking on my door to check out my system.Lightning fast! My AC condenser had been making extremely loud noises and finally decided to die on me. Being the middle of the summer, I needed a fast fix! These guys didnt jerk me around they got straight to the point of what I needed. They were able to assist me in financing a new unit and a team of guys came out. Installed the 5 ton unit and coil in my attic and was in and out in less than an hour and a half with my AC working better than ever!!! Thank God their is a company that can stand behind their word. I called a different AC company Sunday because my AC went out and I had an Open House on Tuesday. The company promised they would get it running. They misdiagnosed it three times, charging me each time. Then wanted to charge me $4500 on top of the other charges. After having the hot Open House I called TCS and they were their within 30 minutes. Shawn and Domino diagnosed the problem the first time and gave me an offer that blew the other one out the water. I was concerned someone would want to see the house before the AC was fixed. They made a call and was able to fix my AC as promised and last night I received a text they will be showing the house today. Highly recommend. My first AC unit went out this past summer, I went through 4-5 companies and ended up with one of the larger brand named companies doing the replacement and thought I was satisfied. Fast forward 45 days and my 2nd AC unit then went out. I went through an additional 3-4 companies before I got to TCS, and consulted my original company. In the end I opted to use TCS for this replacement - Prompt service as with most AC companies but the time that Kenny took to make sure I understood was awesome. He took the time and went through every step of my AC system to determine a recommendation - both inside and out. Others just stopped in and left, only to harass me by phone for 2 weeks to buy there unit. I wasnt pressured to make any purchases or decisions on the spot. Kenny even assisted with finding some better efficiency options as my house is mostly run on solar panels. Only frustration I have, is that I did not find this company when my first unit went out. I am relatively new to the area, in a home that is about a year and a half old. As an east coast transplant, Ive never had to deal with servicing a/c units to prep them for the Texas heat. I am expecting my son this July and so I felt it was a good idea to have them come out and do a spring servicing to make sure all is well. I am sitting here today after the sixth broken appointment by this company. Six times i have wasted my day waiting for their techician to come and finish a job that the previous owner paid to have performed. The evaporator coil was caked with debris that had to be peeled and brushed off. I finally did the job myself knowing that they would not honor their word. I called over 12 times in a six week period, only to be lied to and ignore. Please do not let this people waste your time and steal your money as they have done to my family. I am amazed that they are still in business treating people this way. Look at the other reviews. This must be their standard practice to rip people off. Run hard, run fast, run silent, run deep. Carlos came to our house and was so knowledgeable in his work. If you are having a problem with your HVAC unit, this man can fix it because he knows the units inside and outside parts like the back of his hand. We installed a thermostat but werent able to get it to coordinate with our system. He knew exactly what to do and didnt charge us an arm and a leg to fix our problem. They also came out so quickly to do the work for us. We highly recommend them for their work and customer service.

TCS has great customer service and honesty!! We were without a/c last week. They were prompt, efficient and friendly. They do whatever it takes to get the job (even when its ovrer 100 real feel) in the sun. Their techs are great and work hard for their customers. I would highly recommend them!!

I had a great experience with Kenny at TCS. We took several weeks to decide what we wanted to do: whether wed replace one or both units, if we needed to go with bigger, and/or more efficient units. Kenny came over twice to look at our equipment, answered a bunch of my questions, and was really helpful. He pointed out several things that another company didnt even notice. When we did get the units installed, they were in and out in 1 day, and Kenny was right there supervising the process. I would not hesitate to reccomend this company to anyone.

Our ac went out on a Saturday night and they came that night to do a quick fix so we wouldnt be in the heat and then the next day they came in and gave us new everything in 4 hours !!!! I had a great experience Shawn and Domino where my technicians. I just had my house built and after a month it quit blowing. I called and Monday morning they showed up figured out the blower motor had failed contacted the manufacturer and in a couple hours came back with a new one and got me up and running. I would definitely recommend them for all your A/C and heating needs.
